Claims (18)
- Fahrzeugkran mit einem um eine vertikale Drehachse drehbar auf einem ein Straßenfahrwerk mit Rädern (7) aufweisenden Unterwagen (1) angeordneten Oberwagen (2), der mit einem Ausleger (3) versehen ist. wobei der Unterwagen (1) als Tragkonstruktion einen Zentralkasten (4) aufweist, an dem mindestens drei ausschwenkbare Stützträger (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) angelenkt sind, von denen zwei als Radschwenkträger (6a, 6b) ausgebildet und mit Rädern (7) des Straßenfahrwerks versehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die mindestens drei Stützträger (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) zur Einstellung der Fahrbereitschaft für die Straßenfahrt in eine Fahrstellung parallel zueinander schwenkbar sind, wobei die beiden in der Fahrstellung gegen ein unbeabsichtigtes Ausschwenken untereinander verriegelbaren Radschwenkträger (6a, 6b) als Ersatz für einen üblichen Fahrgestellrahmen das Straßenfahrwerk bilden. - Fahrzeugkran nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
insgesamt vier Stützträger (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) vorgesehen sind, die in der Fahrstellung gegenüber der Fahrtrichtung nach hinten geschwenkt sind. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die beiden Radschwenkträger (6a, 6b) in der Fahrstellung wesentlich mehr als die Hälfte, insbesondere mindestens 70% der Länge des Fahrzeugkrans ausmachen. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Verriegelung für die Radschwenkträger (6a, 6b) als Ablage (9) für den Ausleger (3) ausgebildet ist. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 4,

die Stützträger (5a, 5b) oder die Radschwenkträger (6a, 6b) als teleskopierbare Stützträger ausgeführt sind. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Stützträger (5a, 5b) oder die Radschwenkträger (6a, 6b) jeweils in mindestens zwei Teile geteilt sind, wobei die Teile eines Stützträgers (5a, 5b, 6a, 6b) über Drehgelenke (15) miteinander verbunden sind. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1- 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
für den Fahrbetrieb und den Kranbetrieb ein gemeinsamer Antriebsmotor, insbesondere ein Dieselmotor, als Energieerzeugungsaggregat vorgesehen ist. - Fahrzeugkran nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Antriebsmotor im oder am Zentralkasten (4) angeordnet ist. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 7 - 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Antriebsmotor mit einem Aggregat zur Erzeugung hydraulischer oder elektrischer Antriebsenergie im oder am Zentralkasten (4) (Anbau 20) angeordnet ist. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
in den Stützträgern (5a, 5b) oder Radschwenkträgern (6a, 6b) Tanks für Treibstoff oder Hydraulikflüssigkeit oder andere Funktionsteile für den Kran- oder Fahrbetrieb angeordnet sind. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Räder (7) des Straßenfahrwerks hydraulische oder elektrische Einzelradantriebe aufweisen. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Räder (7) an elektrisch oder hydraulisch lenkbaren im Sinne einer Einzelradaufhängung angeordnet sind. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 12,

die Räder (7) über eine hydropneumatische Federung gelagert sind, die wahlweise ein begrenztes Hochziehen der Räder (7) zur Vergrößerung der Bodenfreiheit beim Umrüsten des Fahrzeugkrans vom Fahrbetrieb auf den Hubbetrieb erlaubt. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine elektronische Steuerung vorgesehen ist, die einen automatischen Ablauf zur Positionierung der Stützträger (5a, 5b) und Radschwenkträger (6a, 6b) beim Umrüsten zwischen dem Hub- und dem Fahrbetrieb erlaubt. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 6 - 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Radschwenkträger (6a, 6b) und die Stützträger (5a, 5b) im Fahrbetrieb zur Erhöhung der Kurvengängigkeit des Fahrzeugkrans in den Drehgelenken (15) gezielt einknickbar sind. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Zentralkasten (4) über eine ausfahrbare Zentralabstützung (11) auf dem Boden abstützbar ist. - Fahrzeugkran nach einem der Ansprüche 1 - 16,
