- eine Seitenaufrißansicht einer noch anderen Ausführungsform der Erfindung, bei welcher das Fahrgestell mit drei lenksynchron miteinander verbundenen Radachsen ausgerüstet ist;
- Figur 11

Claims (33)
- Fahrwerk mit einem Fahrgestell (15), das mit wenigstens einer Radachse (3, 4; 110; 113, 114; 116, 117, 118) und Rädern (11; 111; 115; 119) versehen ist und auf dem eine Arbeitsvorrichtung (1) angebracht ist, die zumindest im Transportzustand horizontal so weitausladend ist, dass sie über den Schwerpunkt hinaus, unter dem sich das Fahrwerk befindet, einen großen Überstand hat, durch den die Rangierbarkeit der im Transportzustand auf dem Fahrwerk befindlichen Arbeitsvorrichtung (1) am Aufstellungsort unter beengten Verhältnissen erschwert oder unmöglich gemacht wird; wobei(a) die sich im Transportzustand auf dem Fahrwerk befindende Arbeitsvorrichtung (1) im Rangierbetrieb relativ zum Fahrgestell (15) horizontal drehbar und relativ zum Fahrgestell (15) in zwei oder mehr unterschiedlichen Drehpositionen feststellbar ist,
und/oder(b) die Arbeitsvorrichtung (1) über eine Doppelwippe (5, 121) auf dem Fahrgestell (15) angebracht ist, welche eine Querwippe (122) umfasst, die ein Neigen der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1) quer zur Fahrtrichtung ermöglicht und in ihrer Neigung relativ zur Längswippe (5) feststellbar ist. - Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fahrgestell zwei oder mehr Radachsen (3, 4; 116, 117, 118) aufweist, wobei(a) die Räder (11a, 11b; 119) der einzelnen Radachsen (3, 4; 116, 117, 118) mit einer Drehgestell- oder Achsschenkellenkung versehen sind; und(b) die Drehgestell- oder Achsschenkellenkungen der Räder (11a, 11b; 119) der einzelnen Radachsen (3, 4; 116, 117, 118) untereinander derart verbunden sind, dass die Lenkung der Räder (11a, 11b; 119) und der Radachsen (3, 4; 116, 117, 118) lenkgeometrisch synchron erfolgt.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fahrgestell (15) eine einzige Radachse (110) aufweist, die starr oder lenkbar am Fahrgestell (15) angebracht ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fahrgestell (15) mehrere Radachsen aufweist, wobei eine Radachse oder mehrere oder alle Radachsen starr am Fahrgestell (15) angebracht ist bzw. sind.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die Lenkung der Radachsen (3, 4; 110; 113, 114; 116, 117, 118) zeitweilig auskuppelbar und/oder feststellbar ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsvorrichtung (1) im Rangierbetrieb relativ zum Fahrgestell (15) horizontal durch einen Kraftantrieb innerhalb eines vorbestimmten Winkelbereichs verdrehbar sowie durch den Kraftantrieb und/oder gesondert feststellbar ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsvorrichtung (1) im Rangierbetrieb relativ zum Fahrgestell horizontal durch einen Kraftantrieb innerhalb eines vorbestimmten Winkelbereichs stufenlos verdrehbar sowie durch den Kraftantrieb und/oder gesondert feststellbar ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, in Kombination mit einer Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arbeitsvorrichtung (1) ein Bauhochkran, insbesondere ein untendrehender Bauhochkran, ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die horizontale Drehbarkeit der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), relativ zum Fahrgestell (15) im Rangierbetrieb dadurch vorgesehen ist, dass eine im nichtaufgestellten Zustand der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1) vorgesehene Dreharretierung (100) zwischen einem oder dem Ober- und Unterwagen (7, 8) der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1), lösbar ist und in zwei oder mehr unterschiedlichen relativen Drehpositionen zwischen Ober- und Unterwagen (7, 8) feststellbar ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Dreharretierung (100) wenigstens einen Verriegelungsbolzen (101) umfasst, der jeweils in miteinander fluchtende Öffnungen oder Ausnehmungen (103a, 103b, 103c; 105) im Ober- und Unterwagen (6, 8) einsteckbar ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die eine Öffnung (105) in einer am Oberwagen (8) vorgesehenen Halterung (102) ausgebildet ist, die mit je einer aus einer Mehrzahl von Öffnungen (103, 103b, 103c) oder Ausnehmungen im Unterwagen (6) durch Verdrehen des Oberwagens (8) relativ zum Unterwagen (6) in Fluchtung bringbar ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftantrieb eine Verstellvorrichtung zum Verdrehen eines oder des Oberwagens (8) relativ zu einem oder dem Unterwagen (7) umfasst, die vom Fahrgestell (15) und/oder von einem Zugfahrzeug und/oder von einer sonstigen Position aus betätigbar ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 12, dadurch dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellvorrichtung eine solche zum Verdrehen eines oder des Oberwagens (8) relativ zu einem oder dem Unterwagen (7) ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verstellvorrichtung vom Fahrgestell (15) und/oder von einem Zugfahrzeug und/oder von einer sonstigen Position aus arretierbar ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kraftantrieb einen Hydraulik-, Pressluft- oder Elektromotor und/oder eine Handkurbel umfasst.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei das Fahrgestell (15) einachsig ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fahrgestell (15) ein einachsiger Sattelanhänger oder einachsiger Zentralanhänger ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine zusätzliche Vorderachse am Vorderteil der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1) vorgesehen ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zusätzlich vorgesehene Vorderachse als Deichselanhänger ausgebildet ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Betätigung der Lenkung eine Hydraulikanlage mit Hydraulikzylinder, eine Pressluftanlage mit Pressluftzylinder oder Gewindespindeln mit Antrieb durch Hydraulik, Pressluft- oder Elektromotor und/oder Handkurbel vorgesehen ist bzw. sind.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, das zur Ansteuerung der Lenkung der Radachse(n) (3, 4; 110; 113, 114; 116, 117, 118) eine Handsteuerventilanordnung, eine Kabelfernsteuerung und/oder eine Funkfernsteuerung vorgesehen ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lenkung der Radachse(n) (3, 4; 110; 113, 114; 116, 117, 118) durch Gestänge oder Seilzüge von einer Sattelkupplung (31) oder einem Zugrohr (29), die bzw. das im vorderen Teil der Arbeitsvorrichtung angebracht ist, ansteuerbar ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, wobei das Fahrgestell mehrachsig ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fahrgestell (15) ein mehrachsiger Sattelanhänger-Hänger oder Starrdeichselanhänger ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Fahrgestell (15) mit zusätzlicher Vorderachse als Deichselanhänger ausgeführt ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federung der Radachse(n) (3, 4; 110; 113, 114; 116, 117, 118) eine Blattfederung (13) oder Luftfederung ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Federung bei mehrachsigen Fahrgestellen (15) als eine Blattfederung mit Wippe als Wegeausgleich oder eine Luftfederung mit Wegeausgleich durch die Luftfederung selbst ausgebildet ist.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, wobei eine Abstützung mit hydraulischen Abstützzylindern (36) für die Aufstellung der Arbeitsvorrichtung (1) vorgesehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die Betätigung der Abstützung ein an das Zweiphasen- oder Dreiphasenstromnetz anschließbares und/oder ein für Batteriebetrieb ausgelegtes Betätigungsaggregat (22) vorgesehen ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Umschaltung auf das Lenkungsaggregat als Notbetriebsmöglichkeit vorhanden ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 26 oder 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass für die hydraulischen Abstützzylinder (36) außer hydraulischen Sperrventilen eine zusätzliche mechanische Sicherung gegen unbeabsichtigte Verstellung der Abstützzylinder (36) vorgesehen ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 26, 27 oder 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hydraulischen Abstützzylinder (36) mit einer Niveauausgleichseinrichtung versehen und ansteuerbar sind, die einen Niveauausgleich ermöglicht.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Niveauausgleichseinrichtung eine automatische ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 29 oder 30, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Niveauausgleichseinrichtung einen seitlichen Niveauausgleich ermöglicht.
- Fahrwerk nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Zugvorrichtung eine Sattelkupplung (31) und/oder ein Zugrohr (29) vorgesehen ist.
- Fahrwerk nach Anspruch 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Zugvorrichtung eine Kombination aus Sattelkupplung (31) und Zugrohr (29) vorgesehen ist.
