Claims (15)
- Hubvorrichtung mita) einem Grundrahmen (1),b) einem heb- und senkbaren Tragrahmen (2),c) einer Schereneinrichtung (4), die am Grundrahmen (1) abgestützt ist, eine zentrale Scherenwelle (43) aufweist und auf den Tragrahmen (2) parallelführend einwirkt, und mitd) einer Exzenterhebeeinrichtung (5) mit einem Exzenterhebel (55), der an der Scherenwelle (43) so annähernd symmetrisch drehbar gelagert ist, dass dieser in einer Grundposition zwischen Grund- und Tragrahmen (1,2) ruht und bei Drehung um die Scherenwelle (43) zur Anhebung bzw. Absenkung des Tragrahmens (2) auf Grund- und Tragrahmen (1,2) abgestützt ist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Exzenterhebeeinrichtung (5) annähernd mittig zwischen Grund- und Tragrahmen (1,2) angeordnet ist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Exzenterhebel (55) Laufrollen (551,552) aufweist, die bei Anhebung bzw. Absenkung des Tragrahmens (2) auf Grund- und Tragrahmen (1,2) einwirken.
- Hubvorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Grundund Tragrahmen (1,2) Laufschienen (510,520) aufweisen, auf die der Exzenterhebel (55) bei Anhebung bzw. Absenkung des Tragrahmens (2) einwirkt.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laufschienen (510, 520) mit Laufflächen (511,521) belegt sind.
- Hubvorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Exzenterhebeeinrichtung (5) einen Kettenantrieb (3,56) aufweist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kettenantrieb (3,56) in Längsrichtung parallel zur Schereneinrichtung (4) angeordnet ist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kettenantrieb (3,56) eine Antriebseinheit (3) aufweist, die an einer Stirnseite (11b, 12b) des Grundrahmens (1) angebracht ist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kettenantrieb (3,56) ein Kettenrad (56) aufweist, das auf der Scherenwelle (43) mit dem Exzenterhebel (55) verbunden ist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, gekennzeichnet durch eine geschlossene Antriebskette (35), die parallel zur Schereneinrichtung (4) über das Kettenrad (56) geführt ist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schereneinrichtung (4) zwei die zentrale Scherenwelle (43) verbundene Scherenpaare (41,42) aufweist.
- Hubvorrichtung Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Exzenterhebeeinrichtung (5) im Raum zwischen den Scherenpaaren (41,42) der Schereneinrichtung (4) angeordnet ist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Enden eines Scherenpaares (41;42)a) an einer Stirnseite (11b,21b;12b,22b) der Hubvorrichtung ortsfest (33,213;33,223) und drehbar (33,214;33,224) mit dem Grund- und Tragrahmen (1,2) verbunden sind, undb) an der gegenüber liegenden Stirnseite (11a,21a; 12a,22a) der Hubvorrichtung linear verschiebbar (110,210;120,220) und drehbar (112,212;122,222) mit dem Grund- und Tragrahmen (1,2) verbunden sind.
- Hubvorrichtung nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf dem Tragrahmen (2) eine Rollenbahn (6) angeordnet ist.
- Hubvorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollenbahn (6) zur Förderung von Skids ausgelegt ist.
