Claims (29)
- Druckwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) mit einem Kanal (14; 16; 17; 18) zur Aufnahme eines oder mehrerer Aufzüge (09), einem mit dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) als Zylinderpaar (01; 06) zusammenwirkend angeordneten Formzylinder (03; 08) und einem mit dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) über einen Bedruckstoff (04) zusammen wirkenden Zylinder, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) in Längsrichtung einen durchgehenden Kanal (14) aufweist, in welchem in axialer Richtung nebeneinander fluchtend drei Aufzüge (09) gehalten sind.
- Druckwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) mit mindestens zwei in Umfangsrichtung zueinander versetzt angeordneten Kanälen (14; 16; 17; 18) zur Aufnahme eines oder mehrerer Aufzüge (09), einem mit dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) als Zylinderpaar (01; 06) zusammenwirkend angeordneten Formzylinder (03; 08) und einem mit dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) über einen Bedruckstoff (04) zusammen wirkenden Zylinder, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) drei in Längsrichtung des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) nebeneinander und jeweils annähernd über den gesamten Umfang angeordnete Aufzüge (09) aufweist, welche mit ihren Enden in Umfangsrichtung annähernd um 180° alternierend versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ballen des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) eine Breite aufweist, die in etwa sechs liegenden oder stehenden Zeitungsseiten entspricht.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ballen des Formzylinders (03; 08) eine Breite aufweist, die in etwa sechs liegenden oder stehenden Zeitungsseiten entspricht.
- Druckwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) mit einem Kanal (14; 16; 17; 18) zur Aufnahme eines oder mehrerer Aufzüge, einem mit dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) als Zylinderpaar (01; 06) zusammenwirkend angeordneten Formzylinder (03; 08) und einem mit dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) über einen Bedruckstoff (04) zusammen wirkenden Zylinder, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ballen des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) und des Formzylinders (03; 08) eine Breite aufweist, die in etwa sechs liegenden oder stehenden Zeitungsseiten entspricht, und dass ein Aufzug (09) sich über die gesamte Länge des Ballens des Übertragungszylinders (02) erstreckt.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) zusammenwirkende Formzylinder (03; 08) in Umfangsrichtung zwei annähernd um 180° zueinander versetzte Kanäle (12; 13) zur Aufnahme einer oder mehrerer Druckformen (11) aufweist,
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich mindestens einer der Kanäle (12; 13) des Formzylinders (03; 08) nahezu über die gesamte Länge eines Ballens des Formzylinders (03; 08) erstreckt.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich beide Kanäle (12; 13) des Formzylinders (03; 08) nahezu über die gesamte Länge eines Ballens des Formzylinders (03; 08) erstrecken.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (14; 16; 17; 18) des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) im Bereich der Mantelfläche einen Spalt (29) mit einer Breite (b29) in Umfangsrichtung von 1 bis 5 mm aufweist,
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (12; 13) des Formzylinders (03; 08) im Bereich der Mantelfläche eine Breite (b12) in Umfangsrichtung von 1 mm bis 5 mm aufweist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) über den Bedruckstoff (04) zusammen wirkende Zylinder als ein von einem zweiten Übertragungszylinder verschiedener Gegendruckzylinder ausgeführt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der mit dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) über den Bedruckstoff (04) zusammen wirkende Zylinder als ein Übertragungszylinder (07; 02) eines zweiten Zylinderpaares (06; 01) ausgeführt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufzug (09) auf dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) als mehrschichtiges Drucktuch (09), eine Trägerplatte (21) und eine mit der Trägerplatte (21) verbundene Schicht (22) aufweisend, ausgeführt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aufzug (09) auf dem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) als Gummituch (09) ausgeführt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verhältnis des Umfangs von Übertragungs- (02; 07) zu Formzylinder (03; 08) ganzzahlig ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Formzylinder (03; 08) und Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) den selben Umfang aufweisen.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ballen des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) einen Umfang aufweist, der mindestens zwei liegenden oder stehenden Zeitungsseiten entspricht.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ballen des Formzylinders (03; 08) einen Umfang aufweist, der mindestens zwei liegenden oder stehenden Zeitungsseiten entspricht.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (14; 16; 17; 18) des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) im Bereich der Mantelfläche einen Spalt (29) mit einer Breite (b29) in Umfangsrichtung aufweist, die größer als die doppelte Dicke eines der Enden (23; 24) des Drucktuches (09) und kleiner oder gleich 3 mm ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kanal (12; 13) des Formzylinders (03; 08) im Bereich der Mantelfläche eine Breite (b12) in Umfangsrichtung aufweist, die größer als die doppelte Dicke einer Druckform (11) und kleiner oder gleich 3 mm, ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Druckformen (11) mit ihren Enden in einer Flucht längs des Formzylinders (03; 08) angeordnet sind.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Formzylinder (03; 08) mehrere in Umfangsrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Druckformen (11) aufweist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) in Umfangsrichtung zwei hintereinander angeordnete Kanäle (14; 16; 17; 18) aufweist.
- Druckwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 6 oder 23, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kanäle (12; 13; 14; 16; 17; 18) in Umfangsrichtung gleichmäßig beabstandet angeordnet sind.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei Kanäle (12; 13; 14; 16; 17; 18) in Umfangsrichtung um annähernd 180° versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (14; 16; 17; 18) des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) mindestens eine, insbesondere über Federkraft angetriebene, Halteeinrichtung (26) aufweist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kanal (12; 13) des Formzylinders (03; 08) mindestens eine, insbesondere über Federkraft angetriebene, Halteeinrichtung (33) aufweist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (14; 16; 17; 18) des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) zur Tangente der Mantelfläche um 30 bis 60°, insbesondere um ca. 45°, geneigt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kanal (12; 13) des Formzylinders (03; 08) zur Tangente der Mantelfläche um 30 bis 60°, insbesondere um ca. 45°, geneigt ist.
