Claims (21)
- Druckwerk einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einem Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) und einem mit diesem als Zylinderpaar (01; 06) zusammenwirkend angeordneten Formzylinder (03; 08), deren Ballen eine Breite aufweisen, die in etwa vier oder sechs liegenden oder stehenden Zeitungsseiten entspricht, wobei der Übertragungszylinder (02; 07) zwei in Umfangsrichtung versetzt angeordnete Kanäle (14; 16; 17; 18) zur Aufnahme eines oder mehrerer Drucktücher (09) und der Formzylinder (03; 08) in Umfangsrichtung zwei hintereinander angeordnete Kanäle (12; 13) aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest in einem längs des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) angeordneten Abschnitt die Kanäle (14; 16; 17; 18) in Umfangsrichtung des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) hintereinander angeordnet und mindestens zwei Drucktücher (09) in Umfangsrichtung hintereinander auf dem Umfang des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) angeordnet sind, dass die Drucktücher (09) jeweils mehrschichtig, eine Trägerplatte (21) und eine mit der Trägerplatte (21) verbundene Schicht (22) aufweisend, ausgeführt sind, und dass sich die Kanäle (12; 13; 14; 16) von Form- und Übertragungszylinder (02; 03; 07; 08) nahezu über die gesamte Länge der Ballen erstrecken.

- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ballen des Übertragungszylinders (02; 07) einen Umfang aufweist, der mindestens zwei liegenden oder stehenden Zeitungsseiten entspricht.

- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kanal (12; 13) des Formzylinders (03; 08) eine Halteeinrichtung (33) für Druckformen (11) aufweist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteeinrichtung (33) als über Federkraft angetriebene Haltevorrichtung (33) ausgeführt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kanal (12; 13) des Formzylinders (03; 08) zur Tangente der Mantelfläche um 30° bis 60° geneigt ausgeführt ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 18, dass die Neigung ca. 45° beträgt.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 8 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kanal (12; 13) des Formzylinders (03; 08) im Bereich der Mantelfläche eine Breite (b12) in Umfangsrichtung aufweist, die größer als die doppelte Dicke der Druckform (11) und im Bereich zwischen 1 mm und 5 mm, insbesondere kleiner oder gleich 3 mm, ist.
- Druckwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zwei Kanäle (12; 13; 14; 16; 17; 18) des Formzylinders (03; 08) in Umfangsrichtung um annähernd 180° versetzt zueinander angeordnet sind.
