Profilé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'un joint de dilatation (99) est prévu pour réaliser l'étanchéité entre un élément de construction (93), notamment un cadre, et une couche d'enduit superficielle (92) d'un segment de mur ou de paroi ou une couche d'isolation (91), lequel joint comporte une aile de fixation (11) pour le fixer à l'élément de construction et au moins une aile (12, 13) faisant saillie dans l'enduit.
