- eine Variante der konstruktiven Ausbildung eines Einzelelementes,
- Figur 7
- eine weitere Variante der konstruktiven Ausbildung eines Einzelelementes.
Claims (8)
- Stützelement zum Abstützen eines einen Strang der Tabak verarbeitenden Industrie transportierenden Endlosförderers (6) mitseitlichen Führungsflächen zum Einschub des Elements (4) in eine Nut (12) eines Halters (1),mit den seitlichen Führungsflächen verbundenen Stegen (22) zum seitlichen Führen des Förderers,und mindestens einer zwischen den Stegen angeordneten und diese verbindenden Führungsfläche (24) zum Abstützen des Förderers,
- Stützelement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die die Stege (22) verbindende Führungsfläche (24) ein- und/oder auslaufseitig (bezüglich der Transportrichtung des Förderers) eine Abschrägung (23) aufweist.
- Stützelement nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stege (22) auf der dem Förderer zugewandten Seite ein- und/oder auslaufseitig Abschrägungen aufweisen.
- Stützelement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsfläche (24) einen Luftdurchtritt (5) aufweist.
- Stützelement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsfläche (24) gekrümmt ist.
- Stützelement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Führungsfläche (24) nur in den an die Stege (22) angrenzenden Randbereichen gekrümmt ist.
- Stützelement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement zumindest an den mit dem Förderer in Kontakt kommenden Flächen eine verschleißfeste Oberfläche insbesondere aus Hartmetall oder Keramik aufweist.
- Stützelement nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Stützelement aus einem verschleißbeständigen Material, insbesondere Hartmetall oder Keramik, gefertigt ist.
