Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln von flexiblen plattenartigen Werkstücken eines Stapels, insbesondere von Blechen (2) eines Blechstapels (3), mit wenigstens einem Tragsauger (5) sowie mit Trennsaugern (7), die wenigstens zum Teil gegenüber wenigstens einem Tragsauger (5) zu einem Werkstückrand hin versetzt angeordnet sind, wobei wenigstens ein Tragsauger (5) und die Trennsauger (7) an Anlageflächen (18, 26, 27) mit Unterdruck an einer Werkstückoberfläche des in dem Stapel zuäußerst liegenden Werkstücks anlegbar sind und wobei das von wenigstens einem Tragsauger (5) und den Trennsaugern (7) beaufschlagte Werkstück unter Bewegen der mit Unterdruck an dem Werkstück anliegenden Anlageflächen (26, 27) der Trennsauger (7) relativ zu der Anlagefläche (18) wenigstens eines Tragsaugers (5) um eine in Richtung des den Trennsaugern (7) zugeordneten Werkstückrandes verlaufende Achse zu der Seite der Werkstückbeaufschlagung hin biegbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens zwei Trennsauger (7) in Querrichtung des zugeordneten Werkstückrandes gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind und dass die mit Unterdruck an dem Werkstück anliegende Anlagefläche (26) des randseitigen Trennsaugers (7a) gegenüber der mit Unterdruck an dem Werkstück anliegenden Anlagefläche (27) des zu dem Werkstückinnern hin angeordneten innenliegenden Trennsaugers (7b) in Querrichtung der von den Trennsaugern (7) beaufschlagten Werkstückoberfläche zurückgesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein randseitiger (7a) und wenigstens ein innenliegender Trennsauger (7b) jeweils eine an einem Trennsaugergrundkörper (22, 24) vorgesehene Trennsaugermanschette (23, 25) aufweisen, an deren dem Werkstück zugewandter Seite die Anlagefläche (26, 27) des betreffenden Trennsaugers (7) vorgesehen ist und dass die Trennsaugermanschette (23) des randseitigen Trennsaugers (7a) unter der Wirkung des angelegten Unterdrucks in Querrichtung der von den Trennsaugern (7) beaufschlagten Werkstückoberfläche stärker stauchbar ist als die Trennsaugermanschette (25) des innenliegenden Trennsaugers (7b).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein randseitiger (7a) und wenigstens ein innenliegender Trennsauger (7b) jeweils eine gefaltete Trennsaugermanschette (23, 25) aufweisen, mit zumindest einer parallel zu der von den Trennsaugern (7) beaufschlagten Werkstückoberfläche verlaufenden Faltenachse und dass die Anzahl der Falten an der Trennsaugermanschette (23) des randseitigen Trennsaugers (7a) größer ist als die Anzahl der Falten an der Trennsaugermanschette (25) des innenliegenden Trennsaugers (7b).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an der Seite der Werkstückbeaufschlagung wenigstens ein innenliegender Trennsauger (7b) und wenigstens ein Werkstückanschlag (21) auf einer gedachten, parallel zu dem den Trennsaugern (7) zugeordneten Werkstückrand verlaufenden Verbindungslinie mit Abstand voneinander angeordnet sind und dass das Werkstück bei mit Unterdruck an ihm angelegten Trennsaugern (7) an dem oder den Werkstückanschlägen (21) in Querrichtung der von den Trennsaugern (7) beaufschlagten Werkstückoberfläche abgestützt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Trennsauger (7) entkoppelt von wenigstens einem Tragsauger (5) an dem in dem Stapel zuäußerst liegenden Werkstück anlegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens ein Trennsauger (7) an einer Tragstruktur (6) gehalten ist, die relativ zu einer wenigstens einen Tragsauger (5) lagernden Tragstruktur (4) beweglich ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragstruktur (6) für wenigstens einen Trennsauger (7) relativ zu der Tragstruktur (4) für wenigstens einen Tragsauger (5) schwenkbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Tragstruktur (6) für wenigstens einen Trennsauger (7) relativ zu der Tragstruktur (4) für wenigstens einen Tragsauger (5) um eine Achse (8) schwenkbar ist, die parallel zu der von den Trennsaugern (7) beaufschlagten Werkstückoberfläche in Richtung des den Trennsaugern (7) zugeordneten Werkstückrandes verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens eine Trenndüsenanordnung (9) vorgesehen ist, mittels derer bei mit Unterdruck an dem Werkstück angelegten Trennsaugern (7) ein strömendes Druckmedium in Richtung auf die Stirnseite des den Trennsaugern (7) zugeordneten Werkstückrandes aufgebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das strömende Druckmedium mittels der Trenndüsenanordnung (9) pulsierend aufgebbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Trenndüsenanordnung (9) mehrere Düsenauslässe (28) für das strömende Druckmedium aufweist, die entlang dem den Trennsaugern (7) zugeordneten Werkstückrand und in Querrichtung der von den Trennsaugern (7) beaufschlagten Werkstückoberfläche gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind.
