Definitions
- the present invention relates to a transport container preferably made of plastic for vegetables and fruit in particular according to the preamble of claim 1.
- Collapsible transport container preferably made of plastic are used for a variety of transportation purposes, since they are both very stable and on the other hand very light and require only a small footprint due to the folding function in empty transport.
- the ease of such transport container is further enhanced by the fact that material can be saved by providing a plurality of reinforcing ribs.
- a folding transport container which is insensitive to excessive and improper treatment, such as occurs when overloading the transport container.
- a transport container is to be created, which is as smooth as possible Bottom side has no ribs and reinforcing webs so as to avoid damage by pressing the reinforcing ribs into the underlying material of the transport container stacked below.
- the floor should have sufficient stability to be able to safely transport the goods received in the transport container.
- Document GB 2175285 which is considered to be the most recent prior art, discloses a collapsible container having a curvature stiffened bottom plate.
- the transport container has a substantially rectangular bottom plate, which is formed from a frame and a bottom profile arranged therein.
- a substantially rectangular bottom plate which is formed from a frame and a bottom profile arranged therein.
- four side walls are hinged to the frame, which can be pivoted between a folded position in which they are located on the bottom plate and an erect position in which they project substantially vertically from the bottom plate upwards.
- the bottom profile has both on the top and on the bottom of a smooth surface without reinforcing ribs or webs and maintains its stability by a plurality of bulges, which are provided in the soil profile, wherein the curvatures are formed by curvature of the soil profile in several spatial directions.
- the three-dimensional shape of the bottom profile is formed by the bottom profile is arcuately bent upward along the narrow side, while it has a waveform along the longitudinal side.
- Such a structure on the one hand has a particularly good strength and also offers manufacturing advantages.
- the bulges are provided on the bottom profile so that there are horizontal floor sections between the bulges.
- This has the advantage that there are at least sections of horizontal support surfaces for the goods to be transported in the transport container.
- a stacking edge preferably provided on the bottom plate, to engage in a stack of transport containers in the underlying transport container, provide stacking grooves for staggered stacking of the transport containers in the region, in the horizontal bottom portions of the bottom profile to the stack edge or adjoin the frame of the bottom plate.
- here is an advantageous level and smooth transition from the bottom profile to the frame of the bottom plate.
- the bulges as depressions in the bottom profile so as to extend in the region between the top end of the stacking edge and the bottom end of the stacking edge.
- This offers manufacturing technology the advantage that starting from horizontal bottom sections, which can be attached to the upper end of the stack edge, the bottom profile in the edge region are always connected to the stack edge can, ie in depressions entland the side edges to the lower end of the stack edge.
- the bottom profile is formed integrally with the frame, which is offered for example in the production of the bottom plate by plastic injection molding.
- this may also be held under pretension in the frame, in such a way that the curvature z. B. arcuate upwards by an elastic strain is still reinforced. In this way, the carrying capacity of the soil profile can be further increased.
- Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of a transport container 1, in which the side walls 3 to 6 are arranged on the bottom plate 2, that they can be folded in the direction of the arrows on the bottom plate 2.
- closures 7 are provided in the embodiment shown on the side walls 3 and 5, which b2w a locking of adjacent side walls 3 and 4 or 3 and 6. 5 and 4 or 5 and 6 allow.
- the hinge elements which allow the pivoting of the side walls 3 to 6 relative to the bottom plate 2, has been omitted for reasons of simplicity, since all known solutions can be provided here.
- Fig. 2 shows in a perspective view only the bottom plate 2 of the transport container 1, as has been shown in FIG.
- the bottom plate 2 consists of a frame 8 with different high side wall continuations and a bottom profile 9, which is disposed within the frame 8.
- the bottom profile 9, which has a smooth surface at the top and in particular also at the bottom, is characterized by a plurality of bulges 10, which are provided substantially at the edge along the longitudinal sides and in the corner regions.
- the buckles 10, which reinforce the mechanical strength serve the bottom profile 9 are formed in the embodiment shown in that the bottom profile 9 has a curved about the longitudinal axis upwards shape and along the longitudinal side provided in particular in the edge regions waveform.
- buckling 10 The superimposition of these three-dimensional shapes leads to the curvatures 10, which thus have curvatures not only in one spatial direction but in several, at least two spatial directions.
- the type of buckling 10 is shown in Fig. 2 by the indicated at the edges of the longitudinal axis rectangular surfaces.
- Fig. 3 shows the bottom plate 2 of Fig. 2 from the bottom, so that here the bulges 10, which can be seen in Fig. 2 as wells, here show up as elevations. 3 further shows that the bottom plate 2 of the illustrated embodiment has a stacking edge, which is offset from the outer edge of the bottom plate 2 slightly inwardly to intervene in stacked transport containers 1 in the upper opening portion of the underlying transport container 1 can.
- the stacking edge 11 recesses, so-called stacking grooves 12 which are provided at different distances from each other in the periphery of the stack edge 11.
- FIG. 4 shows a sectional view along the section line A-A from FIG. 2, that is to say along a horizontal bottom section 23 of the floor profile 9.
- the floor profile 9 is shown as a flat and planar surface between the frame 8.
- the sectional view also shows that the bottom profile 9 deepens in the continuation in the image plane through the vaults 10 provided to the lower edge of the stack edge 11.
- a stacking groove 12 a narrow side can be seen.
- Fig. 5 shows in a similar representation to Fig. 4 is a partial sectional view in a region in which curvatures 10 of the bottom profile 9 are located at the edges of the longitudinal profiles 9 by the along the narrow side of the bottom profile 9 upwardly bent shape of the bottom profile.
- the curvature 10 is here shown as a depression of the bottom profile 9 in the direction of the lower edge of the stack edge 11. Thus, there is a direct transition of the lower edge of the stack edge 11 to the bottom profile.
- FIG. 6 A further sectional view in the region of a horizontal bottom section 23 is shown in FIG. 6, which thus essentially corresponds to FIG. 4.
- the stack edge 11 has no stacking groove 12 in this region, so that the bottom profile 9 no longer smoothly merges into the frame 8, as is the case in FIG. 4, but rather the frame 8 has an extension down in the form of the stack edge 11 has.
- FIG. 7 shows the corresponding arrangement of the stacking grooves 12 and the horizontal bottom portions 23 and the arrangement of the recesses designed as bulges in the areas between the stacking grooves 12th
- Fig. 8 which shows a section parallel to the side wall in the vicinity of a longitudinal side of the bottom plate 2, the wave-shaped curvature of the bottom profile 9, which contributes to a reinforcement of the bottom profile 9, can be seen particularly well.
- the strength of the curvature of the bulges 10 in the direction of the longitudinal sides, ie in the direction of the frame 8, increases more and more.
- Fig. 9 shows a partial side view of the side walls 3 and 4 of the transport container of Fig. 1 in an erect position, which are firmly locked by the closure mechanism 7, 24, which does not form part of the invention.
- the closure mechanism 7, 24 comprises a closure 7 with a closure latch 15 on the one side wall 3, the closure latch 15 engaging in a latching recess 24 of the adjacent side wall 4.
- the locking bolt 15 is preset via an elastic spring element 14, which is formed in the illustrated embodiment S-shaped in the closed position.
- the locking bolt 15 can be removed from the locking position, ie from the locking recess 24 of the adjacent side wall 4, when the sliding element 16 of the closure 7, on which the locking bolt 15 is arranged, in the locking recess 18 in the side wall 3 is moved.
- the displacement element 16 on both the inside and on the outside of the side wall 3 has an engagement recess 13, in which the user can engage with a finger.
- the displacement element 16, which is slidably received in the closure recess 18 of the side wall 3, is held in the side wall 3 via a holding plate 19, which in turn is connected via the spring support 17 with the elastic spring element 14.
- FIGS. 10 a) and b) which however only show the closure alone without a side wall
- the holding plate 19 is fastened in the closure recess 18 of the side wall 3 via latching elements 20.
- the holding plate 19 is formed integrally with the side wall 3, and the displacement element 16 is connected via the spring support 17, for example by a connector directly to the side wall 3.
- FIGS. 10a) and b) illustrate the situation of the closure in the closed position (FIG. 10a) and in the unlocked position (FIG. 10b).
- the spring force acts of the elastic spring element 14, the displacement element 16, which consists of a substantially cuboid frame body with a rounding on one side, aligned so that the side in which the locking bolt 15 is disposed, substantially flush with the front of the holding plate 19.
- the elastic spring element 14 is thus in a relieved or almost unloaded state.
- the sliding element 16 In order to release the locking position, in which the locking bolt 15 engages in the latching recess 24 of the adjacent side wall, the sliding element 16 is displaced against the spring force of the elastic spring element 14 in the direction of the arrow, which is indicated in FIG. 10b). In this way, the elastic spring element 14 is compressed and is in a stretched state. The actuation of the displacement element 16 can be effected by the user in that he engages in the recessed grip 13.
- the closure bar 15 protrudes through the latch recess 22 in the side wall 3.
- the actuation of the displacement element 16 As described above, the locking bar 15 is pulled through the locking recess 22, so that the locking bolt 15 no longer protrudes through the locking recess 22.
- the side wall 3 can be moved in a simple manner relative to the side wall 4 and the side wall 6.
- the transport container 1 can thus be combined with the simultaneous operation of the closures 7 on the side wall 3 or 5 and then on the other side wall 5 or 3 so that first the side walls 3 and 5 are folded inwards and then the side walls 4 and 6. Since the closures 7 are accessible both on the inside and on the outside, the operator does not need to change his stand for folding the transport container 1 nor turn the transport container 1. This simplifies the operation considerably.
- the locking bar 15 is wedge-shaped with a contact surface 25 and an inclined surface 26, a secure engagement of the locking bolt 15 is ensured to the locking recess 24 in the closure position, while the inclined surface 26 allows unimpeded erection of the side walls.
Description

- Fig. 4 zeigt eine Schnittansicht entlang der Schnittlinie A-A aus Fig. 2, also entlang eines horizontalen Bodenabschnitts 23 des Bodenprofils 9.
