Claims (14)
- Transportbehälter, vorzugsweise aus Kunststoff, für besondere Gemüse, Obst und dergleichen mit einer Bodenplatte (2) und mehreren, vorzugsweise vier klappbaren Seitenwänden (3, 4, 5, 6), die umlaufend an der Bodenplatte (2) angeordnet sind und auf diese einklappbar sind, wobei zur gegenseitigen Arretierung der klappbaren Seitenwände (2, 3, 4, 5) in der aufgerichteten Position ein Verschlussmechanismus (7,24) an benachbarten Seitenwänden (3, 4; 3, 6; 5, 4; 5, 6) vorgesehen ist, bei dem ein Verschlussriegel (15) eines Verschlusses (7) an der einen Seitenwand (3,5) in eine Rastausnehmung (24) der benachbarten Seitenwand (4,6) eingreifen kann, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (7) ein im wesentlichen in der Seitenwand (3,5) aufgenommenes, entgegen der Federkraft eines elastischen Elements (14) verschiebbares Verschiebelement (16) umfasst, welches den Verschlussriegel umfasst oder betätigt.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschiebelement (16) sowohl von der Außenseite als auch der Innenseite der Seitenwand (3,5) betätigbar ist.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (7) in eine Aussparung (18) in der Seitenwand (3,5) eingesetzt ist.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussriegel (15) durch die Federkraft des elastischen Elements (14) in der Verschlussstellung vorgespannt ist.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element (14) am Verschiebeelement (16) angeordnet ist, wobei das Verschiebeelement (16) über das elastische Element mit der Seitenwand (3,5) verbunden ist.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (7) weiterhin eine Halteplatte (19) umfasst, die stationär in der Seitenwand (3,5) angeordnet ist, wobei die Halteplatte (19) über das elastische Element (14) mit dem Verschiebeelement (16) verbunden ist.
- Transportbehälter nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Halteplatte (19) sich nur über einen Teil des Verschiebeelements (16) erstreckt, vorzugsweise über einen Bereich von 2/3 des Verschiebeelements (16).
- Transportbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (7) im wesentlichen bündig mit der Innenseite und / oder Außenseite der Seitenwand (3,5) abschließt.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschlussriegel (15) eine Anlagefläche (25) und eine Schrägfläche (26) aufweist, wobei die Anlagefläche (25) in der Verschlussstellung in der Rastausnehmung (24) zu liegen kommt, so dass ohne Betätigung des Verschiebeelements (16) eine Lösung der Seitenwände (3, 4, 5, 6) nicht möglich ist, während die Schrägfläche (26) ein Abgleiten des Verschlussriegels an der benachbarten Seitenwand (3, 4, 5, 6) ermöglicht.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (7) über Rastelemente (20, 21) in Form von Vorsprüngen, Stegen und dergleichen in der Verschlussaussparung (18) gehalten und / oder geführt wird.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das elastische Element (14) durch eine im wesentlichen S-förmige Feder gebildet wird.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschiebeelement (16) eine beidseitige Griffmulde (13) oder eine durchgehende Grifföffnung aufweist.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verschiebeelement (16) als im wesentlichen rechteckförmiger Rahmenkörper mit einer vorzugsweise einseitigen Abrundung ausgeführt ist, der in seiner Breite mit der Breite der das Verschiebeelement (16) aufnehmenden Seitenwand (3,5) korrespondiert.
- Transportbehälter nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Verschluss (7) einstückig aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
