Claims (6)
- Vorrichtung zum Einstellen einer Auftragwalze am Plattenzylinder einer Druckmaschine, wobei die Auftragwalze in Schwenkarmen gelagert ist, die um die Achse einer der Auftragwalze vorgeordneten Reibwalze schwenkbar, mittels Exzenterlagern gegenüber der Reibwalze einstellbar und mittels Federkraft an einstellbare Anschläge zur Festlegung der Anstellposition der Auftragwalze am Plattenzylinder andrückbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die einstellbaren Anschläge sich über einen Stellbereich erstreckende Anschlagflächen (12, 13) und an diesen abstützbare Anschlagnocken (10, 11) haben und daß die Lage und Gestalt der Anschlagflächen (12, 13) so bemessen sind, daß sich bei einer Korrektur des Achsabstands zwischen der Auftragwalze (2, 3) und der Reibwalze (4) durch Verstellen der Exzenterlager die Abstützstelle der Anschlagnocken (10, 11) auf den Abstützflächen (12, 13) derart ändert, daß eine entsprechende Korrektur des Achsabstands zwischen der Auftragwalze (2, 3) und dem Plattenzylinder (1) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagflächen (12, 13) an Anschlagelementen (14, 15) angeordnet sind, die zur Einstellung des Achsabstands zwischen der Auftragwalze (2, 3) und dem Plattenzylinder (1) und/oder zur An- und Abstellung der Auftragwalze (2, 3) in Bezug auf den Plattenzylinder (1) in ihrer Lage gegenüber dem Maschinengestell verstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagelemente (14, 15) in einer Geradführung verstellbar gelagert sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Geradführung eine Führungsschiene (16) aufweist, die gemeinsam mit den Anschlagelementen (14, 15) durch eine Stelleinrichtung aus einer Grundstellung in eine Stellung bewegbar ist, in der die Auftragwalze (2, 3) von dem Plattenzylinder (1) abgestellt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsschiene (16) auf gestellfesten Führungselementen (19) gelagert ist und daß ein Ende der Führungsschiene (16) mit einem durch die Stelleinrichtung schwenkbaren Hebel (21) gelenkig verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlagnocken (10, 11) an den Schwenkarmen (5, 6) angeordnet und zur Einstellung des Achsabstands zwischen der Auftragwalze (2, 3) und dem Plattenzylinder (1) gegenüber den Schwenkarmen (5, 6) verstellbar sind.
