Claims (34)
- Einrichtung zum Auftragen von Leim auf ein Hüllmaterial (10) eines stabförmigen Artikels der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mit wenigstens einer Auftragdüse (21), einem Mittel (26, 32) zum Unterbrechen der Leimzufuhr zur Auftragdüse (21) und wenigstens einer Zuführleitung (22, 23), die zwischen dem Mittel (26, 32) zum Unterbrechen der Leimzufuhr und der Auftragdüse (21) angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Mittel (26, 32) zum Unterbrechen der Leimzufuhr ein Drehschieber (32) ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehschieber (32) eine drehbare Walze (32) ist, die in ihrer Umfangsfläche (45) Unregelmäßigkeiten (37, 38) aufweist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Unregelmäßigkeiten (37, 38) Nuten, Aussparungen, Nocken und/oder Erhebungen sind.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 2 und/oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (32) drehbar in einer Kammer (31) eines Gehäuses (30) gelagert ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (32) mehrere axial aneinander angeordnete Abschnitte umfaßt, wobei jeweils benachbarte Abschnitte (461 - 465) unterschiedliche Ausgestaltungen der Unregelmäßigkeiten (37, 38) der Umfangsfläche (45) aufweisen.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Abschnitt (461 - 465) als Dichtung ausgestaltet ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 5 und/oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei verschiedene Leimsorten gleichzeitig verschiedenen Abschnitten (461 - 463) zuführbar sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammer (31) wenigstens eine im wesentlichen in einer zur Drehachse orthogonalen Ebene angeordnete Kammernut (39) umfaßt.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kammernut (39) bis auf einen Abschnitt, der im Bereich der Zuführleitung angeordnet ist, umlaufend angeordnet ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Auftragdüse (21) mit einer Ausnehmung (25) versehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Größe und/oder Tiefe des Austrittsschlitzes (24) der Auftragdüse (21) zum Vorgeben einer vorgebbaren Menge aufzutragenden Leims anpaßbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der wenigstens einen Auftragdüse (21) und/oder des jeweiligen Austrittsschlitzes (24) der wenigstens einen Auftragdüse (21) anpaßbar oder vorgebbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Auftragdüse (21) mit einer gekrümmten Fläche (43) auf der Einlaufseite des Hüllmaterials (10) versehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Leimdruck für die Leimzufuhr einstellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel vorgesehen sind, mittels denen der Leimdruck jeder Auftragdüse (21) einstellbar ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei Zuführleitungen (22, 23) miteinander verbunden sind und zur Zufuhr des Leims zu den wenigstens zwei Zuführleitungen (22, 23) eine Leitung vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens eine Auftragdüse (21) wenigstens teilweise mit einer die Benetzungsfähigkeit des Leims vermindernden Beschichtung versehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß außerdem eine Überwachungseinrichtung vorgesehen ist, die die Güte der auf dem Hüllmaterial (10) erzeugten, wenigstens einen Leimspur überwacht.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Mittel zur Messung der aufgetragenen Leimmenge (Leimmengenmeßmittel) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 18 und/oder 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mittels der Überwachungseinrichtung und/oder dem Leimmengenmeßmittel eine Regelung und/oder Steuerung der Komponenten der Einrichtung zum Auftragen von Leim vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 2 bis 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Unregelmäßigkeit (37, 38) je Zuführleitung (23) auf der Umfangsfläche (45) der Walze (32) vorgesehen ist.
- Einrichtung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere Unregelmäßigkeiten (37, 38) je Zuführleitung (23) auf der Umfangsfläche (45) der Walze (32) vorgesehen sind.
- Einrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Antriebsmittel des Drehschiebers (32) vorgesehen ist, das den Drehschieber (32) entsprechend der Geschwindigkeit des zu beleimenden Hüllmaterials (10) antreibt.
- Verfahren zum Auftragen von Leim auf ein Hüllmaterial (10) eines stabförmigen Artikels der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, wobei der Leim mittels wenigstens einem Auftragselement (21) auf das Hüllmaterial (10) aufgetragen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei verschiedene Leimsorten dem wenigstens einen Auftragelement (21) zugeführt werden und auf das Hüllmaterial (10) aufgetragen werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens zwei Leimsorten über wenigstens zwei Zuführleitungen (22, 23, 27) dem Auftragelement (21) zugeführt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 24 und/oder 25, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auftragen von Leim wenigstens zeitweise unterbrochen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Unterbrechen des Auftragens von Leim die Leimzufuhr, insbesondere mittels eines Drehschiebers (33), unterbrochen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 24 bis 27, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens zwei verschiedenen Leimsorten mittels wenigstens zwei Pumpen (281 bis 283) zuführbar sind.
- Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 24 bis 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wenigstens zwei verschiedenen Leimsorten auf einer Leimsorte basieren, der kurz vor Auftragen der Leimsorte auf das Hüllmaterial (10) wenigstens teilweise wenigstens ein Zusatzstoff zugeführt wird.
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer Filterzigarette, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zum Auftragen von Leim auf ein Hüllmaterial (10) ein Verfahren nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 24 bis 29 Verwendung findet.
- Mit Leim versehenes Hüllmaterial (10) für einen stabförmigen Artikel der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens zwei verschiedene Leimsorten aufgetragen sind.
- Mit Leim versehenes Hüllmaterial (10) nach Anspruch 31, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Leimsorte flammhemmende Bestandteile aufweist oder flammhemmend ist.
- Mit Leim versehenes Hüllmaterial (10) nach Anspruch 31 und/oder 32, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens eine Leimsorte mit Geschmacksstoffen oder einem Aroma versetzt ist.
- Filterzigarette mit einem mit Leim versehenen Hüllmaterial (10) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 31 bis 33.
