Claims (8)
- Umlenkeinrichtung zum Umlenken eines Bandes (3, 8), insbesondere eines Metallbandes (3, 8), von einem Anfangsführungskanal (5) in einen neben dem Anfangsführungskanal (5) verlaufenden Endführungskanal (9), wobei das Band (3, 8) beim Durchlaufen des Anfangsführungskanals (5) eine vom Endführungskanal (9) abgewandte Unterseite (II) und eine dem Endführungskanal (9) zugewandte Oberseite (I) aufweist, wobei die Umlenkeinrichtung eine untere Beaufschlagungseinrichtung (11) zum Beaufschlagen der Unterseite (II) des Bandes (3, 8) mit einem Medium (12) aufweist, wobei die Umlenkeinrichtung eine Treibeinrichtung (1, 2) mit einer oberen Treibrolle (1) und einer unteren Treibrolle (2) aufweist, wobei die obere Treibrolle (1) auf die Oberseite (I) und die untere Treibrolle (2) auf die Unterseite (II) wirkt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der unteren Treibrolle (2) ein unterer Abstreifer (7) zum Abstreifen des Bandes (3, 8) von der unteren Treibrolle (2) zugeordnet ist und daß die untere Beaufschlagungseinrichtung (11) am unteren Abstreifer (7) angeordnet ist. - Umlenkeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Medium (12) Druckluft oder unter Druck stehendes Wasser ist. - Umlenkeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Abstreifer (7) an die untere Treibrolle (2) anstellbar ist. - Umlenkeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sie eine obere Beaufschlagungseinrichtung (13) zum Beaufschlagen der Oberseite (I) des Bandes (3, 8) mit dem Medium (12) aufweist. - Umlenkeinrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oberen Treibrolle (1) ein oberer Abstreifer (6) zum Abstreifen des Bandes (3, 8) von der oberen Treibrolle (1) zugeordnet ist und daß die obere Beaufschlagungseinrichtung (13) am oberen Abstreifer (6) angeordnet ist. - Umlenkeinrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der obere Abstreifer (6) an die obere Treibrolle (1) anstellbar ist. - Umlenkeinrichtung nach einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anfangsführungskanal (5) und der Endführungskanal (9) durch eine Weiche (10) voneinander getrennt sind und daß die Weiche (10) eine abgerundete Spitze (15) aufweist. - Umlenkeinrichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Spitze (15) drehbar gelagert ist.
