Abstract
Description
- Bei Bohrbetrieb ist keine Arretierung des Betätigungselements für den EIN-/AUS-Schalter möglich. Eine gegebenenfalls zuvor gewählte Arretierung wird zwangsweise aufgehoben, sobald auf Bohrbetrieb umgeschaltet wird.
- Bei Meißelbetrieb ist bei einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung eine Arretierung des Betätigungselements für den EIN-/AUS-Schalter möglich. Diese Arretierung ist durch den Benutzer vorwählbar und kann auch während des Betriebs der Maschine gewählt oder abgeschaltet werden.

Claims (9)
- Handgeführter elektrischer Kombihammer für durch den Benutzer umschaltbaren, wahlweisen Einsatz als Bohr- oder Meißelhammer, mit einem im Gehäusehandgriff (2) gelagerten, entgegen einer Vorspannkraft zu betätigenden Betätigungselements (17) für einen elektrischen EIN-/AUS-Schalter, einer Umschalteinrichtung (3, 4) zum Umschalten von Bohr- auf Meißelbetrieb und vice versa, sowie mit einer durch die Umschalteinrichtung aktivierbaren Arretiervorrichtung (5 - 22) für das Betätigungselement (17) in dessen EIN-Schaltposition bei Wahl des Meißelbetriebs, gekennzeichnet durch einen Arretierschalter (15), der bei Wahl des Meißelbetriebs in einer Schaltposition zur Fixierung des Betätigungselements (17) in dessen EIN-Schaltposition durch die Arretiervorrichtung dient und in einer anderen Schaltposition die Arretiervorrichtung unwirksam schaltet, in der das Betätigungselement (17) bei Freigabe durch den Benutzer unter der Wirkung der Vorspannkraft in die AUS-Schaltposition zurückspringt.
- Kombihammer nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arretiervorrichtung eine von der Umschalteinrichtung (3, 4) betätigbare Schaltstange (5) aufweist, die auf einen an dieser schwenkbar angelenkten, durch eine Längsverschiebung der Schaltstange (5) relativ zum Gehäusehandgriff (2) verschieblichen Schieber (9) wirkt, der auf einer der Schaltstange (5) gegenüberliegenden Seite mit einem Arretierelement (21) versehen ist, das bei Betätigung des Arretierschalters (15) in der Position "Meißelbetrieb" durch Verschwenken des Schiebers (9) in den Verschiebeweg eines am federvorbelasteten Betätigungselement (17) für den EIN-/AUS-Schalter vorhandenen Arretieransatzes (22) gelangt und in dieser Schaltposition den Rückschub des Betätigungselements (17) in die AUS-Schaltposition verhindert.
- Kombihammer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen der Schaltstange (5) und dem Schieber (9) ein Gelenk (10, 11, 12) vorhanden ist.
- Kombihammer nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Arretierelement (21) als mit dem Schwenkschieber (9) verbundener Nocken, Zapfen oder Haken ausgebildet ist, der bei Wahl des Meißelbetriebs und auf "Fixierung des Betätigungselements" (17) betätigtem Arretierschalter (15) in den Rückschubweg des am Betätigungselement (17) ausgebildeten Arretieransatzes (22) gelangt.
- Kombihammer nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, gekenzeichnet durch eine dem Arretierschalter (15) zugeordnete Rastplatte (14), welche die Hin- und Herverschiebung des von zwei Seiten betätigbaren Arretierschalters (15) in jeweils eine von zwei Schaltpositionen begrenzt.
- Kombihammer nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Umschalter (3, 4) von Bohr- auf Meißelbetrieb ein Exzenternocken (4) vorhanden ist, der bei Wahl des Meißelbetriebs den Schwenkschieber (9) über die Schaltstange (5) relativ zum Gerätegehäuse (1, 2) in Richtung näher zum Betätigungselement (17) entgegen der Rückschubkraft einer auf den Schwenkschieber (9) wirkenden Feder (13a, 13b) verschiebt.
- Kombihammer nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die auf den Schwenkschieber (9) wirkende Rückschubkraft durch zwei parallel und in der gleichen Wirkungsebene angeordnete Druckfedern (13a, 13b) aufgebracht wird.
- Kombihammer nach Anspruch 7 in Verbindung mit Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Druckfedern (13a, 13b) auf eine dem Drehpunkt (12) des Schwenkschiebers (9) abgekehrten Fläche des Schwenkschiebers (9) wirken und gegen die Rastplatte (14) des Arretierschalters (15) abgestützt sind.
- Kombihammer nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mit der Schaltstange (5) ein innerhalb des Gerätegehäuses (1, 2) geführter Magnethalter (7) verbunden ist, der in Abhängigkeit von der Schaltstellung des Umschalters (3, 4) ein logisches JA-/NEIN-Schaltsignal an die Steuerelektronik des Kombihammers liefert.
