- Auffangwanne aus Beton zur Aufnahme von umweltgefährdenden Flüssigkeiten als Sicherungsunterbau für Industrieanlagen, Vorratsbehälter, Trafoanlagen, Verladestationen o. dgl., mit einem Boden und einem diesen umgebenden Rand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Boden der Auffangwanne (1; 1'; 1") aus einer Mehrzahl von unter Bildung von Fugen (F) aneinander angrenzend verlegten, einzelnen Bodenformsteinen (4) besteht, . die untereinander durch zumindest eine Sperrzone bildende Dichtungsmittel (8, 8') abgedichtet sind, und der Rand der Auffangwanne (1; 1'; 1'') aus einer Mehrzahl von ihrerseits unter Bildung von Fugen (F) aneinander und an die Bodenformsteine (4) angrenzend verlegten, einzelnen Randformsteinen (3; 3'; 3") besteht, die untereinander und gegenüber den Bodenformsteinen (4) durch Dichtungsmittel (8, 8') abgedichtet und an ihren in Einbaustellung einander zugewandten Querseiten (17, 18) mit einer lagesichernden Profilierung (19) versehen sind.
- Auffangwanne nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formkörper (3, 4) mit randseitigen Ausnehmungen (10, 10') bzw. innenseitigen Anformungen (12; 12') versehen sind, die zwischen benachbart verlegten Formkörpern (3, 4) gemeinsam eine Aufnahmenut für Dichtungsmittel (8, 8') begrenzen.
- Auffangwanne nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Dichtungsmittel (8) eine gießfähige Dichtungsmasse (23) vorgesehen ist.
- Auffangwanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Formkörper (3, 4) eingegossene Dichtungsteile (8') aufweisen, die randseitig in die Aufnahmenut vorstehen.
- Auffangwanne nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die in die Aufnahmenut vorstehenden Dichtungsteile (8') unter Bildung einer oberen Sperrzone (5, 6) untereinander abdichtend verbunden, insbesondere verschweißt oder verklebt, sind.
- Auffangwanne nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtungsteile (8, 8') folienförmig (14; 14'; 14''; 14''') ausgebildet sind.
- Auffangwanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randformkörper (3) L-förmig ausgebildet sind, mit ihrem Vertikalschenkel (15) die Seitenwand der Auffangwanne (1; 1'; 1'') bilden und mit ihrem Horizontalschenkel (16) die Bodenformkörper (4) in ihrem Außenrandbereich untergreifen.
- Auffangwanne nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Horizontalschenkel (16) der Randformkörper (3) die Bodenformkörper (4) im Abstand (A) untergreift.
- Auffangwanne nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtungsteile (14; 14'; 14'') der Randformkörper (3) entlang dem Vertikal- und dem Horizontalschenkel (15, 16) einteilig durchgehend ausgebildet sind.
- Auffangwanne nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randformkörper (3) an ihrem Horizontalschenkel (16) einen Dichtungsteil (14') aufweisen, der aus dessen Stirnseite vorsteht.
- Auffangwanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Randformkörper (3) an ihren in Einbaustellung einander zugewandten Querseiten (17, 18) mit einer Nut/Feder-Profilierung (19) versehen sind.
- Auffangswanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß unterhalb der Bodenformkörper (4) eine die Auffangwanne (1) vollflächig untergreifende und mit den Dichtungsteilen (14, 14') der Randformkörper (3) verbundene Dichtfolie (36) als untere Sperrzone (7) vorgesehen ist.
- Auffangwanne nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die die untere Sperrzone (7) bildende Dichtfolie (36) im Abstand (A') zu den Bodenformsteinen (4) angeordnet ist.
- Auffangwanne nach Anspruch 12 oder 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß oberhalb der unteren Sperrzone (7; 7') zumindest eine Kontrollsonde (42) angeordnet ist.
- Auffangwanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bodenformkörper (4) im Bereich ihrer Seitenflächen zumindest bereichsweise mit einer Beschichtung (52, 53) versehen sind.
- Auffangwanne nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß diese (1') eine rechteckige Umfangskontur aufweist und in einem Seitenbereich die Randformkörper (3') eine überfahrbare Einbaulage zu den inneren Bodenformkörpern (4) hin aufweisen.
