Claims (23)
- Folienzuführvorrichtung zum Zuführen von Folie zur Herstellung von Folienbeuteln, mit einer motorgetriebenen Vorratsrolle (1, 2, 4) zum Zuführen von Folienmaterial (15, 16, 18) mit einer Zuführungsleistung, einer Abzugseinrichtung (67a, 67b, 68, 70) zum Abziehen des Folienmaterials mit einer Abzugsleistung und einem zwischen der Vorratsrolle (1, 2, 4) und der Abzugseinrichtung (67a, 67b, 68, 70) angeordneten Verbrauchssensor (80, 81, 82), mit dem abhängig vom Verbrauch an Folienmaterial der Antrieb der Vorratsrolle (1, 2, 4) gesteuert wird, wobei der Verbrauchssensor (80, 81, 82) folgendes umfasst:wenigstens eine ortsfeste Umlenkwalze (19, 20, 24),wenigstens eine Sensorwalze (21, 22, 26), die so gelagert und angeordnet ist, dass sie entsprechend der Differenz zwischen Zuführ- und Abführleistung an Folienmaterial (15, 16, 18) ihren Abstand zu der wenigstens einen Umlenkwalze (19, 20, 24) verändert und für eine konstante Spannung im Folienmaterial vor der Abzugseinrichtung sorgt, undeine Sensoreinrichtung, die die Abstandsänderung erfasst und bei Unterschreiten eines vorgegebenen ersten Abstandes die Geschwindigkeit des Antriebs (3, 6, 8) der Vorratsrolle (1, 2, 4) erhöht und bei Überschreiten eines vorgegebenen zweiten Abstandes die Geschwindigkeit des Antriebs erniedrigt, mit
einem zweiten Sicherheitssensor (49, 50, 66), der ein Fehlersignal erzeugt, wenn die mindestens eine Sensorwalze (21, 22, 26) einen Maximalabstand von der mindestens einen Umlenkwalze (19, 20, 24) überschreitet. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sensoreinrichtung derart ausgestaltet ist, dass sie bei Überschreiten des vorgegebenen Abstandes (3, 6, 8) der Vorratsrolle (1, 2, 4) abschaltet.

die Motoren (6, 8) der Vorratsrollen (2, 4) von einer gemeinsamen Steuereinheit (10) gesteuert werden, die die Signale der Sensoreinrichtungen der jeweiligen Verbrauchssensoren (80, 82) empfangen. - Verfahren zum Zuführen von Folienmaterial, bei der Herstellung von Folienbeuteln, bei dem Folienmaterial (15, 16, 18) von einer motorgetriebenen Vorratsrolle (1, 2, 4) zugeführt wird, im Anschluss daran um mindestens eine ortsfeste Umlenkwalze (19, 20, 24) und mindestens eine Sensorwalze (21, 22, 26) geführt wird, die für eine konstante Spannung im Folienmaterial sorgt, und deren Abstand zu der mindestens einen Umlenkwalze variabel ist, und schließlich von einer Abzugseinrichtung (67a, 67b, 68, 70) abgezogen wird, wobei
die Geschwindigkeit des Antriebs (3, 6, 8) der Vorratsrolle erhöht wird, wenn der Abstand der Sensorwalze von der Umlenkwalze einen vorgegebenen ersten Abstand unterscheitet,
die Geschwindigkeit des Antriebs (3, 6, 8) erniedrigt wird, wenn der Abstand der Sensorwalze von der Umlenkwalze einen zweiten vorgegebenen Abstand überschreitet,
ein Fehlersignal von einem ersten Sicherheitssensor erzeugt wird, wenn die mindestens eine Sensorwalze einen Minimalabstand von der mindestens einen Umlenkwalze unterschreitet, und
ein Fehlersignal von einem zweiten Sicherheitssensor erzeugt wird, wenn die mindestens eine Sensorwalze einen Maximalabstand von der mindestens einen Umlenkwalze überscheitet. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Antrieb der Vorratsrolle (1, 2, 4) abgeschaltet wird, wenn der Abstand der Sensorwalze von der Umlenkwalze den zweiten vorgegebenen Abstand überschreitet. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 19 oder 20,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
bei Überscheiten des Mindestabstandes der Sensorwalze von der Umlenkwalze zumindest die Abzugseinrichtung (67a, 67b, 68, 70) und die Betriebskomponenten abgeschaltet werden, die die Folie weiterverarbeiten. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 21,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
bei Überschreiten der Maximalabstandes zumindest der Antrieb (3, 6, 8) der Vorratsrolle, die Abzugseinrichtung (67a, 67b, 68, 70) und die Betriebskomponenten abgeschaltet werden, die die Folie weiterverarbeiten. - Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 19 bis 22,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Folie durch die Abzugseinrichtung (67a, 67b, 68, 70) taktweise abgezogen wird.
