- im Querschnitt ein bevorzugtes Ausführungsbeispiel für eine Schiebestapelwand nach der Erfindung, wobei der obere Teil eines Wandelementes mit dem Tragprofil, das den Antrieb umfassende, eine Fahrwerk und die Laufschiene zu sehen sind;

- Stromschiene und Zahnriemen sind in die Laufschiene platzsparend und geschützt integriert,
- für die Aufnahme von Stromschiene und Zahnriemen sind identische Aufnahmekammern (Seitennuten) vorhanden (spiegelsymmetrisches Laufschienenprofil);
- der Zahnriemen ist vertikal eingebaut und das Antriebsrad entsprechend horizontal angeordnet; hierdurch wird die Montage in einem Bogenstück stark vereinfacht;
- im angetriebenen Fahrwerk liegen die Laufachse der Seitenführungsrolle und die Wirkungsachse des Zahnriemens möglichst nahe beieinander; dadurch kann auch im Bogenbereich der Antrieb fest montiert bleiben - es findet keine Axialbewegung statt;
- sehr einfache Umstellung von manuell betriebener auf automatisch angetriebene Anlage - die Fahrwerke können leicht mit Antriebseinheit und Stromabnehmereinheit nachgerüstet werden;
- kein sichtbarer Unterschied zwischen Hand- und Automatikanlagen;
- die Beschlags- und Antriebskomponenten sind modular aufgebaut;
- jedes Wandelement ist mit einer lokalen Steuerung eine autonome Einheit.

Claims (10)
- Schiebestapelwand (10) mit einer Mehrzahl von einzeln verschiebbaren Wandelementen (13), wobei jedes der Wandelemente (13) an seiner deckenseitigen Oberkante durch ein horizontal verlaufendes Tragprofil (12) begrenzt ist und mittels wenigstens eines an dem Tragprofil befestigten Fahrwerks (14, 30) in einer oberhalb des Tragprofils (12) angeordneten, gemeinsamen Laufschiene (11) seitwärts verfahrbar ist, und wobei jedes der Wandelemente (13) einen eigenen Antrieb (17) mit einem elektrisch betriebenen Antriebsmotor (27) aufweist, welcher Antrieb (17) an dem Wandelement (13) befestigt ist und über Antriebsmittel (24, 25) mit der Laufschiene (11) in Eingriff steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (27) innerhalb des Tragprofils (12) angeordnet ist.
- Schiebestapelwand nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Antriebsmotor (27) mit seiner Antriebsachse (28) parallel zur Längsachse des Tragprofils (12) angeordnet ist.
- Schiebestapelwand nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsmittel ein von dem Antriebsmotor (27) angetriebenes Zahnrad (25) umfassen, welches mit einem sich innerhalb des Tragprofils (12) in Längsrichtung erstreckenden, gezahnten Profil (24) in Eingriff steht.
- Schiebestapelwand nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das gezahnte Profil ein in das Tragprofil (12) eingeschobener Zahnriemen (24) ist, dass das Zahnrad (25) um eine vertikale Achse drehbar ist und in den vertikal angeordneten Zahnriemen (24) eingreift, und dass die Kraftübertragung vom Antriebsmotor (27) zum Zahnrad (25) über ein Winkelgetriebe (29) erfolgt.
- Schiebestapelwand nach 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Versorgung des Antriebsmotors (27) mit Strom innerhalb der Laufschiene (11) eine sich in Längsrichtung der Laufschiene (11) erstreckende Stromschiene (21) angeordnet ist, und dass jedes Wandelement (13) ein Fahrwerk (30) aufweist, welches mittels am Fahrwerk (30) befestigten Stromabnehmern (33, 34) Strom von der Stromschiene (21) abnimmt und an den Antriebsmotor (27) weiterleitet.
- Schiebestapelwand nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jedes Wandelement (13) zwei in Laufrichtung hintereinander angeordnete Fahrwerke (14, 30) aufweist, dass das Wandelement (13) über das erste Laufwerk (14) angetrieben wird, und dass die Stromabnahme über das zweite Laufwerk (30) erfolgt.
- Schiebestapelwand nach einem der Ansprüche 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Laufschiene (11) als zu einer Mittelebene (26) spiegelsymmetrische Profilschiene ausgebildet ist, welche im Inneren eine Laufebene (40) aufweist, auf welcher die Fahrwerke (14, 30) mit Tragrollen (15, 31) verfahrbar sind, dass unterhalb der Laufebene (40) zwei sich gegenüberliegende und in Schienenlängsrichtung erstreckende, nach innen offene Seitennuten (19, 20) ausgebildet sind, und dass in der einen Seitennut (19) die Stromschiene (21) und in der anderen Seitennut (20) der Zahnriemen (24) angeordnet ist.
- Schiebestapelwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jedem der Wandelemente (13) eine lokale Steuerung (43) vorgesehen ist, welche den Antriebsmotor (27) des jeweiligen Wandelementes steuert, und dass die lokalen Steuerungen (43) über einen Datenbus mit einer zentralen Steuerung (42) Informationen austauschen.
- Schiebestapelwand nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass als Datenbus die Stromschiene (21) verwendet wird.
- Schiebestapelwand nach einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in jedem Wandelement (13) Mittel vorgesehen sind, welche Informationen über die Bewegung des Wandelementes (13) aufnehmen und zur Weiterverarbeitung an die lokale Steuerung (43) des Wandelementes (13) weiterleiten.
