Abstract
一种中心旋转的隔断门,包括门扇组件、移动机构、行程轨道和控制电柜,所述行程轨道上设有若干个门扇组件和移动机构,所述门扇组件相对应与移动机构独立连接,所述移动机构均与控制电柜连接,其中:还包括旋转机构,所述旋转机构包括垂直方向的大齿轮、水平方向上的小齿轮、旋转电机,所述大齿轮置于门扇组件的顶端,大齿轮的轴承与移动机构连接,所述小齿轮水平放置于门扇组件的顶端,带齿一端与大齿轮咬合,另一端连接旋转电机,所述旋转电机与控制电柜连接。本发明结构合理设计,最大可承受可达750公斤门扇,采用碳刷与滑触线通讯和通电,防火、安全性能好,解决传统技术中布线复杂,通讯弱且容易受干扰问题。
Description
技术领域
[0001]本发明涉及隔断门领域,特别是一种中心旋转的隔断门。
背景技术
[0002]隔断门是目前商场或家庭常用的一种房屋装修形式,它适应性强,可以几次变换,建造成本低;建造一座固定的墙壁花费大,不合算;而要改动时又要拆卸墙壁。而建造隔断门却有很多优点,大家都热衷采用。
[0003]移动隔断是一种根据需要可随时把大空间分割成小空间或把小空间连成大空间、具有类似墙体功能的活动隔离结构,能够起到一厅多能、一房多用的空间改造作用。目前的移动隔断门存在单块板较高且重量较大、配套五金荷载要求高、制造成本高等问题,而且功能单一,装饰效果也存在进一步改善的空间。过往一段时间里,隔断门页是人工推动的,比较烦琐;当隔断门很大时,又很沉重,推动起来要费力气。
[0004]因此,目前市面上出现了电动隔断门,它是采用吊挂轮将隔断门页吊挂在房间顶层上,用电动机及同步带轮拖动隔断门页左、右移动。但该种移动隔断门仍有较多的弱点,隔断门在200公斤到750公斤重量的属于重型隔断门,在重型隔断门领域中,因门板的质量很大,采用的电动机也很大、成本高;上樑的支撑设计不合理,导致难以支撑重型隔断门重量,运行过程中重型隔断门的移速慢,难以满足隔断门移动的要求,且多数采用电线连接电机与电柜之间的通电与通讯,布线难度大,通讯弱,采用无线通讯的,附近有信号源容易干扰,且降低信号准确率。
发明内容
[0005]为了克服现有技术的上述缺点,本发明的目的是提供带有中心旋转和平移功能的,移动机构设计合理提高支撑门扇最大重量的一种中心旋转的隔断门。
[0006]本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种中心旋转的隔断门,包括门扇组件、移动机构、行程轨道和控制电柜,所述行程轨道上设有若干个门扇组件和移动机构,所述门扇组件相对应与移动机构独立连接,所述移动机构均与控制电柜连接,其中:还包括旋转机构,所述旋转机构包括垂直方向的大齿轮、水平方向上的小齿轮、旋转电机,所述大齿轮置于门扇组件的顶端,大齿轮的轴承与移动机构连接,所述小齿轮水平放置于门扇组件的顶端,带齿一端与大齿轮咬合,另一端连接旋转电机,所述旋转电机与控制电柜连接。
[0007]作为本发明的进一步改进:所述行程轨道包括有左右两侧的导轨和顶部的隔断备板,所述导轨内侧由上至下依次包括有同步槽、上滑轮槽、三组滑触线槽、支撑位、下滑轮槽,所述移动机构包括有移动电机,所述移动电机顶部设有动力齿轮,所述动力齿轮与同步槽配合连接,所述移动电机侧部由上至下依次设有上滑轮、三组碳刷、支撑滚轮、下滑轮,分别依次与导轨内侧的上滑轮槽、三组滑触线槽、支撑位、下滑轮槽连接。
[0008]作为本发明的进一步改进:所述同步槽内设有同步带,所述同步带上设有若干个螺钉,相邻两个螺钉之间的距离为0.5m-lm。
[0009]作为本发明的进一步改进:所述三组滑触线槽内分别设有通电的正负极滑触线、移动电机与控制电机的通讯滑触线、电机与电机的信号滑触线,所述滑触线采用紫铜制作。
[0010]作为本发明的进一步改进:所述门扇组件底部设有止摆轮,与门扇组件的对齐的地面设有止摆槽,所述止摆轮伸入止摆槽中,防止门扇组件移动过程中或旋转过程中摇摆。
[0011]与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构合理设计,最大可承受可达750公斤门扇,同时运行过程中移动速度快,采用碳刷与滑触线通讯和通电,防火、安全性能好,解决传统技术中布线复杂,通讯弱且容易受干扰问题。

参考图1、图2、图4,一种中心旋转的隔断门,包括门扇组件1、移动机构2、行程轨道3和控制电柜,所述行程轨道3上设有若干个门扇组件I和移动机构2,所述门扇组件I相对应与移动机构2独立连接,所述移动机构I均与控制电柜连接,其中:还包括旋转机构4,所述旋转机构4包括垂直方向的大齿轮41、水平方向上的小齿轮42、旋转电机43,所述大齿轮41置于门扇组件I的顶端,大齿轮41的轴承与移动机构2连接,所述小齿轮42水平放置于门扇组件I的顶端,带齿一端与大齿轮41咬合,另一端连接旋转电机43,所述旋转电机43与控制电柜连接。所述移动机构2、旋转机构4与控制电柜之间采用低压直流电,具有过载保护,控制电柜与电源连接中确保极大的安全性,所述控制电柜可以选择与消防系统和智能楼宇系统联动,收到火警信号自动打开火警报警,让人流疏散,提高防火和安全性能。
[0019]参考图2、图3、图5,所述行程轨道3包括有左右两侧的导轨和顶部的隔断备板31,所述导轨内侧由上至下依次包括有同步槽32、上滑轮槽33、三组滑触线槽34、支撑位35、下滑轮槽36 ο所述移动机构2包括有移动电机,所述移动电机顶部设有动力齿轮21,所述动力齿轮21与同步槽32配合连接,所述移动电机侧部由上至下依次设有上滑轮22、三组碳刷23、支撑滚轮24、下滑轮25,分别依次与导轨内侧的上滑轮槽33、三组滑触线槽34、支撑位35、下滑轮槽36连接。
[0020]所述隔断备板锁定两侧导轨之间的距离,使导轨内的个位置之间为等距,所述上滑轮与下滑轮用于限定移动电机在轨道的运动位置,防止出现偏移,所述支撑滚轮起到支撑整个移动机构、门扇组件的作用。
[0021]所述同步槽内设有同步带,所述同步带上设有若干个螺钉,相邻两个螺钉之间的距离为lm。传统技术中的直接采用皮带与电机进行联动,皮带经过使用会出现卡带、掉带、打滑现象,特别是在弯位角上,影响隔断门的运动。在同步带上设有螺钉可以保证同步带背面完全贴合同步槽,使动力齿轮稳定运行。
[0022]所述三组滑触线槽内分别设有通电的正负极滑触线、移动电机与控制电机的通讯滑触线、电机与电机的信号滑触线,所述滑触线采用紫铜制作。采用滑触线与碳刷连接,可以保证电源供应、信号传输的稳定,解决布线复杂,信号弱与通信干扰的问题。

1.一种中心旋转的隔断门,包括门扇组件、移动机构、行程轨道和控制电柜,所述行程轨道上设有若干个门扇组件和移动机构,所述门扇组件相对应与移动机构独立连接,所述移动机构均与控制电柜连接,其特征是:还包括旋转机构,所述旋转机构包括垂直方向的大齿轮、水平方向上的小齿轮、旋转电机,所述大齿轮置于门扇组件的顶端,大齿轮的轴承与移动机构连接,所述小齿轮水平放置于门扇组件的顶端,带齿一端与大齿轮咬合,另一端连接旋转电机,所述旋转电机与控制电柜连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种中心旋转的隔断门,其特征是:所述行程轨道包括有左右两侧的导轨和顶部的隔断备板,所述导轨内侧由上至下依次包括有同步槽、上滑轮槽、三组滑触线槽、支撑位、下滑轮槽,所述移动机构包括有移动电机,所述移动电机顶部设有动力齿轮,所述动力齿轮与同步槽配合连接,所述移动电机侧部由上至下依次设有上滑轮、三组碳刷、支撑滚轮、下滑轮,分别依次与导轨内侧的上滑轮槽、三组滑触线槽、支撑位、下滑轮槽连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种中心旋转的隔断门,其特征是:所述同步槽内设有同步带,所述同步带上设有若干个螺钉,相邻两个螺钉之间的距离为0.5m-lm。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种中心旋转的隔断门,其特征是:所述三组滑触线槽内分别设有通电的正负极滑触线、移动电机与控制电机的通讯滑触线、电机与电机的信号滑触线,所述滑触线采用紫铜制作。
