- FIG. 1 In the process diagram shown in Figure 1 according to the prior art are a car wash with twelve compartments 1-12 and a hopper 13 as well as a downstream EW dewatering press and piping with shut-off and deflection elements, addition devices for water FW, washing and Washing aids PESa, PESb, as well as containers T2 and T3 for collecting or intermediate storage of process water systematically shown.
- the chambers 1 and 2 are the pre-wash zone VW, 3 - 7 the rinse or wash zone KW, 8 - 11 assigned to the rinsing zone SP and 12 to the post-treatment zone NB.
- the press water PW of the drainage level EW and the aftertreatment water NW from post-treatment level NB are in tank T3 and the rinsing water SW from the rinsing stage SP is collected in the tank T2.
- the laundry is fed into the first prewash chamber 1 via the hopper 13 given and after completion of the respective treatment by chamber Chamber until finally for post-treatment NB such.
- the rinsing water SW flows out of the laundry Chamber 11 up to the first rinsing chamber 8, where that is not in the laundry taken up rinse water SW is withdrawn and collected in tank T2.
- a small amount of fresh water FW can also be used be added in chamber 12.
- Tank 2 becomes a subset, in the example 2.5 - 4 l / kg TW of the last washing chamber 7 fed to the laundry up to first wash chamber 3 flows where it is withdrawn and used as waste water the channel K is disposed of.
- the other subset of the flushing water SW from the tank T2 becomes the filling funnel 13 during the washing and prewashing of the laundry fed.
- Peracetic acid solution PESa is partially in an amount of 1.73 to 3 ml / kg TW used in chamber 11 and / or partially in chamber 12.
- the one in chamber 12 used part arrives after being effective in post-treatment NB with the re-used aftertreatment (NW) and press water PW in the chamber 11 of the rinse stage.
- NW re-used aftertreatment
- PW press water
- the majority of peracetic acid PESa are added to chamber 12, since the still effective part of the peracetic acid in the re-used Water NW and PW can take effect over the entire rinse stage.
- the car wash process water in chamber 12 of post-treatment level NB a metering line 18 supplied bactericidal and fungistatic, active oxygen-free FOEN washing aids in an amount of 0.2 - 1 ml / kg, preferably 0.6 ml / kg, dry laundry TW added.
- the washing aid also the last chamber 11 of the rinse stage SP, what is not shown here.
- the bactericidal and fungistatic detergent is added to the post-treatment stage in such an amount that in the process water of the standing bath of the post-treatment level NB Set the concentration from 0.03 ml / l to 0.17 ml / l process water.
- a flow monitoring device is located in the metering line 18 19 arranged for the washing aid.
- At the flow monitor 19 can be a, in particular based on inductive Flow measurement working, flow meter or an oval gear meter act.
- the flow monitor 19 is used for adjustment and control of the metered amount of washing aid.
- Over a The first electrical line 20 is connected to the flow monitoring device 19 a control unit 17 in operative connection, so that after appropriate implementation into an electrical signal from the flow monitor 19 recorded values for the flow rate of washing aid to the control unit 17 are transmitted.
- the tank T3 there is a measuring probe 14 for determining the salinity in the collected Post-treatment (NW) and press water PW installed.
- NW Post-treatment
- the probe could also be installed in the chamber 12.
- the method for measuring the salinity is the inductive measurement of Process water conductivity.
- the conductivity is a measure of the electrolyte content of the liquor and thus represents the content of soluble salts. By comparison measurement it is possible to have a certain conductivity a certain one Assign salinity.
- the sensor is connected via a second electrical line 21 or the measuring probe 14 is also connected to the control unit 17. From the tank T3 leads a return line 22 into chamber 11 (FIG. 2) or chamber 9 ( Figure 3) the rinse stage.
- This Device 15 for setting and / or measuring the aftertreatment and drainage level is recycled amount of circulating water through a third electrical line 23 also to the control unit 17th connected.
- Flow monitor 19 the metered amount of washing aid, by the sensor 14, the salt concentration of the recyclable as circulating water Aftertreatment and press water and through the device 15 the amount of post-treatment and press water returned to the rinse stage determined and via the respective electrical lines 20, 21 and 23 as that electrical signal to the control unit 17 transmitted.
- control unit 17 these signals are recorded, the associated ones corresponding measured values are documented and used for control and regulation of the washing process processed.
- the control unit takes this into account 17 also set by the operating personnel, which is a measure of the the process water ingredients carried over into the post-treatment stage NB play.
- washing aids are adjusted so that there is in the process water of the post-treatment stage NB a concentration of 0.03 ml / l to 0.17 ml / l of bactericidal and sets a fungistatic, active oxygen-free washing aid. Recognizes the control unit now uses the transmitted data that the current Dosing setting to permanently fall below the desired concentration level leads to washing aids in the process water, this sets the car wash is automatically out of order.
- the duration of a shortfall of the lower - or also upper - limit value can be determined by the operating personnel can be set, for example in minutes or cycle times of the car wash. In the event of such a permanent shortfall in the limit value, it is likely that that there is a device fault without eliminating the quality the washing process is not guaranteed.
- the operator creates an optimal one with the help of the control unit 17 Salinity, in the example less than or equal to 1000 mg / l of process water. If the salinity rises above this value, the most probable The reason for this is an insufficient fresh water supply. But it can also because the ratio of the fresh water supplied to the rinse stage SP returned amount of aftertreatment water NW and press water PW is unfavorable that, for example, the press water and after-treatment water content gets too high. Among other things therefore is in line 22 for the Returning the water NW and PW to the rinsing stage SP a flow measurement 15 installed.
- a limit switch is also recommended for the salinity.
- the return amount of aftertreatment (NW) determined with the aid of the flow meter 15 and press water PW is also in the control unit 17 Control and adjustment of the metered in with the flow monitoring device 19 Amount of washing aid used.
- the control unit 17 controls the flow monitor 19 such that taking into account with the returned amount of aftertreatment and press water recycled washing aids in the process water of the aftertreatment stage NB the desired concentration from 0.03 ml / l to 0.17 ml / l Adjusts washing aids.
- active oxygen gets into the process water of the washing stage and becomes this process water containing active oxygen or this wash liquor at Transition from the washing stage KW to the rinsing stage SP partly with the Items to be washed are transferred from chamber 7 to chamber 8.
- This wash liquor is made the chamber 8 discharged into the tank 2 and can then - as from the prior art Technology known - be fed back to the hopper 13.
- a fresh water supply is FWb in the hopper 13 by means of the branch line 26 necessary.
- active oxygen-free washing aid is a didecyldimethylammonium chloride containing disinfectant Means used, such as under the name Sekural® fongi is known.
