- FIG. 1 In the process diagram shown in Figure 1 according to the prior art are a car wash with twelve compartments 1-12 and a hopper 13 as well as a downstream EW dewatering press and piping with shut-off and deflection elements, addition devices for water FW, washing and Washing aids PESa, PESb, as well as containers T2 and T3 for collecting or intermediate storage of process water systematically shown.
- the chambers 1 and 2 are the pre-wash zone VW, 3 - 7 the rinse or wash zone KW, 8 - 11 assigned to the rinsing zone SP and 12 to the post-treatment zone NB.
- the press water PW of the drainage level EW and the aftertreatment water NW from post-treatment level NB are in tank T3 and the rinsing water SW from the rinsing stage SP is collected in the tank T2.
- the laundry is fed into the first prewash chamber 1 via the hopper 13 given and after completion of the respective treatment by chamber Chamber until finally for post-treatment NB such.
- the rinsing water SW flows out of the laundry Chamber 11 up to the first rinsing chamber 8, where that is not in the laundry taken up rinse water SW is withdrawn and collected in tank T2.
- a small amount of fresh water FW can also be used be added in chamber 12.
- Tank 2 becomes a subset, in the example 2.5 - 4 l / kg TW of the last washing chamber 7 fed to the laundry up to first wash chamber 3 flows where it is withdrawn and used as waste water the channel K is disposed of.
- the other subset of the flushing water SW from the tank T2 becomes the filling funnel 13 during the washing and prewashing of the laundry fed.
- Peracetic acid solution PESa is partially in an amount of 1.73 to 3 ml / kg TW used in chamber 11 and / or partially in chamber 12.
- the one in chamber 12 used part arrives after being effective in post-treatment NB with the re-used aftertreatment (NW) and press water PW in the chamber 11 of the rinse stage.
- NW re-used aftertreatment
- PW press water
- the majority of peracetic acid PESa are added to chamber 12, since the still effective part of the peracetic acid in the re-used Water NW and PW can take effect over the entire rinse stage.
- the car wash process water in chamber 12 of post-treatment level NB a metering line 18 supplied bactericidal and fungistatic, active oxygen-free FOEN washing aids in an amount of 0.2 - 1 ml / kg, preferably 0.6 ml / kg, dry laundry TW added.
- the washing aid also the last chamber 11 of the rinse stage SP, what is not shown here.
- the bactericidal and fungistatic detergent is added to the post-treatment stage in such an amount that in the process water of the standing bath of the post-treatment level NB Set the concentration from 0.03 ml / l to 0.17 ml / l process water.
- a flow monitoring device is located in the metering line 18 19 arranged for the washing aid.
- At the flow monitor 19 can be a, in particular based on inductive Flow measurement working, flow meter or an oval gear meter act.
- the flow monitor 19 is used for adjustment and control of the metered amount of washing aid.
- Over a The first electrical line 20 is connected to the flow monitoring device 19 a control unit 17 in operative connection, so that after appropriate implementation into an electrical signal from the flow monitor 19 recorded values for the flow rate of washing aid to the control unit 17 are transmitted.
- the tank T3 there is a measuring probe 14 for determining the salinity in the collected Post-treatment (NW) and press water PW installed.
- NW Post-treatment
- the probe could also be installed in the chamber 12.
- the method for measuring the salinity is the inductive measurement of Process water conductivity.
- the conductivity is a measure of the electrolyte content of the liquor and thus represents the content of soluble salts. By comparison measurement it is possible to have a certain conductivity a certain one Assign salinity.
- the sensor is connected via a second electrical line 21 or the measuring probe 14 is also connected to the control unit 17. From the tank T3 leads a return line 22 into chamber 11 (FIG. 2) or chamber 9 ( Figure 3) the rinse stage.
- This Device 15 for setting and / or measuring the aftertreatment and drainage level is recycled amount of circulating water through a third electrical line 23 also to the control unit 17th connected.
- Flow monitor 19 the metered amount of washing aid, by the sensor 14, the salt concentration of the recyclable as circulating water Aftertreatment and press water and through the device 15 the amount of post-treatment and press water returned to the rinse stage determined and via the respective electrical lines 20, 21 and 23 as that electrical signal to the control unit 17 transmitted.
- control unit 17 these signals are recorded, the associated ones corresponding measured values are documented and used for control and regulation of the washing process processed.
- the control unit takes this into account 17 also set by the operating personnel, which is a measure of the the process water ingredients carried over into the post-treatment stage NB play.
- washing aids are adjusted so that there is in the process water of the post-treatment stage NB a concentration of 0.03 ml / l to 0.17 ml / l of bactericidal and sets a fungistatic, active oxygen-free washing aid. Recognizes the control unit now uses the transmitted data that the current Dosing setting to permanently fall below the desired concentration level leads to washing aids in the process water, this sets the car wash is automatically out of order.
- the duration of a shortfall of the lower - or also upper - limit value can be determined by the operating personnel can be set, for example in minutes or cycle times of the car wash. In the event of such a permanent shortfall in the limit value, it is likely that that there is a device fault without eliminating the quality the washing process is not guaranteed.
- the operator creates an optimal one with the help of the control unit 17 Salinity, in the example less than or equal to 1000 mg / l of process water. If the salinity rises above this value, the most probable The reason for this is an insufficient fresh water supply. But it can also because the ratio of the fresh water supplied to the rinse stage SP returned amount of aftertreatment water NW and press water PW is unfavorable that, for example, the press water and after-treatment water content gets too high. Among other things therefore is in line 22 for the Returning the water NW and PW to the rinsing stage SP a flow measurement 15 installed.
- a limit switch is also recommended for the salinity.
- the return amount of aftertreatment (NW) determined with the aid of the flow meter 15 and press water PW is also in the control unit 17 Control and adjustment of the metered in with the flow monitoring device 19 Amount of washing aid used.
- the control unit 17 controls the flow monitor 19 such that taking into account with the returned amount of aftertreatment and press water recycled washing aids in the process water of the aftertreatment stage NB the desired concentration from 0.03 ml / l to 0.17 ml / l Adjusts washing aids.
- active oxygen gets into the process water of the washing stage and becomes this process water containing active oxygen or this wash liquor at Transition from the washing stage KW to the rinsing stage SP partly with the Items to be washed are transferred from chamber 7 to chamber 8.
- This wash liquor is made the chamber 8 discharged into the tank 2 and can then - as from the prior art Technology known - be fed back to the hopper 13.
- a fresh water supply is FWb in the hopper 13 by means of the branch line 26 necessary.
- active oxygen-free washing aid is a didecyldimethylammonium chloride containing disinfectant Means used, such as under the name Sekural® fongi is known.

The invention relates to a method for operating countercurrent Car washes with several chambers connected in series, in which Items to be washed in succession in a prewash stage, a wash stage, one Rinse level, a post-treatment level and a drainage level treated is added disinfectant and / or bleaching detergent and process water at least partially, including rinse water in the washing and / or Prewash stage and press and post-treatment water in the Rinsing stage and / or the washing stage and / or the prewash stage are used again as well as a counter-current washing system with several cascaded Chambers that have a prewash stage in groups with at least one chamber, a washing stage, a rinsing stage and an aftertreatment stage form and which is followed by a drainage stage equipped with a plant for the supply and discharge of fresh and process water, whereby Process water at least partially, including rinse water in the washing stage and / or prewash stage and press and post-treatment water a return line to the rinse stage and / or the wash stage and / or the Prewash stage are traceable and with one to the aftertreatment stage and / or last chamber of the rinsing stage metering line with flow monitoring device for a disinfectant detergent.
Such a method and device are as follows 1 explained in more detail - known from practice. In this well-known The process becomes a disinfectant and bleaching agent that contains active oxygen Used washing aids and the freight loaded with this washing aid Press water from the dewatering stage at least partially into the rinse stage returned. Parts of the press water can be mixed with recycled water Process water from the rinse stage - sometimes also in the wash stage and the prewash stage can be used again. One is used as a washing aid Peracetic acid solution used. To rule out in this procedure that due to the press water returned to the prewash stage in the laundry existing protein-containing impurities are denatured and therefore no longer or can only be washed out with difficulty, is a special water supply necessary for the prewash stage. At the beginning of each wash cycle initially only fresh water and only press and / or returned in the middle of the cycle Rinsing water supplied.
From the German application DE-A-43 23 427 another method for Operation of counter-current car washes known. With this This is how the operation of a continuous counter-current car wash is designed be that despite the return of process water as far as possible no water containing active oxygen in the prewash area arrives to avoid the risk of denaturing protein-containing impurities encountered in the laundry.
Furthermore, from DE-A-22 26 373 a method is known which with the aim of Minimizing water consumption works similar to the aforementioned method, however, press water diluted with fresh water in the rinse stage is used.
In the course of the development to ever larger and fully continuously operated Washing lines are becoming increasingly important, the quality of the washing process must be adhered to while maintaining minimal water consumption. This is complicated by the fact that when process water is used again contained ingredients such as chemicals from washing and washing aids can be used again at locations that are sensitive to cleaning success or the reuse of process water due to the contained therein Ingredients are not possible at every point in the washing process. This The problem is of particular importance with regard to the content Detergent ingredients, especially the active oxygen content, and Salt concentration of the process water. Here are, for example Requirements of the guidelines on hospital hygiene and infection prevention to note the laundry.
For hygienic reasons, the entire drainage area is one To keep the car wash aseptic to aseptic to recontaminate it to prevent disinfected laundry. In particular, compliance this condition when returning press water from the dewatering stage in the rinse stage. As part of under repatriation of process water always more efficient with minimized use of washing and Washing aids and counter-current washing systems operated with fresh water, represent the recontamination of the disinfected laundry by foreign germs originate from ion exchangers or from conveyor belts or presses which Odor formation in damp laundry and stains, especially for roll towels are special problem areas.
The invention has for its object to a generic method lead and train a countercurrent washer so that the treatment the hygiene and aesthetic requirements of the laundry can be adhered to safely in the long term.
In a method of the type described at the outset, this task is performed in accordance with solved the invention in that the process water at the end of the rinsing stage and / or in the post-treatment stage a bactericidal and fungistatic effect, Adequate amounts of active oxygen-free detergent is added and the metered amount of the washing aid is determined and preferably is documented and that at least in the process water of the post-treatment stage a concentration of 0.03 ml / l process water to 0.17 ml / l Process water of this washing aid continuously by appropriate metering is maintained.
The invention provides a method that enables safe disinfection of the circulating water created by re-used process water and prevents surface contamination. In particular is this by returning the press and after-treatment water circuit water created in the rinsing stage is safely disinfected. The invention ensures that the rinsing stage / post-treatment stage / dewatering stage circuit water is always free of germs, the hospital infections could cause. This security is achieved in that the metered amount of bactericidal and fungistatic, active oxygen-free Washing aids are determined - i.e. monitored - and preferably documented as well as being maintained continuously. It will be a both in terms of the washing and disinfection effect is a very safe process created that the permanent adherence to the laundry at the end of the Wash process made hygienic and aesthetic requirements ensures. The one that significantly influences the quality of the washing process Size of the content of washing aids in the process water is in the range of Post-treatment level or the drainage level constantly monitored as well preferably documented and constantly by adding detergents kept in the range of the desired concentration. As a washing aid a bactericidal and fungistatic detergent used. This guarantees hygienically perfect conditions for the laundry at the end of the wash cycle Washing process. In particular, the recontamination of the items to be washed The formation of mold stains and the formation of odors when the laundry is stored in a damp condition thereby prevented.
On the feedback shown in the embodiments of FIGS. 2 and 3 withdrawn from the first chamber of the rinsing stage into the tank T2 The amount of rinsing water can optionally be dispensed with, so that the invention Process then washing without disturbing oxygen concentrations, which denatures protein and thus makes it difficult or impossible to wash out protein compounds under normal washing conditions, cause blood, for example.
The setting of a concentration of 0.03 ml / l - 0.17 ml / l process water bactericidal and fungistatic detergent in the process water results a very good inhibiting / disinfecting effect for the rinse stage dewatering press cycle water, so that this is safely returned to the rinse stage can be. By returning process water to the rinse stage is compared to processes without return of process water in the Rinsing area achieved a significantly improved rinsing effect in the rinsing stage.
Furthermore, the method according to the invention causes no other than that by the washing process itself unavoidable fiber damage to the Laundry. Comparative experiments with comparative fabrics show the washing processes according to the inventive method and in comparison normal washing processes with the addition of active oxygen-containing washing aids at the end of the rinsing stage and / or in the post-treatment stage and without recirculation subjected to after-treatment and press water in the rinse stage no differences in tensile strength loss and damage factor of the laundry.
According to a further embodiment, the invention provides that the metered Amount of washing aid such as that from the aftertreatment stage and the Dewatering stage returned to the rinse stage aftertreatment and Press water volume is put in a ratio that is taking into account who was dragged into the post-treatment stage with the laundry Process water ingredients in this area the concentration values mentioned adjust in the process water.
By considering the with the laundry in the post-treatment stage Process water ingredients carried over can be those of the aftertreatment stage dosing amount of bactericidal and fungistatic, Active oxygen-free washing aid for setting a concentration of Reduce 0.03 ml / l - 0.17 ml / l in the after-treatment stage.
As for the perfect treatment of the laundry during the washing process the avoidance of an undesirably high salting of the process water is to be ensured, especially with washing processes Ensure the return of press and after-treatment water to the rinse stage is, the invention sees in an embodiment to avoid an undesirable high salting of the process water before that the salt concentration in the process water at the end of the rinsing stage or in the area of the post-treatment stage or the drainage level is determined and preferably documented and a salt concentration in the process water less than 1200 mg / l, preferably less than or equal to 1000 mg / l process water, by adding fresh water in the last chamber of the rinse stage and / or the post-treatment stage continuously is maintained. In addition to the content of washing aids hereby the further, which significantly influences the quality of the washing process Size, namely the salt concentration in the process water, at the end of the rinsing stage or in the area of the post-treatment stage or the drainage stage constantly monitored and preferably documented and by metering in Fresh water with low salinity constantly in the range of the desired Concentration kept. This causes excessive salting of the process water avoided.
It is useful and advantageous here if the amount of fresh water metered in such as that from the post-treatment stage and the dewatering stage amount of post-treatment and press water returned to the rinse stage is related to the fact that taking into account the process water carried over to the treatment stage with the laundry set the specified salt concentration values in the process water in this area, as the invention provides in an embodiment. This allows the Reduce the amount of fresh water to be added to a minimum.
Furthermore, it is expedient according to an embodiment of the invention if different ones Salt concentrations only then by changing the fresh water dosage countermeasures are made if the specified return quantity is adhered to beforehand of post-treatment and press water in the rinse stage has been.
It is also an advantage if the maintenance is undershot the concentration of 0.03 ml / l to 0.17 ml / l of washing aid in the process water Amount of detergent to be added or the concentration from 0.03 ml / l to 0.17 ml / l of washing aids in the process water and / or at Exceeding the salt concentration of 1200 mg / l process water in the area the operation of the car wash stops automatically at the post-treatment stage is, as the invention provides in an embodiment. This will be shortfalls of the desired concentrations are immediately obvious and can the causes of these errors must be eliminated immediately. At the same time hereby indicated that the treated laundry the desired hygienic and may not meet aesthetic requirements. Complementary the shutdown of the system can also be indicated optically and / or acoustically what the invention also provides.
It is particularly advantageous in the process according to the invention that post-treatment and press water return, combined with the permanent Monitoring of the desired concentration ranges of washing aids and salinity, the total consumption of washing aids and fresh water compared to processes without return of aftertreatment and press water can be lowered. Therefore, the invention is distinguished Process in a further embodiment, characterized in that the entire Consumption per kg of dry water in fresh water and disinfectant Washing aids compared to a company without return of after-treatment and press water in the rinse stage is at most the same, the total consumption of washing aids and fresh water is preferably lowered. With the method according to the invention can be supplied to the washing process Fresh water volume by up to 50% compared to a washing process without after-treatment and press water return are lowered.
For the desired washing success as well as the lack of germs or sterility of the Car wash including the press has proven to be sufficient in the standing bath of the aftertreatment level, preferably exclusively bactericidal and fungistatic, active oxygen - free washing aid in an amount of 0.2 - 1 ml / kg, preferably 0.6 ml / kg, dry wash or 0.03 ml / l to 0.17 ml / l, preferably 0.1 ml / l, process water, such as this provides the invention in training.
In addition to the use of bactericidal and fungistatic Active oxygen-free washing aids can be used in the process according to the invention also auxiliary washing agent containing active oxygen, in particular one Peracetic acid solution, used as a washing aid. For this, the Invention in training before that in the washing stage an active oxygen Detergent added and the process water of the washing stage at the beginning the washing stage is removed from the car wash.
In a countercurrent washing system of the type described in the introduction, the task solved according to the invention in that at least in one of the areas Rinse stage, post-treatment stage and drainage stage with a collecting tank at least one sensor from the group of sensors for determining salt concentration in the process water and in the return line leading to the rinsing stage a device for the aftertreatment and press water Adjustment and / or measurement of the returned amount of aftertreatment and press water is installed and that the flow monitoring device, the at least one sensor and the device with a control unit are effectively connected, the flow rates and the Salt concentration recorded and depending on these values taking into account who was dragged into the post-treatment stage with the laundry Process water ingredients, the fresh water supply and the metering of Washing aids controls such that the desired concentrations Set washing aids and the salt content in the post-treatment stage.
In addition to the method, the invention creates a device which permanently adheres to the items to be washed at the end of the washing process ensures hygienic and aesthetic requirements. The variables that significantly influence the quality of the washing process, namely the content of washing aids and the salt concentration in the process water are in the area of the post-treatment stage or the drainage stage constantly monitored and preferably documented and by metering of washing aids and / or fresh water with low salinity constantly kept in the range of the desired concentrations. As a washing aid becomes a bactericidal and fungistatic, active oxygen-free washing aid used. This guarantees hygienically perfect conditions of the Items to be washed at the end of the washing process and the desired level of sterility / sterility the car wash including the press. In particular the recontamination of the laundry, the formation of mold stains and the This prevents the formation of odors when the laundry is stored in damp conditions. Otherwise the device is also characterized by the method above listed advantages in the same way.
To ensure that the desired concentrations of washing aids and salinity in the process water are maintained, the device is in an embodiment characterized in that in the return line for return a flow rate measurement of aftertreatment and press water in the rinsing stage is integrated and that the flow monitoring device a flow meter for metering the washing aid, especially based on inductive flow measurement, or an oval gear meter.
Finally, the invention also provides in an embodiment that the control unit The recorded values are documented, which means that the entire device meets the requirements the guidelines on hospital hygiene and infection prevention to the Laundry operation when returning press water to the rinse stage becomes.

Peracetic acid solution PESa is partially in an amount of 1.73 to 3 ml / kg TW

In the system diagrams of Figures 2 and 3, the measurement and invention Control systems including the associated facilities and the Water flow diagram shown. The process diagram shown in Figure 3, at which the addition of the re-used aftertreatment (NW) and press water PW approximately in the middle of the rinsing zone SP (chamber 9) has the Advantage that the recirculated water NW and PW used in one chamber in which the laundry has a higher temperature and therefore the Aftertreatment (NW) - and press water PW better for cooling down of the laundry. Otherwise, the schemes differ Figures 2 and 3 do not.
wirkendem, aktivsauerstofffreiem Waschhilfsmittel zudosiert.
In the countercurrent washing systems according to Figures 2 and 3, the car wash process water

wiedergeben. In the tank T3 there is a measuring
The amount of added with the flow monitor 19 Washing aids are adjusted so that there is in the process water of the post-treatment stage NB a concentration of 0.03 ml / l to 0.17 ml / l of bactericidal and sets a fungistatic, active oxygen-free washing aid. Recognizes the control unit now uses the transmitted data that the current Dosing setting to permanently fall below the desired concentration level leads to washing aids in the process water, this sets the car wash is automatically out of order. The duration of a shortfall of the lower - or also upper - limit value can be determined by the operating personnel can be set, for example in minutes or cycle times of the car wash. In the event of such a permanent shortfall in the limit value, it is likely that that there is a device fault without eliminating the quality the washing process is not guaranteed.
Likewise, the operator creates an optimal one with the help of the
A limit switch is also recommended for the salinity. Is z. B. a

It is advantageous if the system is switched off by optical and / or acoustic signals are displayed immediately.
For the system shown in Figure 3, which is in the installation of the measuring and

Menge an Waschhilfsmittel verwendet.

In diesem
In the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 2 and 3, as in FIG
