Claims (9)
- Werkzeug zum Binden eines Bandes um einen Gegenstand, insbesondere einen Kabelbaum, das eine Spanneinrichtung (8) für das zähelastische, biegesteife Band (5) enthält, die eine mit Zähnen versehene, während des Spannvorgangs ständig angetriebene und beim Erreichen einer vorbestimmten Bandspannung sich gegenüber dem stillstehenden Band (5) weiterdrehende Spannrolle (10) und ein das Band (5) auf der der Spannrolle gegenüberliegenden Seite abstützendes Widerlager umfaßt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Widerlager von wenigstens zwei am Umfang der Spannrolle (10) hintereinander angeordneten, durch Federkraft (14) gegen die Spannrolle (10) gespannten Stützrollen (11) gebildet ist und der Durchmesser der Spannrolle (10) und der Abstand der Stützrollen im Verhältnis zum Biegewiderstand des Bandes (5) so gewählt sind, daß die je Längeneinheit zwischen dem Band (5) und dem Umfang der Spannrolle (10) wirkende Kraft bei den Stützrollen (11) in gleicher Größenordnung liegt wie zwischen diesen.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützrollen (11) einen Winkelabstand (19) in bezug auf die Spannrolle von 30-70° voneinander haben.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von den Stützrollen (11) auf das Band (5) ausgeübte Kraft verstellbar ist und der Einstellbereich eine Einstellung umfaßt, bei der die je Längeneinheit zwischen dem Band (5) und dem Umfang der Spannrolle (10) wirkende Kraft bei den Stützrollen (11) etwa ebenso groß ist wie zwischen diesen.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die von den Stützrollen (11) auf das Band (5) ausgeübte Kraft verstellbar ist und bei niedriger Einstellung dieser Kraft die je Längeneinheit zwischen dem Band (5) und dem Umfang der Spannrolle (10) wirkende Kraft bei den Stützrollen (11) geringer ist als zwischen diesen.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die vorlaufende Flanke der Zähne der Spannrolle (10) rückwärts geneigt ist.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Flankenwinkel der Zähne zwischen 10° und 45° liegt.
- Werkzeug nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zähne im Querschnitt spitz sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es in Verbindung mit gezahnten Bändern (5) verwendet wird und diese mit der Spannrolle (10) zugewandter Zahnung darin angeordnet sind.
- Werkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 5 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zahnteilung der Spannrolle (10) mindestens etwa der Banddicke gleicht.
