Description
Um diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden, kann die Abzugswalze mit einer entsprechenden Regelung so nachgeführt werden, daß die Rolle und die Abzugswalze in ständigem Kontakt gehalten werden. Dem Vorteil des gleichmäßigen Abwickelns des Materials steht aber der sehr aufwendige und teure Verstellmechanismus samt Regelung gegenüber.
Auf der anderen Seite ergibt das elastische Material einen erhöhten Reibungskoeffizienten zwischen Material und Abzugswalze, so daß insbesondere auch stark klebende
Materialien bei gegebenenfalls kleinen Umschlingungswinkeln auf der Abzugswalze abgezogen werden können.
Das elastische Material wirkt vergleichbar einer Feder, so daß in Verbindung mit der Kulissenführung während des Abwickeln der Rolle über die gesamte Länge der Abzugslinie annähernd konstante Bedingungen herrschen, zumal während des Abwickelvorganges die Rolle durch die auftretenden Kräfte konstruktionsbedingt zusätzlich an die Abzugswalze gezogen wird.
Als besonders vorteilhaft hat sich dabei die Verwendung von Schaumstoff als elastisches Material erwiesen, ganz besonders, wenn dieser selbstklebend beschichtet in Form einer endlosen Bahn vorliegt und in einer spiralförmigen, lückenlosen Wicklung auf der Abzugswalze aufgebracht ist.
Da die Führungswalze den Abzugswinkel des Materials von der Rolle verringert, was zu einer weiteren Steigerung der Gleichmäßigkeit des Abzugs und damit einhergehend zu einer Verringerung der Belastung des Materials führt, wird der Durchmesser der Führungswalze so klein wie möglich gewählt. Allerdings bedingen die auftretenden Kräfte während des Abzugs, die besonders bei breiten Rollen mit stark klebendem Material erheblich sein können, daß der Durchmesser der Führungswalze nicht zu klein gewählt werden kann. Denn es muß eine ausreichende Festigkeit der Führungswalze gewährleistet sein.
Des weiteren resultiert aus der Verwendung der Führungswalze eine deutliche Verringerung des Abzuggeräusches.
Die Führungswalze kann anstatt als Walze auch als Führungsprofil ausgeführt sein.
Während des Betriebs treibt die Abzugswalze (5) die Rolle (1) an. An der Linie, an der sich die Abzugswalze (5) und die Rolle (1) berühren, erfolgt gleichzeitig die Abnahme des Materials (12) von der Rolle (1), und zwar wegen der Schaumstoffauflage (52) besonders schonend, wobei das Material (12) mit der nichtklebenden Seite über die Abzugswalze (5) läuft. Das Material (12) wird über die Abzugswalze (5) einer Schaltwalze (6) zugeführt. Mit Hilfe der Feder (61) ist die Schaltwalze (6) je nach Spannung in der Bahn des Materials (12) in der Lage, den Antriebsmotor (51) der Abzugswalze (5) an- oder auszuschalten.
Nach der Schaltwalze (6) wird das Material (12) in die weiterverarbeitenden Schritte geführt, die hier nicht näher dargestellt sind.
Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Abrollen von auf einer Rolle (1) befindlichem, einseitig selbstklebend ausgerüstetem Material (12), bestehend aus
zwei Halterungen (2), die jeweils eine Aussparung (21) zur Aufnahme der Rolle (1) aufweisen und die so angeordnet sind, daß sie eine Kulissenführung für die dazwischen befindliche Rolle (1) bilden,
wobei die Halterungen (2) derart sind, daß die Rolle (1) durch ihr eigenes Gewicht fest an einer angetriebenen Abzugswalze (5) liegt,
der angetriebenen Abzugswalze (5), die mit einem elastischen Material (52) umwickelt ist und die so angeordnet ist, daß das Material (12) mit der nichtklebenden Seite von der Rolle (1) über die Abzugswalze (5) abgezogen wird,
wobei durch die Kulissenführung die Rolle (1) über die gesamte Breite der Rolle (1) in direktem Kontakt mit der Abzugswalze (5) gehalten ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
zwischen Rolle (1) und Abzugswalze (5) eine Führungswalze (7) angeordnet ist, die über die gesamte Breite der Rolle (1) in direktem Kontakt mit der Rolle (1) steht, und über die der Abzug des Materials (12) mit der nichtklebenden Seite erfolgt, wobei die Abzugswalze (5) die Rolle (1) und die Führungswalze (7) die Abzugswalze (5) nicht berühren. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die Schaltung des Antriebs (51) der Abzugswalze (5) mittels eines Schaltmechanismus erfolgt, der durch Zug am Material (12) betätigt wird. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der Schaltmechanismus von einer mit einer Feder (61) gelagerten Schaltwalze (6) gebildet ist, über die das Material (12) geführt wird, und die hinter der Abzugswalze (5) angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
das auf der Abzugswalze (5) befindliche elastische Material (52) ein Schaumstoff ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
der in Form einer endlosen Bahn vorliegende, selbstklebend beschichtete Schaumstoff in einer spiralförmigen, lückenlosen Wicklung auf der Abzugswalze (5) aufgebracht ist. - Verwendung einer Vorrichtung gemäß Anspruch 1 zum Abrollen von großflächigem, einseitig selbstklebend ausgerüstetem Material, das zum Schutz von Oberflächen Verwendung findet, bevorzugt von Oberflächen von Automobilkarosserien, ganz besonders bevorzugt von lackierten Automobilkarosserien.
