Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Überführen einer Lage von Zigaretten oder ähnlichen stabförmigen Artikeln der tabakverarbeitenden Industrie mittels eines Schiebers in Richtung der Zigarettenachsen aus einer ersten Position entlang einer Bewegungsbahn in eine zweite Position, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Sperrmittel (21, 24, 34, 38) zum Verhindern einer Rückwärtsbewegung der Zigaretten (2) aus der zweiten Position (3) zur ersten hin vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als erste Position die Ausstoßposition am Boden eines Zigarettenmagazins (39) einer Packmaschine vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als zweite Position eine Aufnahmekammer (3) eines Kammernbandes (12) einer Packmaschine vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegungsbahn (11) der Zigarettenlage (7) zwischen der ersten und der zweiten Position durch ein Mundstück (17) verläuft.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Bewegungsbahn (11) der Zigarettenlage (7) in der zweiten Position (3) durch einen Anschlag (16) begrenzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß wenigstens ein Abschnitt der Bewegungsbahn (11) der Zigarettenlage (7) durch eine untere (18) und eine obere Führungsfläche (19) begrenzt ist und daß wenigstens eine der Führungsflächen (18,19) eine quer zur Bewegungsrichtung (9) der Zigaretten (2, 7) verlaufende, die Distanz der Führungsflächen vergrößernde Stufe (21, 38) mit einer im wesentlichen senkrecht zu den Zigarettenachsen verlaufenden, als Sperrmittel wirkenden Stirnfläche (22) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine quer zur Bewegungsrichtung (9) der Zigaretten (2, 7) verlaufende Stufe (21) mit einer als Sperrmittel vorgesehenen im wesentlichen vertikalen Stirnfläche (22) an der oberen Führungsfläche (19) des Mundstücks (17) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest die Stirnfläche (22) der Stufe (21, 38) und der in Bewegungsrichtung (9) der Zigaretten (2,7) anschließende Abschnitt (23) der oberen Führungsfläche (19) parallel zur Förderrichtung (14) des Kammernbandes (12) verlängert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Sperrmittel ein in Abhängigkeit von der Schieberbewegung nach der Überführung einer Zigarettenlage (7) in deren Bewegungsbahn hinein und zurück bewegbarer Riegel (24) vorgesehen ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Sperrmittel ein federnd in die Bewegungsbahn (11) der Zigaretten (2,7) eingreifendes Sperrelement (34) vorgesehen ist, das den vorwärtsbewegten Zigaretten ausweicht und ihre Rückwärtsbewegung aus der zweiten Position (3) durch eine im wesentlichen vertikale Anschlagfläche (37) verhindert.
