Description
- Die Schlitze müssen länger sein als die halbe Plattenbreite, dürfen jedoch zwei Drittel davon nicht überschreiten.

- Eine Metallplatte 12 zur Herstellung eines Farbmessers 10 hat eine Dicke d von über 2 mm, vorzugsweise über 3 mm. Dadurch wird vermieden, dass sich die Lamellen 24 beim Anstellen verformen. Die Schrauben brauchen keine Unterlagsplättchen.
- Dank wenigstens einer längslaufenden Schwächungsnut 22 sind die verhältnismässig dicken Lamellen im Bereich der Arbeitskante 14 in erwünschtem Ausmass beweglich.
- Die Quernuten erlauben einen auf einfache Weise mit Laserstrahlen herstellbaren sehr schmalen Schlitz, welcher auf die Viskosität der Farbe abstimmbar ist.
- Die breiten Quernuten erlauben ohne mechanische Auswirkungen auf die benachbarten Lamellen die Anordnung eines Abstreifwinkels 38, welcher auf der von der Farbkastenwalze 34 abgewandten Seite der Metallplatte 12 aufgeklebt wird.
Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Farbmessers (10) für eine Farbkastenwalze (34) einer Druckmaschine aus einer wenigstens etwa 2 mm dicken Metallplatte (12), wobei parallele Schlitze (18) ausgebildet werden, welche sich von der Arbeitskante (14) des Farbmessers (10) über einen Teil der Plattenbreite (b) erstrecken und Lamellen (24) von Farbzonenbreite (f) bilden,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
zwecks vereinfachter Erzeugung extrem schmaler, regelmässiger Schlitze (18) einer Breite (s) von höchstens etwa 0,05 mm(a) vorerst in der Farbzonenbreite (f) entsprechenden Abständen, ausgehend von der Stirnseite mit der Arbeitskante (14), blind endende, parallele Quernuten (16) aus der Metallplatte (12) ausgespart werden, und(b) dann die Metallplatte (12) im Bereich der Quernuten (16), eingeschlossen die Arbeitskante (14), unter Bildung eines schmalen Schlitzes (18), in der Farbzonenbreite (f) entsprechenden Abständen vollständig durchtrennt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schlitze (18) mit Laserstrahlen erzeugt werden, und im Bereich der blinden Enden (20) der Quernuten (16) vorzugsweise wenigstens auf einer Seite der Metallplatte (12) eine parallel zur Arbeitskante (14) verlaufende, durchgehende Schwächungsnut (22) ausgespart wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Quernuten (16) in einer Breite (c) von 50 bis 200% und einer Tiefe (t) von 20 bis 80% der Plattendicke (d) ausgespart werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass aus einer Metallplatte (12) einer Dicke (d) von 2 bis 5 mm, vorzugsweise etwa 3 mm, Quernuten (16) einer Tiefe (t) von 1 bis d - 1 mm ausgespart werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass querschnittlich rechteckige, quadratische, trapezförmige, halbkreisförmige oder kreissegmentförmige Quernuten (16) ausgespart werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Quernuten (16) und Schwachungsnut/en (22) aus der vorzugsweise aus Federstahl bestehenden Metallplatte (12) ausgefräst werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine Schwächungsnut (22) mit den Quernuten (16) entsprechender Tiefe (t) auf der gleichen Seite der Metallplatte (12) ausgespart wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die bevorzugt eingesetzten Laserstrahlen Schlitze (18) einer Breite (s) von 0,01 bis 0,02 mm, erzeugen.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Quernuten (16) mit einer elastischen, nicht in die Schlitze eindringenden Masse (26) gefüllt werden, vorzugsweise mit einer säurefesten Silikonmasse oder einem Gummiprofil.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Quernuten (16) in der Metallplatte (12) wenigstens im Bereich der Arbeitskante (14) mit dem ersten Schenkel (30) eines Abstreifwinkels (38) abgedeckt werden, wobei der zweite, freie Schenkel (40) um einen Winkel (α) von vorzugsweise 30 bis 60° abgebogen oder abgekantet wird.
