Claims (6)
- Kraftfahrzeug-Klappenschloß od. dgl., insbesondere Heckklappertschloß,mit einer aus einer Öffnungsstellung in eine Raststellung und umgekehrt verlagerbaren Schloßfalle (2) und einer die Schloßfalle (2) in der Raststellung durch Verrastung haltenden Sperrklinke (5),wobei der Sperrklinke (5) im Abstand von einer Rastnase (9) für die Schloßfalle (2) eine Betätigungsfläche (11) zugeordnet ist und wobei die in Öffnungsstellung befindliche Schloßfalle (2) die Sperrklinke (5) in der Aushebestellung hält.mit einem elektromotorischen Antrieb (13) mit einem Antriebselement (14) und einem exzentrisch daran angeordneten Mitnehmerzapfen (16).wobei der Mitnehmerzapfen (16) durch Drehung des Antriebselementes (14) in einer Richtung an die Betätigungsfläche (11) anläuft und die Rastnase (9) der Sperrklinke (5) aus einer Rastnase (10) der Schloßfalle (2) aushebt,wobei der elektromotorische Antrieb (13) das Antriebselement (14) nur in der einen Richtung dreht, das Antriebselement (14) also auch nicht durch Federkraft zurückgestellt wird.wobei der Mitnehmerzapfen (16) nach erfolgtem Ausheben der Sperrklinke (5) an der Betätigungsfläche (11) vorbeiläuft,wobei der Sperrklinke (5) in Laufrichtung des Mitnehmerzapfens (16) gesehen mit Abstand hinter der Betätigungsfläche (11) eine Mitnehmer-Stoppfläche (18) zugeordnet ist, die bei in Aushebestellung befindlicher Sperrklinke (5) in der Bewegungsbahn des Mitnehmerzapfens (16) liegt und diesen stoppt, bei in Einfallstellung befindlicher Sperrklinke (5) jedoch außerhalb der Bewegungsbahn des Mitnehmerzapfens (16) liegt,und wobei der elektromotorische Antrieb (13) durch das Anlaufen des Mitnehmerzapfens (16) an der Stoppfläche (18) abgeschaltet wird,daß die Betätigungsfläche (11) und die Mitnehmer-Stoppfläche (18) an der Sperrklinke (5) angeordnet sind,daß der Mitnehmerzapfen (16) gegenüber dem Antriebselement (14) über einen auf einen geringen Winkel begrenzten Kreisbogen relativbeweglich ist,daß das Antriebselement (14) einen die Relativbewegung des Mitnehmerzapfens (16) erlaubenden Freischnitt (20) aufweist unddaß der Mitnehmerzapfen (16) mittels einer Feder (21) in die in Drehrichtung des Antriebselements (14) voreilende Endstellung (E) vorgespannt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Klappenschloß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Antriebselement (14) zwei in Richtung seiner Lagerachse (14a) hintereinander angeordnete Teilelemente (22, 23) aufweist unddaß ein Teilelement (22) mit dem elektromotorischen Antrieb (13) fest gekuppelt ist und den Freischnitt (20) aufweist und das andere Teilelement (23) den Mitnehmerzapfen (16) trägt.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Klappenschloß, nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine die Schloßfalle (2) und die Sperrklinke (5) aufeinanderzu vorspannende Feder (7) vorgesehen ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Klappenschloß nach Anspruch 1, daß das Antriebselement (14) als Scheibe ausgeführt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Klappenschloß nach Anspruch 2, daß das Antriebselement (14) als Scheibe ausgeführt ist.
- Kraftfahrzeug-Klappenschloß nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kreisbogen auf einen Winkel von 45° begrenzt ist.
