Claims (7)
- Vorrichtung zum Farbfixieren beim Reaktivfärben von Zelluloseware (6) mit einem Foulard (7) zum Aufbringen einer den Reaktivfarbstoff enthaltenden Farbflotte (10) auf die Ware (6) und mit einem dem Foulard (7) nachgeschalteten Lufttrockner (14), der eine Kammer (15) mit Warenein- und -auslaß (16, 17) sowie mit steuerbarem Absaugkanal (24) und steuerbarem Umwälzlüfter (36) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Kammer (15) einstellbare Dampfinjektoren (30) besitzt, daß in der Kammer (15) ein auf die Steuermittel (34) von Absaugkanal (24) und Dampfinjektoren (30) geschaltetes Klimameßgerät (35) zum Einregeln eines vorgegebenen Dampfgehalts in der Umluft vorgesehen ist und daß der Ware (6) am Warenauslaß (17) ein Ausgangs-Restfeuchtemeßgerät (37) in Steuerverbindung mit dem Umwälzlüfter (36) zum Einregeln einer noch reaktionsfähigen Restfeuchte der Ware (6) bis zum Warenauslaß (17) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen ersten Regler (34) zum Regeln des Kammerklimas durch wahlweises Ansteuern eines Ventilators (28) im Absaugkanal (24) oder eines.Ventils (32) zum Einblasen von Dampf durch die Dampfinjektoren (30) in Abhängigkeit von einer Klimamessung in der Kammer (15) und einen zweiten Regler (38) zum Regeln der Kammertemperatur über den Umwälzlüfter (36) in Abhängigkeit von einer Ausgangs-Restfeuchtemessung der Ware (6). - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Absaugkanal (24) einen Ventilator (28) mit drehzahlgeregeltem Antriebsmotor aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zwischen den Foulard-Ausgang und den Wareneinlaß (16) des Lufttrockners (14) eines relativ zur Verweilzeit der Ware (6) im Lufttrockner kurze Luftpassage (11) geschaltet ist. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Ware (6) am bzw. unmittelbar vor dem Wareneinlaß (16) der Kammer (15) ein Eingangs-Restfeuchte-Meßgerät (39) zugeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß als Lufttrockner mindestens eine Hotflue (14) vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß, insbesondere bei Einsatz einer außer den Reaktivfarbstoff als Hilfsmittel zum Binden des Farbstoffs an die Fasern der Ware (6) nur Netzmittel und ein wie Natriumbicarbonat schwaches Alkali enthaltenden Farbflotte (10), die der Kammer (15) und der Ware (6) zugeordneten Klima- bzw. Restfeuchte-Meßgeräte (35, 37) und die abhängig von den entsprechenden Meßergebnissen gesteuerten Regler (34, 38) des Absaugkanals (24) und der Dampfinjektoren (30) einerseits sowie der Umwälzlüfter (36) andererseits im Sinne einer eine vorgegebene Dauer, insbesondere größenordnungsmäßig 2 Minuten, aufweisenden Verweilbehandlung der reaktionsbereit feuchten Ware (6) im Lufttrokkner bei vorgegebenem Dampfgehalt der Luft, insbesondere größenordnungsmäßig 25 Vol.% Dampfgehalt, ausgebildet sind.
