Claims (11)
- Kunststein insbesondere aus Beton zur Befestigung von Verkehrsflächen im Freien, wobei der Stein (1, 8, 16, 20, 22 bis 24, 30) zur Bildung breiter Fugen (7, 26, 27) zwischen benachbart verlegten Steinen (1, 8, 16, 20, 22 bis 24, 30) an seinen senkrecht zur Verlegeebene gerichteten und im wesentlichen zueinander parallelen Seitenflächen mit einstückig angeformten, untereinander vollkommen gleich ausgebildeten Abstandsnocken (5, 6, 15, 31) versehen ist, die aufeinanderliegenden freien Endflächen der Abstandsnocken (5, 6, 15, 31) in Richtung der Verlegeebene und der zugeordneten Seitenflächen (3, 4) nebeneinander einen Zahn (10, 17) und eine zurückgesetzte Anlagefläche für den Zahn (10, 17) des benachbart verlegten Steines (1, 8, 16, 20, 22 bis 24, 30) aufweisen, in einer Umlaufrichtung des Steines (1, 8, 16, 20, 22 bis 24, 30) die Aufeinanderfolge von Zahn (10, 17) und Anlagefläche für alle Abstandsnocken (5, 6, 15, 31) gleich geartet ist, bei einem Stein (1, 8, 16, 20, 22 bis 24, 30) die zur Verlegeebene parallele wirksame Länge der einzelnen Seitenflächen das einfache oder ganzzahlige Vielfache einer kleinsten wirksamen Länge (9, 32) ist, die wirksame Länge durch die Länge der Seite des Steins (1, 8, 16, 20, 22 bis 24, 30) an sich zuzüglich zweimal die Hälfte der sich an der Seite in ihrer Längsrichtung anschließenden Fugenbreite definiert ist, jeder die kleinste wirksame Länge (9, 21, 32) aufweisende Seitenflächenabschnitt mit einer Abstandsnocke (5, 6, 15, 31) versehen ist und die zwischen Zahn (10, 17) und Anlagefläche sowie parallel zur Verlegeebene und senkrecht zur zugeordneten Seitenfläche (3, 4) gelegene Mittenachse (12) aller Abstandsnocken (5, 6, 15, 31) auf der Mitte des zugehörigen die kleinste wirksame Länge (9, 32) aufweisenden Seitenflächenabschnittes liegt,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anlageflächen als eine der Größe des Zahnes (10, 17) entsprechende und diesen in Richtung parallel zur Verlegeebene beidseitig umfassende Zahnlücke (11, 18) ausgebildet sind, daß die in die genannte Richtung weisenden Flanken des Zahnes (10, 17) einerseits und der Zahnlücke (11, 18) andererseits einen Winkel (40, 41) von mindestens 90° einschließen, und daß die Halbierende (42, 43) dieses Winkels (40, 41) zur Senkrechten auf die zugeordnete Seitenfläche (3, 4) im wesentlichen parallel angeordnet ist. - Kunststein nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flanken des Zahnes (10, 17) und der Zahnlücke (11, 18) einen Winkel (40, 41) von 90° einschließen. - Kunststein nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flanken des Zahnes (10) und der Zahnlücke (11) einen geradlinigen Verlauf aufweisen. - Kunststein nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Flanken des Zahnes (17) und der Zahnlücke (18) einen von einer ebenen Fläche abweichenden Verlauf aufweisen, und daß die mittleren Neigungen der Flanken den Winkel von mindestens 90° einschließen. - Kunststein nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Endfläche des Zahnes (10, 17) und entsprechend der Zahnlücke (11, 18) der Abstandsnocken (5, 6, 15, 31) parallel zur Verlegeebene einen spitzwinkligen, kegelstumpfförmigen oder bogenförmigen Verlauf aufweist. - Kunststein nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abstandsnocken (5, 6, 15, 31) gegenüber der von der Verlegeebene abgewandten Oberkante des Steines (1, 13, 16, 20, 30) in Richtung auf die Verlegeebene abgesetzt angeordnet sind. - Kunststein nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stein parallel zur Verlegeebene einen quadratischen (1, 13, 16), rechteckigen (20), sechseckigen (30), L-förmigen (22 bis 24), Z-förmigen, T-förmigen oder Doppel-T-förmigen Querschnitt aufweist. - Kunststein nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stein durch wenigstens eine breite Fuge (24, 25) geteilt ist und daß die so gebildeten Steinteile (22 bis 24) durch fest angeformte gemeinsame Brücken (25) miteinander verbunden sind. - Kunststein nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Brücken (25) hinsichtlich ihrer Anordnung den Abstandsnocken (5, 6, 15, 31) entsprechend ausgebildet sind. - Kunststein nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Steinteile (22 bis 24) eine unterschiedliche Größe aufweisen. - Kunststein nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß er mit weiteren Steinen gleicher oder unterschiedlicher Größe zu einer Verlegeeinheit zusammengefaßt ist.
