Claims (12)
- Verfahren zum Reinigen einer Druckmaschinenzylinderoberfläche (5) mit einer Oberflächenstruktur,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß auf die verschmutzte Oberfläche des rotierenden Druckmaschinenzylinders (5) ein wäßriges alkalisches Reinigungsmittel aufgetragen wird, daß nach dem Auftragen der Druckmaschinenzylinder (5) stillgesetzt wird, daß das Reinigungsmittel eine definierte Zeit auf die Oberfläche einwirkt, wobei ein an der Oberfläche haftender, gelartiger Film gebildet wird und daß anschließend das als Film haftende Reinigungsmittel mit einem Reinigungsfluid von der Oberfläche entfernt wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet.
daß die Zeitdauer der Einwirkung mindestens 60 Minuten beträgt. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein aus einer anorganischen Lauge und einem Verdickungsmittel gebildetes Reinigungsmittel verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Tenside enthaltendes Reinigungsmittel verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach den Ansprüchen 3 und 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein Glykolether enthaltendes Reinigungsmittel verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Reinigungsmittel mit einer anorganischen Lauge in einer Konzentration von 10 bis 25 Gew.-% NaOH verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Reinigungsmittel mit Glykolether in einer Konzentration von 2 bis 10 Gew.-%1-Methoxy-2propanol verwendet wird. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß vor dem Auftragen des Reinigungsmittels auf die Oberfläche des Druckmaschinenzylinders die Oberfläche mit einem Reinigungsfluid gewaschen wird. - Vorrichtung zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß eine an die Oberfläche des Druckmaschinenzylinders (5) an- und abstellbare und im Bereich eines Zylinderkanals außer Kontakt bringbare Reinigungsvorrichtung (7) mit einer Auftragwalze (9) zum Auftragen eines wäßrigen alkalischen Reinigungsmittels auf den Druckmaschinenzylinder (5) diesem zugeordnet ist, wobei die Auftragwalze (9) von einem durch Rakel (8) und Gehäuse (12) gebildeten und Reinigungsmittel enthaltenden Kammerrakel umschlossen ist, wobei das Kammerrakel zur dosierbaren Zuführung des Reinigungsmittels dient. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auftragwalze eine Rasterwalze mit einer elastomeren Oberfläche mit auf der Mantelfläche verteilt angeordneten Näpfchen (11) und Stegen (10) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß die Auftragwalze als Rasterwalze von dem Kammerrakel mit einem Arbeits- und einem Schließrakel umgeben ist und ein Leitungssystem für die Zufuhr und Abfuhr des Reinigungsmittels aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß dem Druckmaschinenzylinder eine weitere Waschvorrichtung (6) benachbart zugeordnet ist.
