Claims (7)
- Reinigungsanlage für farbübertragende Zylinder innerhalb einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, die mehrere Form- bzw. Tiefdruckzylinder und mehrere Übertragungs- bzw. Tiefdruck-Übertragungszylinder umfaßt, mit einer Löscheinrichtung, die mit einer Hochdruckreinigungsanlage verbindbar ist und zylinderbreit über der Oberfläche eines zu reinigenden Zylinders angeordnet ist, und mittels dieser Löscheinrichtung ein unter Druck stehender Wasserstrahl auf die Manteloberfläche des Zylindes richtbar ist, derart daß einerseits alle Farbreste entfernbar sind und andererseits ein reaktives Löschen von farbführenden Schichten, inklusive Füllmaterialien von Tiefdruckformzylindern, duchführbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sowohl jeder Form- (4) bzw. Tiefdruckzylinder (15), als auch jeder Übertragungs- (3) bzw. Tiefdruck-Übertragungszylinder (12) innerhalb desselben Druckwerkes mit jeweils einer eigenen Löscheinrichtung versehen ist.
- Reinigungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Löscheinrichtung (7, 8; 17, 18) eine zur Zylinderoberfläche hin offene Kapselung (31) mit jeweils einem Arbeitsraum (30) aufweist und der Arbeitsraum (30) mittels einer Pumpen- und Saugerkombination (36) absaugbar ist.
- Reinigungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für jeden zu reinigenden Zylinder eine Rakel (9, 10; 19, 20) vorgesehen ist, um die überschüssige Nässe von der Oberfläche abzurakeln.
- Reinigungsanlage nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Rakel (9, 10; 19, 20) eine Gummirakel vorgesehen ist.
- Reinigungsanlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß für jeden zu reinigenden Zylinder (3, 4; 12, 14) eine Trocknungsvorrichtung vorgesehen ist, um die überschüssige Nässe von der Oberfläche zu entfernen.
- Reinigungsanlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Trocknungsvorrichtung eine Luftrakel vorgesehen ist.
- Reinigungsanlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß als Trocknungsvorrichtung eine trockene Rolle vorgesehen ist.
