Description
Ein erster Vorteil ist darin begründet, das zum Entfernen der Farbe oder Lack diese in einem einseitig offenen Farbkasten in Richtung auf eine zugeordnete Walze aus dem Farbkasten verdrängt wird.
Weiterhin ist vorteilhaft, daß ein an der Walze anliegendes Dosiersystem in eine Abstandsstellung (außer Eingriff) zur Walze gebracht wird, um vorzugsweise einen möglichst großen Spalt zwischen dem Dosiersystem und der Walze für die nachdrängende Farbe oder Lack zu schaffen.
Von Vorteil ist weiterhin, daß direkt von der dem einseitig offenen Behälter zugeordneten Walze die Farbe entfernt wird und somit die Förderstrecke zum Entfernen von Farbe oder Lack spürbar verkürzt und die Reinigungszeit ebenso verkürzt wird.
Das Entfernen von Farbe bzw. Lack aus dem einseitig offenen Behälter erfolgt insbesondere bei einem

Das Dosiersystem 18 ist im Rahmen seines Stellbereiches frei positionierbar und vorzugsweise voll geöffnet, so daß ein ausreichend großer Spalt 21 zwischen Walze 13 und dem Dosiersystem 18 besteht. Die Größe des Spaltes 21 kann - abhängig von der Viskosität der Farbe bzw. des Lackes und/oder des gewünschten Farb-/Lackdurchsatzes im Spalt 21 - unterschiedlich, d.h. größer oder kleiner, eingestellt werden. Durch diesen Spalt 21 wird die Farbe bzw. der Lack abgezogen, am Umfang der Walze 13 anhaftende restliche Farbe bzw. restlicher Lack wird mittels Rakel 20 abgestreift und in die Auffangwanne 19 abgefördert. Dabei ist das Rakel 20 in einer Anlagestellung zur Walze 13 verbringbar. Wird das Rakel 20 nicht benötigt, so ist es in einer Abstandstellung zur Walze 13 verbringbar. Alternativ ist die Auffangwanne 19 (mit Rakel 20) in ihrer Lage veränderbar, so daß der Kontakt zwischen Rakel 20 und Walze 13 aufgehoben werden kann.
Zum Entfernen der Farbe bzw. des Lackes aus dem einseitig offenen Farbkasten 16 ist die Heberwalze 14 zur benachbarten Walze 13 in eine Abstandstellung verbringbar. Bevorzugt ist dabei die Heberwalze 14 mit der benachbarten Übertragwalze 15 in Kontakt bringbar.

Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Entfernen von Farbe oder Lack aus einem einseitig offenen Farbkasten (16), dem eine Walze (13) mit nachgeordnetem Walzenzug zugeordnet ist, in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine, mit einer auf der Oberfläche des Farbkastens (16) beweglichen, die Farbe bzw. den Lack in Richtung der Walze (13) verbringenden Schabeeinrichtung (17), welche die im Farbkasten (16) befindliche Farbe oder den Lack in Richtung der Walze (13) verdrängt, wobei ein zwischen Walze (13) und Farbkasten (16) angeordnetes Dosiersystem (18) von der Walze (13) entfernt in eine einen Spalt (21) freilegende Abstandsstellung bewegt wird, wobei die in Richtung Walze (13) verdrängte Farbe oder der Lack durch den Spalt (21) abgezogen und in eine Auffangwanne (19) gefördert wird und wobei die am Umfang der Walze (13) befindliche Farbe oder der Lack unmittelbar von dieser Walze (13) abgestreift und in die Auffangwanne (19) gefördert wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Entfernen von Farbe oder Lack aus einem einseitig offenen Farbkasten (16), dem eine Walze (13) mit nachgeordnetem Walzenzug zugeordnet ist, in einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einer auf der Oberfläche des Farbkastens (16) bewegbaren die Farbe bzw. den Lack in Richtung der Walze (13) verbringenden Schabevorrichtung (17), wobei die Schabevorrichtung (17) in einer am Farbkasten (16) angeordneten Linearführung auf die Walze (13) zu oder von dieser Walze (13) weg bewegbar ist, wobei zwischen der Walze (13) und dem Farbkasten (16) ein in eine Anlagestellung oder in eine Abstandsstellung zur Walze (13) bewegbares Dosiersystem (18) angeordnet ist, wobei in Abstandsstellung des Dosiersystems (18) zwischen dem Dosiersystem (18) und der Walze (13) ein Spalt (21) einstellbar ist und wobei unterhalb der Walze (13) eine Auffangwanne (19) angeordnet ist, und wobei zum Abfördern der Farbe oder des Lackes in die Auffangwanne (19) der zwischen dem Dosiersystem (18) und der Walze (13) gebildete Spalt (21) dient sowie ein an- und abstellbares Rakel (20) der Walze (13) zugeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Rakel (20) zur Drehrichtung der Walze (13) negativ anstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach wenigstens Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auffangwanne (19) mit Rakel (20) in den Farbkasten (16) integriert ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auffangwanne (19) mit Rakel (20) vom Farbkasten (16) abnehmbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Auffangwanne (19) mit Rakel (20) schwenkbar am Farbkasten (16) angeordnet ist.
