Spalt zwischen dem Dosiersystem und der Walze für die nachdrängende
Farbe oder Lack zu schaffen.
Von Vorteil ist weiterhin, daß direkt von der dem einseitig
offenen Behälter zugeordneten Walze die Farbe entfernt wird
und somit die Förderstrecke zum Entfernen von Farbe oder Lack
spürbar verkürzt und die Reinigungszeit

Ein Offsetdruckwerk ist im wesentlichen durch einen eine
Druckform tragenden Plattenzylinder 1 gebildet, der mit einem

Dem Plattenzylinder 1 ist ein Feuchtwerk 4 und ein
Farbwerk 3 zugeordnet. Das Feuchtwerk 4 besteht aus einer dem

eine Feuchtmittelzuführeinrichtung 12, bestehend aus einem
Feuchtduktor 6, einer Dosierwalze 7 und einem Feuchtmittelbehälter
8, vorgeordnet ist. Der Feuchtauftragwalze 5 ist eine
Brückenwalze 9 sowie eine weitere Reiterwalze 10 zugeordnet.
Das Farbwerk 3 besteht aus mehreren dem Plattenzylinder 1
zugeordneten Farbauftragwalzen 11, welche mit einem Farbwalzenzug
in Funktionsverbindung sind. Endseitig weist der
Farbwalzenzug eine Übertragwalze 15 auf. Zwischen der Übertragwalze
15 und einem einseitig offenen Farbkasten 16 mit
einer zugeordneten Walze 13 ist eine zwischen dieser Walze 13
und der Übertragwalze 15 hin und her pendelnde Heberwalze 14
angeordnet. Die Walze 13 ist eine Farbkastenwalze.
Der Farbkasten 16 weist mit der Oberfläche seines
Bodens eine in Kontakt stehende Schabeeinrichtung 17 auf,
welche in Richtung des benachbarten Doppelpfeiles, bevorzugt
in Linearführungen, auf die Walze 13 zu bzw. von dieser weg
bewegbar ist. Ferner ist zwischen Walze 13 und dem Farbkasten

Das Dosiersystem 18 ist im Rahmen seines Stellbereiches frei
positionierbar und vorzugsweise voll geöffnet, so daß ein
ausreichend großer Spalt 21 zwischen Walze 13 und dem Dosiersystem
18 besteht. Die Größe des Spaltes 21 kann - abhängig
von der Viskosität der Farbe bzw. des Lackes und/oder des
gewünschten Farb-/Lackdurchsatzes im Spalt 21 - unterschiedlich,
d.h. größer oder kleiner, eingestellt werden.
Durch diesen Spalt 21 wird die Farbe bzw. der Lack
abgezogen, am Umfang der Walze 13 anhaftende restliche
Farbe bzw. restlicher Lack wird mittels Rakel 20
abgestreift und in die Auffangwanne 19 abgefördert. Dabei ist
das Rakel 20 in einer Anlagestellung zur Walze 13 verbringbar.
Wird das Rakel 20 nicht benötigt, so ist es in einer
Abstandstellung zur Walze 13 verbringbar. Alternativ ist die
Auffangwanne 19 (mit Rakel 20) in ihrer Lage veränderbar, so
daß der Kontakt zwischen Rakel 20 und Walze 13 aufgehoben
werden kann.
Zum Entfernen der Farbe bzw. des Lackes aus dem einseitig
offenen Farbkasten 16 ist die Heberwalze 14 zur benachbarten

Claims (6)
- Method for removing ink or varnish from an ink fountain (16) open at one side to which is fitted a roller (13) with a downstream arranged roller train, in a rotary printing press, with a scraping device (17) movable on the surface of the ink fountain (16) and bringing the ink or the varnish in the direction of the roller (13), which impels the ink or the varnish in the ink fountain (16) in the direction towards the roller (13), wherein a metering system arranged between roller (13) and ink fountain (16) is moved into a set off position removed from the roller (13) leaving free a nip (21), wherein the ink or the varnish impelled in the direction of the roller (13) is drawn off through the nip (21) and is fed into a catch basin (19) and wherein the ink or the varnish located on the periphery of the roller (13) is stripped off directly from this roller (13) and is fed into the catch basin (19).
- Device for removing ink or varnish from an ink fountain (16) open at one side, to which is fitted a roller (13) with a downstream arranged roller train, in a rotary printing press with a scraping device (17) movable on the surface of the ink fountain (16) and bringing the ink or the varnish in the direction towards the roller (13), wherein the scraping device (17) is movable in a linear guide arranged on the ink fountain (16) towards roller (13), or away from this roller (13), wherein between the roller (13) and the ink fountain (16) is arranged a metering system (18) movable into a set on position or into a set away position relative to the roller (13), wherein, in the set away position of the metering system (18) between the metering system (18) and the roller (13), a nip (21) can be adjusted and wherein below the roller (13) a catch basin (19) is arranged and wherein, for feeding away the ink or the varnish into the catch basin (19), the nip (21) formed between the metering system (18) and the roller (13) serves as well as a doctor (20) which can be set on and off being fitted to the roller (13).
- Device according to Claim 2, characterised in that the doctor (20) can be set negatively relative to the direction of rotation of the roller (13).
- Device according to at least Claim 2, characterised in that the catch basin (19) with doctor (20) is integrated into the ink fountain (16).
- Device according to Claim 4, characterised in that the catch basin (19) with doctor (20) can be removed from the ink fountain (16).
- Device according to Claim 4, characterised in that the catch basin (19) with doctor (20) is arranged swivellably on the ink fountain (16).
