Bei dem nachfolgenden Waschprogramm ist sodann wesentlich weniger Farbe zu lösen, so daß auch die hierfür erforderliche Reinigungsflüssigkeit reduziert werden kann. In der Praxis hat sich gezeigt, daß das Volumen der Waschmittelfarbemulsion um ca. 50% reduziert werden kann. Auch bei sogenannten Öko-Waschmitteln tritt eine derartige Reduktion des Volumens und somit der Kosten ein. Claims (3)

1. Einrichtung zum Waschen von Walzen eines Farbwerks von Druckmaschinen mit mindestens einer Reinigungsmittelzuführeinrichtung zum Auftragen von Reinigungsmittel auf die Walzen und mit einer Vorrichtung zum Abrakeln der mit Farbresten verschmutzten Reinigungsflüssigkeit von einer Walze des Farbwerks, wobei das Abrakeln nach dem Auftragen der Reinigungsflüssigkeit erfolgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
  • - eine zusätzliche Rakelvorrichtung (8) mit einem Auffangbehälter (9) vorgesehen ist,
  • - die zusätzliche Rakelvorrichtung (8) kurzzeitig an eine Walze (1) mit harter Mantelfläche anstellbar ist und
  • - das Anstellen der zusätzlichen Rakelvorrichtung (8) vor dem Auftragen von Reinigungsflüssigkeit erfolgt.
