Claims (1)
- Verfahren zur Reinigung eines Zylinders (1, 6) einer Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einer an den rotierenden Zylinder (1, 6) an- und abstellbaren Waschvorrichtung (2), welche eine Waschwalze oder ein Waschtuch, die mit mindestens einem Reinigungsfluid besprühbar sind, beinhaltet, und mit einer die Waschvorrichtung (2) winkelkorreliert betätigenden Steuereinheit,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass unter Berücksichtigung von Drehzahl und Drehrichtung des zu reinigenden Zylinders (1, 6) die Waschvorrichtung (2) abhängig von vier festgelegten Winkelstellungen A, B, C, D mit einem Waschzyklus und einem Trockenzyklus gesteuert wird,
dass in Drehrichtung des Zylinders (1, 6)vor der vorderen Kante eines Zylinderkanals (4) die Winkelstellung C,an der vorderen Kante des Zylinderkanals (4) die Winkelstellung D,am formatabhängigen Druckende die Winkelstellung A undan der hinteren Kante des Zylinderkanals (4) die Winkelstellung B jeweils definiert ist,
dass im Trockenzyklus die Waschvorrichtung (2) in der Winkelstellung D an den Zylinder (1, 6) angestellt und in der Winkelstellung B vom Zylinder (1, 6) abgestellt wird.
