Claims (6)
- Druckmaschine mit einem drehantreibbaren Druckzylinder (10) und einer Reinigungsvorrichtung zur lokalen Reinigung von auf den Druckzylinder aufgespannten Klischees (12), bei der die Reinigungsvorrichtung als eine drehbare, gegen die Umfangsfläche des Druckzylinders anstellbare Reinigungswalze (14) ausgebildet ist, die so mit Reinigungsorganen (16) bestückt ist, daß die Winkelpositionen der Reinigungsorgane in Axialrichtung der Reinigungswalze variieren, wobei die Reinigungsorgane (16) in jeder Winkelposition auf dem Umfang der Reinigungswalze (14) nur auf einem einzigen axialen Abschnitt derselben angeordnet sind und die Reinigungswalze durch eine Stelleinrichtung (18) in unterschiedlichen Winkelpositionen arretierbar ist.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsorgane (16) in der Form einer Schraubenlinie mit höchstens einer vollen Windung auf dem Umfang der Reinigungswalze (14) angeordnet sind.
- Druckmaschine nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Reinigungsorgane (16) durch Borsten gebildet werden.
- Druckmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stelleinrichtung (18) ein Schrittmotor ist.
- Druckmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch einen vorzugsweise pneumatischen oder hydraulischen Stellmechanismus (22), mit dem die Reinigungswalze (14) mit einstellbarer Andruckkraft gegen den Druckzylinder (10) anstellbar ist.
- Druckmaschine nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch zusätzliche Reinigungsorgane (40), die durchgehend in gerader Linie auf einer bestimmten Umfangsstelle der Reinigungswalze (14) angeordnet sind, um den Druckzylinder (10) gleichmäßig auf ganzer Breite zu reinigen.
