Claims (2)
- Verfahren zur Herstellung einer feuerfesten Auskleidung von Wand und Boden einer Stahlgieß- und Behandlungspfanne durch Vergießen des Ringraumes zwischen einer Schablone (4) und dem Dauerfutter mit feuerfester Gießmasse,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei Beginn des Einbringens der Gießmasse in den Wandbereich ein am unteren Teil der Schablone (4) befestigter schlauchförmiger aufblasbarer Dichtkörper (2) so aufgeblasen wird, daß er die Schablone (4) bis zur Höhe, die der gewünschten Bodenstärke entspricht, abdichtet, und daß, sobald das Abbinden der Gießmasse im unteren Wandbereich genügend fortgeschritten ist, der Dichtkörper (2) entspannt und entfernt wird und anschließend die feuerfeste Gießmasse im Bodenbereich bis zur gewünschten Höhe eingebracht wird. - Vorrichtung mit einer Schablone (4) sowie Mischer, Pumpen und Innenrüttler und aufblasbaren Dichtkörper (2) zur Durchführung des Verfahrens nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schablone (4) auf mindestens drei über den Umfang verteilten feuerfesten Körpern (1) steht, die die gleiche Höhe haben wie die gewünschte Stärke für das Bodenfutter, und daß in den Zwischenräumen zwischen diesen feuerfesten Körpern (1) schlauchförmige Dichtkörper (2) am unteren, nach innen eingezogenen Rand der Schablone (4) angebracht sind, die aufgeblasen und wieder entfernt werden können.
