Claims (1)
- Verfahren zur Wiederherstellung der feuerfesten Auskleidung einer Pfanne für flüssigen Stahl, wobei die Auskleidung aus einem sich an die innere Gefäßwandung (5) anschließenden Dauerfutter (4) und einem sich mittels einer Fuge an das Dauerfutter anschließenden Verschleißfutter (3) und das Dauerfutter aus einer mit Hilfe einer Schalungsschablone gegossenen, monolitischen Feuerfestmasse besteht, die mit Hilfe von Ankerelementen (6) mit der inneren Pfannenwandung (5) verbunden ist, wobei das abgearbeitete Verschleißfutter vor dem neuerlichen Aufbringen eines Verschleißfutters mit Hilfe eines Meißels bis zur Fuge zwischen dem Dauerfutter und dem restlichen Verschleißfutter linienförmig aufgeschlitzt wird und die so entstandenen kreissegmentartigen Verschleißfutterbereiche durch Kippen der Pfanne vom Dauerfutter gelöst werden.
