Abstract

On préfabrique préalablement et séparément des chemises en matériau réfractaire dont les formes et dimensions correspondent aux formes et dimensions du volume intérieur libre du four dans lequel s'opère la fusion; on prépare le fond du four à induction en le garnissant d'un produit réfractaire; on dépose la chemise préfabriquée sur ce garnissage au fond du four; on garnit par des couches successives de matériau réfractaire sans liant que l'on serre au fur et à mesure dans l'espace en couronne compris entre la bobine du four et la chemise préfabriquée ; on opère le frittage qui agglomère le matériau réfractaire de garnissage en le rendant compact et résistant L'invention peut être utilisée en fonderie.
