Claims (12)

  1. Emballage alimentaire résistant aux micro-ondes obtenu par scellement d'un produit alimentaire dans un conteneur étanche (2) en même temps qu'un agent absorbant l'oxygène en forme de feuille obtenu en emballant dans un matériau d'emballage pouvant respirer un produit préparé en malaxant une composition désoxydante à base de fer et un résine thermoplastique, et en forment une feuille (1).
  2. Emballage alimentaire résistant aux micro-ondes selon la revendication 1, dans lequel l'agent absorbant l'oxygène en forme de feuille a été étiré.
  3. Emballage alimentaire résistant aux micro-ondes selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel l'agent absorbant l'oxygène en forme de feuille est obtenu en stratifiant avec un matériau d' emballage pouvant respirer un produit préparé en malaxant une composition d' agent absorbant l'oxygène à base de fer et une résine thermoplastique et en formant une feuille.
  4. Emballage alimentaire résistant aux micro-ondes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la surface de l'agent absorbant l'oxygène en forme de feuille est munie d'une couche collante.
  5. Emballage alimentaire résistant aux micro-ondes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le produit alimentaire est porté par l'agent absorbant l'oxygène en forme de feuille.
  6. Emballage alimentaire résistant aux micro-ondes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel l'agent absorbant l'oxygène en forme de feuille est collé à l'intérieur du conteneur étanche.
  7. Emballage alimentaire résistant aux micro-ondes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la composition d'agent absorbant l'oxygène à base de fer contient de la poudre de fer et un sel d'halogénure métallique.
  8. Emballage alimentaire résistant aux micro-ondes selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la composition d'agent absorbant d'oxygène à base de fer est obtenue en revêtant la surface d'une poudre de fer d'un sel d'halogénure métallique.
  9. Emballage alimentaire résistant aux micro-ondes selon la revendication 7, dans lequel la composition d'agent absorbant l'oxygène à base de fer est obtenue en dispersant et en déposant un sel d'halogénure métallique sur une poudre de fer.
  10. Emballage alimentaire résistant aux micro-ondes selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la résine thermoplastique est une résine à base d'oléfine.
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'un emballage alimentaire résistant aux micro-ondes comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    malaxer une composition d'agent absorbant l'oxygène à base de fer et une résine thermoplastique et les conformer en une feuille pour fournir un agent absorbant l'oxygène en forme de feuille (1) ; et
    placer un produit alimentaire et l'agent absorbant l'oxygène en forme de feuille dans un conteneur (2) puis sceller le conteneur pour former un conteneur étanche.
  12. Procédé d'utilisation d'un boítier alimentaire résistant aux micro-ondes comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    irradier un emballage par des micro-ondes, l'emballage comprenant :
    un produit alimentaire disposé à l'intérieur d'un conteneur étanche (2) avec un produit d'enlèvement d'oxygène en forme de feuille (1) qui est obtenu en malaxant une composition de produit d'enlèvement d'oxygène à base de fer et une résine thermoplastique et en formant une feuille.
