Claims (11)

  1. Elément de construction constitué de deux nappes de treillis métallique soudé (1,2), parallèles, à mailles carrées ou rectangulaires, de fils métalliques formant entretoise (7,7'), droits, maintenant les nappes de treillis métallique à une distance réciproque prédéterminée, s'étendant obliquement par rapport aux nappes de treillis métallique et soudés à celles-ci à chacune de leurs extrémités, qui sont disposés en rangées parallèles, entre les fils métalliques des nappes de treillis métallique (1,2) formant nappe d'armature et ont un diamètre supérieur à celui des fils des nappes de treillis métallique (3,3',3",4,4',4",5,5',5",6,6',6") de sorte qu'ils forment des éléments d'armature de cisaillement, les distances séparant les fils métalliques formant entretoise (7,7') les uns des autres dans la direction des fils métalliques longitudinaux des nappes de treillis et des fils métalliques transversaux des nappes de treillis étant un multiple du pas des mailles des nappes de treillis, et d'un corps isolant indéformable d'une seule pièce (8,8'), en particulier en matière plastique cellulaire, disposé entre les nappes de treillis métallique (1,2) à des distances prédéterminées de celles-ci, qui est maintenu entre les nappes de treillis métallique (1,2) exclusivement par les fils formant entretoise (7,7') le traversant, qui s'étendent obliquement alternativement en sens contraire, en forme de treillis, dans chaque rangée de fils formant entretoise, au moins une surface de recouvrement du corps isolant (8,8') étant pourvue d'une grille de support d'enduit (21) pour une enveloppe extérieure en matériau porteur et une couche de séparation (22) couvrant la totalité de la surface de recouvrement étant prévue, servant de préférence d'écran contre la vapeur et étant reliée à la grille de support d'enduit (21).
  2. Elément de construction suivant la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche de séparation (22) est faite de carton, de pâte à papier, d'une plaque de matière plastique, de placopâtre ou d'une mince plaque de béton avec ou sans armature.
  3. Elément de construction suivant la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le corps isolant (8,8') est fait de matériaux ininflammables ou au moins difficilement inflammables.
  4. Elément de construction suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le corps isolant (8,8') est rendu ininflammable ou au moins difficilement inflammable par imprégnation et/ou par des additifs.
  5. Elément de construction suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'épaisseur du corps isolant (8,8') se situe dans l'intervalle allant de 20 à 200 mm, et en ce que, dans au moins une surface de recouvrement (18) du corps isolant (8,8'), sont ménagées plusieurs rainures transversales (20) s'étendant horizontalement dans la position de montage de l'élément de construction.
  6. Elément de construction suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le corps isolant (8,8') est disposé au milieu entre les deux nappes de treillis métallique (1,2), la distance jusqu'à chacune des nappes de treillis métallique (1,2) étant de préférence de 10 à 30 mm.
  7. Elément de construction suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une nappe de treillis métallique (1,2) dépasse latéralement le corps isolant (8,8'), d'une manière connue en soi, au niveau d'au moins une surface latérale (11) de celui-ci.
  8. Elément de construction suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le corps isolant (8,8'), au niveau d'au moins une (11) de ces surfaces latérales, dépasse latéralement au moins une nappe de treillis métallique (1,2).
  9. Elément de construction suivant l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 caractérisé en ce que sur la nappe de treillis métallique extérieure (1) destinée à la formation de la face extérieure de l'élément de construction est déposée une enveloppe extérieure en deux couches (13') en béton qui est contiguë au corps isolant (8,8'), enveloppe la nappe de treillis métallique extérieure (1) et forme conjointement avec celle-ci l'élément portant de l'élément de construction, l'enveloppe extérieure en deux couches (13') étant pourvue d'une nappe d'armature supplémentaire (15).
  10. Elément de construction suivant l'une quelconque de revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que, sur la nappe de treillis métallique intérieure (2) destinée à la formation du côté intérieur de l'élément de construction est déposée une enveloppe intérieure (14, 14') qui est contiguë au corps isolant (8,8'), enveloppe la nappe de treillis métallique intérieure (2) et forme conjointement avec celle-ci l'élément portant de l'élément de cosntruction, l'enveloppe intérieure (14') étant pourvue d'une nappe d'armature supplémentaire intérieure (15').
  11. Elément de construction suivant la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que la nappe d'armature supplémentaire intérieure (15') est reliée à la nappe de treillis métallique intérieure (2) et/ou que la nappe d'armature supplémentaire extérieure (15) est reliée à la nappe de treillis métallique extérieure (1) chaque fois par plusieurs fils métalliques d'écartement (24), les fils métalliques d'écartement (24) étant disposés à une distance mutuelle qui peut être choisie et s'étendant de préférence perpendiculairement aux nappes de treillis métallique (1,2) et aux nappes d'armature supplémentaires (15,15') de sorte que leurs diamètres sont de préférence les mêmes que les diamètres des fils métalliques de nappes de treillis métallique (3,3'4,4',5,5',6,6').
