Abstract

El Muro Panel Termico Estructural Modificado, el Sistema de Muro Panel Termico Estructural Modificado, la Losa Panel Termico Estructural Modificado y el Sistema de Losa Panel Termico Estructural Modificado, constituyen una invencion que se caracteriza porque comprende: 1.- Una unidad de Muro Panel Termico Estructural Modificado; caracterizado porque comprende: Un elemento estructural formado por una malla de alambre de acero galvanizado electrosoldado formando cuadriculas de 2???? X 2????, de calibre 14 y 12.5, que rodea el alma de poliestireno de seccion octagonal, teniendo dicho elemento estructural una forma de una columna rectangular de seccion .4066 m de ancho por .10 m de altura y de longitud variable, segun proyecto. Un cuerpo de poliestireno (espuma de poliestireno autoextinguible) de baja densidad, de seccion transversal de .39 m de ancho por .085 m de alto, que posee una seccion octagonal y la cual define nervaduras espaciadas cada 0.4066 m. En alturas mayores a 3.50 m se utilizara malla de acero galvanizado electrosoldado formando cuadriculas de 2???? X 2????. calibre 12.5 En muros de alturas superiores a 3.50 m, la longitud de la seccion de poliestireno es menor en 20 cm. en la parte superior y en la parte inferior de la longitud del cuerpo de la malla de acero que envuelve el poliestireno. Esta seccion sobrante de 20 cm. de la malla, es reforzada por 4 varillas no. 3, quedando tanto malla como el acero adicional, ahogados tanto en el concreto de la losa o trabe, como en la cimentacion. Concreto lanzado, cemento-arena (mod. finura .05????)-arenilla(1/8????) en una relacion 1: 3-4, aplicando en las todas las caras laterales del alma de poliestireno, y que forma castillos armados a cada 40.66 cm. Grapas de acero tipo clip marca Stanley modelo Harp, con resistencia a la tension de 2,000 lbs, para dar continuidad al acero de refuerzo y a la malla de acero galvanizado. Acero de refuerzo en forma de "U" en la parte inferior del muro, que queda integrado en la cimentacion y en ambas caras del mismo, lograndose rigidizar el comportamiento estructural del muro con la cimentacion. 2.- Un sistema de Muro Panel Termico Estructural modificado esta formado por unidades de Muro Panel Termico Estructural modificado, caracterizado por que comprende: Una pluralidad de unidades de columnas rectangulares, fabricadas a base de: Un elemento estructural formado por una malla de alambre de acero galvanizado electrosoldado formando cuadriculas de 2???? X 2????, de calibre 14 y 12.5, que rodea el alma de poliestireno de seccion octagonal, teniendo dicho elemento estructural una forma de una columna rectangular de seccion .4066 m de ancho por .10 m de altura y de longitud variable, segun proyecto.
