Abstract
一种加筋聚苯板,其在聚苯板的板面表层内设有一层网格加强筋(2),提高聚苯板的抗拉强度和抗折强度,网格加强筋(2)由玻璃纤维网、金属网或化学纤维网制成。加强筋(2)外侧的聚苯板保护层(3)使其与板外环境隔离,能提高加强筋(2)的抗腐蚀和耐久性。采用玻璃纤维网加强筋的最佳孔径间距为7~15×7~15mm,聚苯板保护层(3)的最佳厚度为8~12mm。采用金属钢丝网加强筋的最佳孔径间距为10~30×10~30mm,聚苯板保护层(3)的最佳厚度为8~30mm。采用化学纤维网加强筋的最佳孔径间距为10×10~15×15mm,保护层(3)的最佳厚度8~12mm。加筋聚苯板适用于机械固定装置锚固的聚苯板外保温墙体,可明显提高外保温层的稳定性和使用安全性,尤其适用于既有建筑墙体的外保温节能工程。

背景技术
目前,现有的聚苯板板材是经发泡后由成型机模压定型。中华人民共和国建设部2005年1月13日发布的《外墙外保温工程技术规程》(JGJ144-2004)公开了:“第2.0.1条规定,外墙外保温系统由保温层、保护层和固定材料(胶粘剂、锚固件等)构成并且适用于安装在外墙外表面的非承重保温构造总称”;“第2.0.1条文说明规定,从设计观点来看,外保温系统可按固定方法划分如下:1单纯粘结系统系统可采用满贴(铺满整个表面),条式粘结或点式粘结;2附加以机械固定的粘结系统荷载完全由粘结层承受,机械固定在胶粘剂干燥前起稳定作用,并作为临时连接以防止脱开,它们在火灾情况下也可起稳定作用;3以粘结为辅助的机械固定系统荷载完全由机械固定装置承受,粘结是用于保证系统安装时的平整度;4单纯机械固定系统系统仅用机械固定装置固定于墙上”;“第2.0.9条规定,EPS板由可发性聚苯乙烯珠粒经加热预发泡后在模具中加热成型而制得的具有闭孔结构的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板材”。故聚苯板的特点是密度和导热系数较理想,但抗拉强度和抗折强度较低,易产生开裂、变形、收缩,用于机械锚固外保温板墙体时,存在被锚固固定的保温聚苯板具有脆性、易断裂的问题和缺点,因此需要改进。
发明内容
为了克服机械固定装置锚固现有的聚苯板保温层稳定性较差的缺陷,本发明提供一种加筋聚苯板,该加筋聚苯板能提高板的抗拉强度和抗折强度,从而增强聚苯板外保温系统的力学性能和整体稳定性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:在保温聚苯板的板面表层内,设置一层双向网格加强筋,网格加强筋是采用玻璃纤维网、金属网或化学纤维网组成,其特征是:网格加强筋的外表面附有一层聚苯板保护层,使网格加强筋与板面外的环境薄抹灰层砂浆等隔离,提高抗腐蚀和耐久性。根据需要,玻璃纤维网加强筋可以在板的双面设置,也可以在板的单面设置。
上述玻璃纤维网加强筋是由玻璃纤维经线和纬线十字交叉编结而成,加强筋的网格孔径间距为5~25×5~25mm,最佳间距为7~15×7~15mm;加强筋的聚苯板保护层厚度即离板面外边缘的距离为5~15mm,最佳厚度为8~12mm。
上述金属网加强筋是由纵向钢丝和横向钢丝十字交叉电焊连接而成,加强筋的网格孔径间距为5~60×5~60mm,最佳间距为10~30×10~30mm;加强筋是热镀锌钢丝、冷拔低碳钢丝、不锈钢丝或合金钢丝;钢丝直径为0.5~4.0mm,最佳直径为0.9~2.5mm;加强筋的聚苯板保护层厚度为5~50mm,最佳厚度为8~30mm。
上述化学纤维网加强筋是由化学纤维经线和纬线十字交叉编结而成;加强筋的网格孔径间距为5×5~20×20mm,最佳间距为10×10~15×15mm;加强筋的聚苯板保护层厚度为5~15mm,最佳厚度为8~12mm。
本发明可以用网格加强筋与聚苯板在模压成型过程中一次完成的方法,将网格加强筋夹附在聚苯板的表层内,保证网格加强筋内、外侧聚苯板体的整体性和密闭性。
本发明的有益效果是:与现有的聚苯板相比,加筋聚苯板具有抗拉强度和抗折强度明显提高的优点。适用于机械固定装置锚固聚苯板的外保温墙体,可以解决聚苯板固有的脆性、易断裂的缺点。

本发明的最佳实施方式
在图1、图2中,本发明加筋聚苯板自内向外依次由聚苯芯板1、网格加强筋2和加强筋的聚苯板保护层3组成。聚苯板可以是膨胀聚苯板(EPS)、挤塑聚苯板(XPS);网格加强筋2是由玻璃纤维或化学纤维织物经线和纬线十字交叉编结而成,或者由纵向钢丝和横向钢丝十字交叉电焊连接而成。加强筋的聚苯板保护层3与聚苯芯板1组合成一个整体板材,使网格加强筋2与板面上的薄抹灰层等外部环境隔离,防止加强筋被碱化、腐蚀。

1.一种加筋聚苯板,由聚苯板和其表层内夹有的双向网格布型加强筋组成的保温聚苯板,其特征是:在保温聚苯板的板面表层内,设置一层双向网格加强筋,即双向网格布型加强筋的外表面附有一层聚苯板保护层,使加强筋与板面外的环境薄抹灰层砂浆隔离,防止加强筋被碱化、腐蚀,提高加强筋的耐久性,聚苯板是膨胀聚苯板(EPS)、挤塑聚苯板(XPS),加强筋是双面设置或单面设置;用加强筋与聚苯板在模压成型过程中一次完成的方法,将加强筋夹附在聚苯板的表层内,保证网格加强筋内、外侧聚苯板体的整体性和密闭性,加强筋的聚苯板保护层与聚苯芯板组合成一个整体板材,提高聚苯板的抗拉强度和抗折强度,从而增强聚苯板外保温系统的力学性能和整体稳定性,适用于机械固定装置锚固聚苯板的外保温墙体,解决聚苯板固有的脆性、易断裂的缺点;所述的双向网格布型加强筋是由化学纤维经线和纬线十字交叉编结而成的网格布,网格孔径间距为5×5~20×20mm;加强筋的聚苯板保护层的厚度即离板面外边缘的距离为5~15mm。

5.一种玻璃纤维网加筋聚苯板,由聚苯板和其表层内夹有的玻璃纤维网格布加强筋组成的保温聚苯板,其特征是:在保温聚苯板的板面表层内,设置一层双向网格加强筋,即玻璃纤维网格布加强筋的外表面附有一层聚苯板保护层,使网格加强筋与板面外的环境薄抹灰层砂浆隔离,防止加强筋被碱化、腐蚀,提高加强筋的耐久性;聚苯板是膨胀聚苯板(EPS)、挤塑聚苯板(XPS),加强筋是双面设置或单面设置;用加强筋与聚苯板在模压成型过程中一次完成的方法,将加强筋夹附在聚苯板的表层内,加强筋的聚苯板保护层与聚苯芯板组合成一个整体板材,保证网格加强筋内、外侧聚苯板体的整体性和密闭性,提高聚苯板的抗拉强度和抗折强度,增强聚苯板外保温系统的力学性能和整体稳定性;适用于机械固定装置锚固聚苯板的外保温墙体,解决聚苯板固有的脆性、易断裂的缺点;所述的加强筋是由玻璃纤维经线和纬线十字交叉编结而成的网格布,网格孔径间距为5~25×5~25mm;加强筋的聚苯板保护层的厚度即离板面外边缘的距离为5~15mm。
6.根据权利要求5所述的玻璃纤维网加筋聚苯板,其特征是:所述的玻璃纤维网格布加强筋的网格孔径最佳间距为7~15×7~15mm;加强筋的聚苯板保护层的最佳厚度为8~12mm。
