Claims (3)
- Liefervorrichtung für laufende Fäden; insbesondere zum Einsatz an Textilmaschinen, wie Webstühlen oder dergleichen, mit einer Speichertrommel (11), welcher der Faden (F) in rückwärtigem Bereich mittels eines die Speichertrommel umkreisenden Fadenführungsrohres (9) zugeführt und von welcher der Faden (F) durch eine Fadenabzugsöse (19) über Kopf abgezogen wird und bei welcher ein automatisches Einfädeln des Fadens (F) mittels Druckluft erfolgt derart, dass der Faden (F) zunächst durch das Fadenführungsrohr (9) geblasen, mündungsseitig desselben, parallel zur Trommelmantelfläche umgelenkt und endseitig derselben unter den Borsten eines einen Spalt zur Trommelmantelfläche belassenen Bremsringes (26) her radial einwärts bis in den Bereich der als axiale Saugblasdüse gestalteten Fadenabzugsöse (19) geleitet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Bremsring (26) mittels eines Druckluftzylinders (22) abgestellt und durch Federkraft wieder zurückgestellt wird, dass eine Zuleitung (57) zum Druckluftzylinder (22) an einen Verteiler (53) und ein gemeinsames Ventil (52) auch zur Saugblasdüsenversorgung angeschlossen ist, dass bei einer Öffnungssteuerung des Ventils (52) eine gleichzeitige Druckluftspeisung sowohl der Saugblasdüsenversorgung als auch des Druckluftzylinders (22) initiierbar ist, mit der der Bremsring (26) in die spaltbildenden Freigabestellung verstellbar ist, und dass nach erfolgtern Einfädeln des Fadens (F) die Druckluftzufuhr zum Druckluftzylinder (22) und zur Saugblasenversorgung mittels des Ventils (52) unterbrechbar und der Bremsring (26) durch die Federkraft in seine Ausgangsstellung rückstellbar ist, derart, dass der Bremsring (26) parallel zur Saugblasdüsenversorgung gesteuert abstellbar und zurückstellbar ist.
- Liefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die radial einwärts auf die Fadenabzugsöse (19) gerichtete Umlenkung des in einer Ebene vertikal oberhalb der Fadenabzugsöse freifliegenden Fadenendes ausschließlich mittels eines auf der Mantelfläche eines trommelseitigen Kopfkegels (16) liegenden Luftstromes erzielt ist, wobei die Spitze des trommelseitigen Kopfkegels (16) auf den freien Querschnitt der Fadenabzugsöse gerichtet ist.
- Liefervorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Borsten (30) entsprechend der Mantelfläche (M) des Kopfkegels (16) ausgerichtet sind.
