Claims (13)

  1. Procédé pour la teinture de peaux de fourrure à l'aide de colorants oxydants dans lequel on traite d'abord les peaux de fourrure et ensuite on les teint, caractérisé en ce que l'on prétraite les peaux de fourrure à l'aide d'un mordant métallique contenant l'acide glyoxylique.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise en tant que mordants métalliques un mordant à base de fer, un mordant à base de chrome, un mordant à base de cuivre, un mordant à base de cuivre-fer, un mordant à base de chrome-cuivre, un mordant à base de fer-alun de chrome ou un mordant à base de cuivre-alun de chrome.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise en tant que sel métallique dans le mordant au chrome le dichromate de potassium et/ou de sodium.
  4. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le mordant métallique contient de 0,1 à 7 g de sel métallique pour un litre de bain de mordant.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le mordant au chrome contient de 0,1 à 7 g de dichromate pour un litre de bain de mordant.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le mordant métallique contient un agent décrassant, de préférence un éther de polyglycol et d'alcool gras.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la valeur de pH du mordant métallique est comprise entre 3 et 5.
  8. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le mordant métallique contient de 1 à 7 g d'acide glyoxylique pour un litre de bain de mordant.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'on ajoute l'acide glyoxylique sous forme de solution aqueuse, de préférence de 40 à 50 % en poids au bain de mordant.
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que le mordant contient, au côté de l'acide glyoxylique, d'autres acides, de préférence l'acide formique, l'acide acétique et/ou l'acide glycolique.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le rapport entre l'acide glyoxylique et les autres acides est de 9:1.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que l'on met en oeuvre le prétraitement à une température de 20 à 40 °C et une durée de 3 à 24 heures.
  13. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que l'on essore les peaux de fourrure après mordançage, éventuellement on les rince auparavant à l'eau et ensuite elles passent au bain de teinture.
