Claims (16)
- Produit à base de tabac pour l'autofabrication d'une cigarette, en particulier par l'emploi d'un tube de papier à cigarette préfabriqué, comprenant une ou plusieurs portion(s) de tabac (47), comportant à chaque fois au moins deux quantités partielles (48,50), contenues par une enveloppe externe (49), dans lesquelles chaque quantité partielle (48,50) contient la quantité de tabac nécessaire pour une cigarette, et dans lesquelles l'enveloppe (49) des portion(s) de tabac (47) et/ou des quantités partielles (50) est perméable à l'air de telle sorte à ne pas être apte au tirage en tant que tel, et ainsi ne pas être fumable, caractérisé en ce que la portion de tabac (47) est réalisée soit par deux ou plusieurs quantités partielles (50) respectivement sous forme de bâtonnets et reliés, notamment collés, les uns aux autres dans leur sens longitudinal en une bande (51) de bâtonnets qui, lors de la séparation d'une quantité partielle, entraîne forcément la rupture de l'enveloppe de cette quantité partielle ainsi que de l'enveloppe de la quantité partielle adjacente soit sous la forme d'une unité de tabac ovale aplatie comprenant deux ou plusieurs quantités partielles (48), dans laquelle la tenue d'une portion de tabac (47) est chaque fois telle que, lors de la séparation d'une quantité partielle (48,50), celle-ci et la quantité partielle immédiatement adjacente soient forcément rompues, brisées, de par la libération de la cohésion interne des quantités partielles.
- Produit à base de tabac selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la portion de tabac (47) et/ou les quantités partielles (48,50) présentent une longueur correspondante à la longueur de l'espace de réception de tabac du tube de papier à cigarette correspondant, respectivement du tube de papier à cigarette préfabriqué.
- Produit à base de tabac selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que, lors de la réalisation des quantités de tabac (50) en forme de bâtonnets, celles-ci sont coupées à partir d'un cordon de tabac fabriqué en continu par une machine de type à cordon de cigarette, avant qu'elles ne soient reliées, notamment collées, entre elles en une bande de bâtonnets (41).
- Produit à base de tabac selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce qu'une enveloppe (49) réalisée en un matériau fumable est utilisée en tant que moyen de fixation externe pour les portions de tabac (47) et/ou quantités partielles (50), alors qu'un moyen de liaison de tabac fumable est employé en tant que moyen de fixation interne.
- Produit à base de tabac selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le tabac est comprimé à l'intérieur d'une portion de tabac (47), respectivement à l'intérieur d'une quantité partielle (50).
- Dispositif pour le remplissage de tuyau de papier à cigarette préfabriqué, en particulier de tube de papier à cigarette à filtre, comprenant une chambre de pressage de tabac (14) présentant une ouverture de remplissage (13), chambre dans laquelle un tabac introduit au travers de l'ouverture de remplissage (13) peut être pressé en un bâtonnet de tabac (10) au moyen d'une barre de pressage (17) mobile perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale de la chambre de pressage de tabac (14), une douille sur laquelle est passé le tube de papier à cigarette, un dispositif de serrage pour fixer le tube de papier à cigarette sur la douille, et une coulisse de poussée (25) pour chasser le bâtonnet de tabac (10) hors de la chambre de pressage (14) dans le tube de papier à cigarette, caractérisé en ce qu'un magasin (52) est agencé en l'ouverture de remplissage (13) pour réception et introduction de la portion de tabac (47) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5 par quantités partielles dans la chambre de pressage (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le magasin (52) est réalisé sous la forme d'une cheminée de réception (53) agencée au dessus de l'ouverture de remplissage (13) de tabac, cheminée dont la section de passage correspond à la section de l'ouverture de remplissage de tabac (13).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un piston (54) est agencé dans la cheminée de réception (53) pour approvisionner des quantités partielles de tabac (48, 50) dans la chambre de pressage (14) ouverte.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la cheminée de réception (53) présente sur au moins un côté longitudinal une échancrure (55) s'étendant jusqu'à peu au-dessus de l'ouverture de remplissage (13) de tabac pour approvisionner, respectivement repousser, par exemple à l'aide d'un doigt de l'utilisateur, la portion de tabac (47) par quantités partielles.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce qu'un couteau (1) ou élément de séparation analogue agissant au moins sur une partie de la longueur de la chambre de pressage est agencé dans l'ouverture de remplissage (13) de tabac au-dessus de la barre de pressage (17), couteau dont le mouvement de séparation avantageusement devance le mouvement de la barre de pressage (17).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le couteau (1) est installé mobile en avance et en retrait parallélement à la barre de pressage (17) et est accouplé avec la poignée d'actionnement (23) reliée à la barre de pressage (17) de telle sorte que le mouvement de la barre de pressage (17) dans la direction de pressage ne commence seulement que lorsque le couteau (1) se situe dans la position finale de séparation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la barre de pressage (17) et le couteau (1) présentent chacun une courbe de pilotage, en particulier une rainure de pilotage (2,3), en correspondance avec la poignée d'actionnement (23), notamment avec un tenon (6) formé sur cette poignée, de telle sorte que, lors d'un déplacement de la poignée (23) dans la direction de pressage (flèche 19), le couteau de séparation (1) devance le mouvement de la barre de pressage en direction de la position finale de pressage.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10 ou 11, caractérisé en ce que la poignée d'actionnement (23) présente deux courbes de pilotage, en particulier deux rainures de pilotage, distinctes en correspondance d'une part avec la barre de pressage (17) et d'autre part avec le couteau de séparation (1), en particulier par des tenons correspondants formés sur la barre de pressage et le couteau de séparation, de telle sorte que, lors d'un déplacement de la poignée (23) dans la direction de pressage (flèche 19), le couteau de séparation (1) se retrouve dans la position finale de pressage avant que la barre de pressage (17) ne soit déplacée dans la direction de pressage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 ou 13 caractérisé en ce que le couteau de séparation (1) présente un fil coupant (5) s'étendant obliquement par rapport à la longueur de la chambre de pressage (14), respectivement de type guillotine.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le couteau de séparation (1) présente un fil coupant (5) de type en pointe.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 10 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le couteau de séparation (1) présente un fil coupant (5) en forme de dents de scie.
