Abstract

Ein Sitz- bzw. Liegemöbel besitzt einen Kopfteil 2, der in einen zwischen Rückenlehne 7 und Rückwand des Möbelgestelles 1 vorgesehenen Raum einschiebbar ist, ein einen Sitzpolster 5 tragendes Sitzgestell 6 und einen mit einem Polster 3 versehenen Mittelrahmen 4. Der in der Sitzstellung des Möbels unterhalb des Sitzpolsters 5 liegende Mittelrahmen 4 ist in der Liegestellung des Möbels zwischen dem Kopfteil 2 und dem Sitzgestell 6 angeordnet .
Um eine einwandfreie Funktion beim Verwandeln des Möbels zu erreichen, sind am Mittelrahmen 4 im Bereich seiner beiden Enden Stützfüße 8,9 angelenkt, die durch eine Schubstange 13 miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Mittelrahmen 4 mit dem Sitzgestell 6 über eine Führungsstange 17 verbunden ist, die im Sitzgestell 6 in einer Führung 19 verschiebbar geführt ist.

Description

  • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Sitz- bzw. Liegemöbel mit einem Kopfteil, der in einen zwischen Rückenlehne und Rückwand des Möbelgestelles vorgesehenen Raum einschiebbar ist, einem einen Sitzpolster tragenden Sitzgestell und einem mit einem Polster versehenen Mittelrahmen , wobei der in der Sitzstellung des Möbels unterhalb des Sitzpolsters liegende Mittelrahmen in der Liegestellung des Möbels zwischen Kopfteil und Sitzgestell angeordnet ist.
  • Bekannte derartige Möbel haben den Vorteil, daß der mit Polsterstoff bespannte Sitzpolster in der Liegestellung zur Auflage der Beine benutzt, somit nicht so stark beansprucht wird und sowohl der Mittelpolster als auch der Kopfteil mit einem verschleißfesten, pflegeleichten Stoff bespannt werden kann, da beide Teile in der Sitzposition nicht sichtbar sind. Weiters entspricht die Liegehöhe etwa der Sitzhöhe, was dem Bedürfnis der Benützer entgegenkommt.
  • Nachteilig bei den bekannten Möbeln dieser Art ist jedoch insbesondere eine nicht immer zufriedenstellende Funktion beim Verwandeln des Möbels von der Sitz - in die Liegestellung und umgekehrt.
  • Die Erfindung hat es sich daher zum Ziel gesetzt, ein Möbel der eingangs genannten Art zu schaffen, das sich durch eine einfache Handhabung und sichere Funktion beim Verwandeln von der Sitz- in die Liegestellung - und umgekehrt - auszeichnet. Erreicht wird dies dadurch, daß am Mittelrahmen im bereich seiner beiden Enden Stützfüße angelenkt sind, die durch eine Schubstange miteinander verbunden sind, und daß der Mittelrahmen mit dem Sitzgestell über eine Führungsstange verbunden ist, die im Sitzgestell in einer Führung gleitbar geführt ist.
  • Bei einem erfindungsgemäß ausgebildeten Möbel wird beim Herausziehen des Sitzgestelles aus dem Möbelgestell dieses vorerst über den unteren Mittelrahmen gezogen, dieser dann mitgenommen und anschließend durch Verschwenken beider Stützfüße der Mittelrahmen gehoben.
  • Ein weiterer Nachteil bekannter Möbel ist, daß bei der Verwandlung Mittelrahmen und Sitzgestell bzw. deren Polster aneinander streifen bzw. in der Liegestellung zwischen den beiden Polstern ein Spalt verbleibt, der durch Zurückschieben des Sitzgestelles geschlossen werden muß. Um diesen Nachteil zu vermeiden, ist nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung die Führungsstange im Mittelrahmen in einem Langloch geführt und über mindestens eine Lasche mit dem zunächst liegenden Stützfuß verbunden. Das Sitzgestell wird daher durch Verschieben der Führungsstange im Langloch selbsttätig an den Mittelrahmen herangezogen.
  • Um ein automatisches Heben des Mittelrahmens zu erreichen, ist zweckmäßig der dem Kopfteil nähere Stützfuß des Mittelrahmens in zwei Führungen geführt, die im wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen, wobei die eine Führung, in der der Stützfuß schwenkbar gelagert ist, länger als die andere Führung ist und einen Endanschlag aufweist. Vorteilhaft ist hiebei der dem Kopfteil nähere Stützfuß mit einem zweiarmigen Hebel verbunden, der am Mittelrahmen schwenkbar gelagert ist und an dem die Schubstange angreift. Auch der Kopfteil ist an diesem Hebel angelenkt.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist ferner am Sitzgestell ein zwischen zwei Stellungen schwenkbarer Fuß angeordnet, wobei in der einen Stellung, der Liegestellung, das Sitzpolster waagrecht, in der anderen Stellung, der Sitzstellung, das Sitzpolster schräg liegt.
  • Nachstehend ist die Erfindung an Hand eines in den Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher beschrieben. Dabei zeigt die Fig.1 eine Seitenansicht, teilweise geschnitten, eines erfindungsgemäßen Sitzmöbels und Fig.2 stellt in etwas verkleinertem Maßstab dieses Möbel in der Liegestellung dar.
  • Bei der nachfolgenden Beschreibung wird nur eine Seite des Möbels beschrieben, sodaß von zwei Stützfüßen u.s.w. die Rede ist. Es ist jedoch davon auszugehen, daß in der Regel diese Teile paarweise vorhanden sind (zwei Paar Stützfüße u.s.w.).
  • Gemäß den Zeichnungen ist ein Möbelgestell 1 mit einem gepolsterten Kopfteil 2, einem mit einer Polsterung 3 ausgestatteten Mittelrahmen 4 und einem mit einer Polsterung 5 ausgestatteten Sitzgestell 6 versehen. Eine Rückenlehne 7 ist fest mit dem Möbelgestell 1 verbunden.
  • Der Mittelrahmen 4 weist zwei mit Rollen versehene Stützfüße 8 und 9 auf, die jeweils im bereich der Enden des Mittelrahmens 4 angeordnet sind. Der Stützfuß 8 ist mit einem zweiarmigen Hebel 10 verbunden und in bzw. an zwei Führungen 11 und 12 geführt, die im wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen. Die Führungsbahn 11 ist länger als die Führungsbahn 12 und ist mit einem Endanschlag 11′ versehen. Der Stützfuß 8 ist in der Führungsbahn 11 schwenkbar gelagert und besitzt an seinem unteren Ende eine Rolle 12′, die auf der Führungsbahn 12 läuft.
  • Am Hebel 10 ist ferner eine Schubstange 13 angelenkt, deren anderes Ende an dem um einen Drehpunkt 14 schwenkbaren Stützfuß 9 angreift. Eine Feder 15 ist bestrebt, den Stützfuß 9 entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn zu verschwenken. Am Stützfuß 9 greift überdies eine Lasche 16 an, die am anderen Ende mit einer Schubstange 17 verbunden ist, wobei die gelenkige Verbindung dieser beiden Teile in einem Langloch 18 geführt ist. Die Schubstange 17 ist ihrerseits in einer am Sitzgestell 6 angeordneten Führung 19 gleitbar geführt.
  • Das Sitzgestell 6 weist einen zwischen zwei Stellungen schwenkbaren Fuß 20 auf, wobei der Sitzpolster 5 in der in Fig.2 dargestellten Liegestellung waagrecht, in der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Sitzstellung schräg liegt. Das Sitzgestell 6 ist weiters über eine Rolle 21 am Boden geführt.
  • Ein Ende des Kopfteiles 2 ist ebenfalls am Hebel 10 angelenkt. Eine weitere Abstützung des Kopfteiles 2 erfolgt über eine Stützstange 22.
  • Soll das Möbel aus der Sitzstellung in die Liegestellung gebracht werden, wird am Sitzgestell 6 angezogen, sodaß das Sitzgestell 6 über den Mittelrahmen 4 nach vorne rollt. Das Sitzgestell 6 verbleibt dabei so lange in der geneigten Lage, bis die Rolle des Fußes 20 durch den Anschlag 23 gebremst und dadurch der Fuß 20 verschwenkt und das Sitzgestell 6 gehoben wird. Das Ende der Schubstange 17 gleitet in der Führung 19 und behält vorerst ihre etwa lotrechte Stellung.
  • Hat die Schubstange 17 das Ende der Führung 19 erreicht, wird der Mittelrahmen 4 mitgenommen, wobei die Stützfüße 8 und 9 ihre verschwenkte Lage gemäß Fig.1 vorerst beibehalten. Sobald die Rolle 12′ jedoch das Ende Führung 12 und der Stützfuß den Anschlag 11′ erreicht hat, schwenkt der Stützfuß 8 im Uhrzeigersinn nach oben und nimmt über die Schubstange 13 den Stützfuß 9 mit. Gleichzeitig wird zufolge der Führung im Langloch 18 an der Führungsstange 17 angezogen und ein zu Beginn der Bewegung befindlicher Spalt zwischen dem Sitzpolster 5 und dem Mittelpolster 3 geschlossen.
  • Durch die Verschwenkung des Hebels 10 wurde auch der Kopfteil 2 hinter der Rückenlehne 7 unter Verschwenkung der Stütze 22 hervorgezogen.
  • Im Rahmen der Erfindung sind zahlreiche Abänderungen möglich. So könnte die Lasche 16 bzw. die Führungsstange 17 auch an der Schubstange 13 oder am Stützfuß 8 angelenkt sein.

Claims (6)

  1. Sitz- bzw. Liegemöbel mit einem Kopfteil, der in einen zwischen Rückenlehne und Rückwand des Möbelgestelles vorgesehenen Raum einschiebbar ist, einem einen Sitzpolster tragenden Sitzgestell und einem mit einem Polster versehenen Mittelrahmen, wobei der in der Sitzstellung des Möbels unterhalb des Sitzpolsters liegende Mittelrahmen in der Liegestellung des Möbels zwischen Kopfteil und Sitzgestell angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Mittelrahmen (4) im Bereich seiner beiden Enden Stützfüße (8,9) angelenkt sind, die durch eine Schubstange (13) miteinander verbunden sind, und daß der Mittelrahmen (4) mit dem Sitzgestell (6) über eine Führungsstange (17) verbunden ist, die im Sitzgestell (6) in einer Führung (19) verschiebbar geführt ist.
  2. Sitz- bzw. Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsstange (17) im Mittelrahmen (6) in einem Langloch (18) geführt und über mindestens eine Lasche (16) mit dem zunächst liegenden Stützfuff (9) verbunden ist.
  3. Sitz - bzw. Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dem Kopfteil (2) nähere Stützfuß (8) des Mittelrahmens (4) in zwei Führungen (11, 12) geführt ist, die im wesentlichen parallel zueinander verlaufen, wobei die eine Führung (11), in der der Stützfuß (8) schwenkbar gelagert ist, länger als die andere Führung (12) ist und einen Endanschlag (11′) aufweist.
  4. Sitz- bzw. Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der dem Kopfteil (2) nähere Stützfuß (8) mit einem zweiarmigen Hebel (10) verbunden ist, der am Mittelrahmen (4) schwenkbar gelagert ist und an dem die Schubstange (13) angreift.
  5. Sitz- bzw. Liegemöbel nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an dem Hebel (10) der Kopfteil (2) angelenkt ist.
  6. Sitz- bzw. Liegemöbel nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Sitzgestell (6) ein zwischen zwei Stellungen schwenkbarer Fuß (20) angeordnet ist, wobei in der einen Stellung, der Liegestellung, das Sitzpolster (5) waagrecht, in der anderen Stellung, der Sitzstellung, das Sitzpolster (5) schräg liegt.
