Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Weichpackung, insbesondere Papiertaschentuch-Verpackung, aus einer den Packungsinhalt umgebenden Umhüllung, aus einer Kunststoffolie oder dergleichen, durch die Vorderwand, Rückwand, Seitenwände, Stirnwand und Bodenwand gebildet werden, wobei im Bereich einer schmalen Packungsfläche, vorzugsweise im Bereich einer langgestreckten Seitenwand, eine wiederverschließbare Öffnungshilfe gebildet ist, die aus zwei einander in Schließstellung überdeckenden Faltlappen besteht, von denen lediglich der außenliegende Faltlappen eine Verschlußlasche für eine Entnahmeöffnung bildet, die sich über einen mittleren Teilbereich des äußeren Faltlappens erstreckt, und einen Klebestreifen bzw. ein Klebeetikett aufweist, welcher mit einem Teilbereich an dem Faltlappen und mit einem anderen Teilbereich lösbar an einer angrenzenden Packungsfläche befestigt ist.
  • Eine solche Packung zeigt die FR-A 2 334 584. Diese ist so ausgebildet, daß die Öffnungshilfe im Bereich einer der beiden langgestreckten, schmalen Seitenwände vorgesehen ist. Aufgrund einer Schlauchfaltung der die Taschentücher umgebenden Umhüllung besteht diese Seitenwand aus zwei einander überdeckenden Faltlappen. Der äußere Faltlappen ist an seinen Enden - benachbart zur Stirnwand und Bodenwand - mit je einem quergerichteten Trennschnitt versehen, der sich über die volle Breite der Seitenwand erstreckt. Dieser Faltlappen dient so als Verschlußlasche.
  • Zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen dient ein Klebestreifen (Tape) , der mit einem Teilbereich an der äußeren Verschlußlasche und mit einem anderen Teilbereich an der angrenzenden Vorderwand der Verpackung lösbar befestigt ist. Dieses Ende des Klebestreifens ist mit einer klebstofffreien Grifflasche versehen.
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, Verpackungen der eingangs genannten Art zu verbessern, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Handhabung im Sinne einer erleichterten Entnahme der Taschentücher bei Erhaltung bzw. Verbesserung der Formstabilität der Verpackung.
  • Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe ist die erfindungsgemäße Weichpackung dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußlasche von seitlichen Bereichen des Faltlappens durch Trennschnitte abgeteilt ist, die als Perforationslinien im Bereich der mit dem äußeren Faltlappen verbundenen Packungswandung fortgesetzt sind.
  • Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung der wiederverschließbaren Öffnungshilfe ist eine erleichterte Handhabung der Verpackung gegeben. Denn durch die Verlängerung bzw. Fortsetzung der Verschlußlasche in den Bereich einer angrenzenden Packungswand (Rückwand) liegt bei geöffneter Packung auch ein Teilbereich der Seitenflächen des Taschentuch-Pakets frei, so daß das jeweils randseitige Taschentuch bequem mit zwei Fingern erfaßt werden kann.
  • Die Öffnungshilfe ist vorzugsweise im Bereich einer langgestreckten Seitenwand der Packung angeordnet. Erfindungsgemäß hat die Verschlußlasche eine geringere Länge als der außenliegende Faltlappen, aus dem die Verschlußlasche durch zwei im Abstand voneinander angeordnete Trennschnitte oder Perforationslinien gebildet ist. Die an den Enden des äußeren Faltlappens verbleibenden Reststege bzw. Seitenstege - benachbart zur Stirnwand bzw. zur Bodenwand - sind fest mit Endbereichen des inneren Faltlappens verbunden, insbesondere durch Siegeln der Folie. Dadurch ist im stirn-und bodenseitigen Bereich neben der Entnahmeöffnung eine kastenförmige und daher sehr formbeständige Gestaltung gegeben.
  • Ein weiteres, eigenständiges Merkmal der Erfindung besteht darin, daß zur Vergrößerung der Entnahmeöffnung der innere Faltlappen eine zum freien Rand und damit zur Entnahmeöffnung hin offene Ausnehmung aufweist, insbesondere mit bogenförmiger Begrenzung. Dadurch wird beim Öffnen der Verschlußlasche eine größere Entnahmeöffnung freigelegt.
  • Die Ausnehmung wird durch Entfernen, nämlich Abreißen eines Folienstücks gebildet, welches mit der Innenseite der Verschlußlasche verbunden ist und beim erstmaligen Öffnen derselben aus der Ausnehmung herausgerissen wird.
  • Die erfindungsgemäße Weichpackung ist mit herkömmlichen Maschinen in Großserien herstellbar. Durch die besondere Gestaltung ist eine erhöhte Stabilität gegeben, so daß auch sehr dünne Folien eingesetzt werden können. Die Öffnungshilfe ist für eine leichte, problemlose Handhabung angelegt.
  • Einzelheiten eines Ausführungsbeispiels der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigt:

  • Die in Fig. 1 und Fig. 3 gezeigte Verpackung dient zur Aufnahme eines Stapels gefalteter Papier-Taschentücher 43. Der Packungsinhalt ist durch einen rechteckigen Zuschnitt 10 (Fig. 2) aus dünner Kunststoffolie umgeben. Die Umhüllung ist allseits geschlossen und bildet eine Vorderwand 11, eine gegenüberliegende Rückwand 12, langgestreckte, schmale Seitenwände 13 und 14 sowie eine kleinere Stirnwand 15 und gegenüberliegend eine Bodenwand 16.
  • Die Verpackung wird dadurch gebildet, daß in bekannter Weise der Zuschnitt im Bereich der Seitenwand 13 U-förmig um den quaderförmigen Packungsinhalt herumgelegt wird, derart, daß Faltlappen 17, 18 zur Bildung der in Fig. 1 nach oben weisenden Seitenwand einander nahezu vollständig überdecken (sogenannte Schlauchfaltung). Die Faltlappen 17, 18 sind in geeigneter Weise miteinander verbunden.
  • Stirnwand 15 und Bodenwand 16 werden durch über den Packungsinhalt hinwegragende Faltlappen gebildet, nämlich durch Stirnlappen 19 und Seitenstirnlappen 20 bzw. Bodenlappen 21 und Seitenbodenlappen 22. Die vorgenannten Faltlappen werden couvertartig gegen den Packungsinhalt gefaltet, derart, daß die Stirnlappen 19 sowie die Bodenlappen 21 eine trapezförmige Gestalt erhalten (Fig. 1 und 3).
  • Die Verpackung ist mit einer wiederverschließbaren Öffnungshilfe versehen. Diese befindet sich im vorliegenden Fall im Bereich der schmalen, langgestreckten Seitenwand 14. Die Faltlappen 17 und 18 derselben wirken bei der Bildung der Öffnungshilfe mit.
  • Der äußere Faltlappen 18 - der mit Überlappung auf dem inneren Faltlappen 17 aufliegende - bildet eine Verschlußlasche 23. Zu diesem Zweck ist der sich nahezu über die volle Breite der Seitenwand 14 erstreckende Faltlappen 18 in der Nähe der Enden, also benachbart zur Stirnwand 15 und Bodenwand 16, mit quergerichteten Trennschnitten 24, 25 versehen. Diese liegen mit Abstand von Querkanten 26, 27 zwischen der Seitenwand 14 einerseits und Stirnwand 15 sowie Bodenwand 16 andererseits. Es bleiben dadurch benachbart zu diesen Seitenstege 28, 29 als Teil des Faltlappens 18.
  • Zum Öffnen der Verpackung kann die Verschlußlasche 23 als Teil des Faltlappens 18 angehoben werden in eine aufrechte (Fig. 3) bzw. in eine gegen die Rückwand 12 umgefaltete Position. Dadurch wird eine Entnahmeöffnung 30 frei, die sich im wesentlichen neben einem freien Rand des inneren Faltlappens 17 erstreckt. Über diese Entnahmeöffnung kann jeweils ein randseitiges bzw. oberes Taschentuch 43 entnommen werden.
  • Wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich sind Maßnahmen zur Vergrößerung der Entnahmeöffnung 30 vorgesehen. Zu diesem Zweck ist die durch den Faltlappen 18 gebildete Verschlußlasche 23 in den Bereich der Rückwand 12 fortgesetzt, also mit einer Laschenergänzung 31 versehen. Diese ist durch seitliche Stanzlinien bzw. Perforationslinien 32, 33 in der Rückwand 12 begrenzt. Diese Perforationslinien 32, 33 sind in Verlängerung der Trennschnitte 24, 25 über eine Längskante 34 hinaus vorgesehen.
  • Beim Öffnen der Packung durch Anheben der Verschlußlasche 18 und durch Trennen der Perforationslinien 32, 33 ergibt sich eine bis in einen Teilbereich der Rückwand 12 verlaufende Entnahmeöffnung 30, die eine leichte Entnahme der Taschentücher 43 gewährleistet.
  • Die Seitenstege 28, 29 des äußeren Faltlappens 18 sind mit der Oberseite des inneren Faltlappens 17 fest versiegelt bzw. verklebt. In diesem Bereich ergibt sich eine feste, dauerhafte Verbindung zwischen den randseitigen Seitenstegen 28, 29 und dem inneren Faltlappen 17, hier durch Siegelstreifen 44.
  • Im Bereich der Verschlußlasche 23 ist - vor Ingebrauchnahme der Verpackung - eine lösbare Verbindung mit dem inneren Faltlappen 17 gegeben, die ein Abheben der Verschlußlasche 23 zum Öffnen der Verpackung gewährleistet. Zu diesem Zweck ist der innere Faltlappen 17 im Bereich der Verschlußlasche 23 oberseitig mit einer Beschichtung (Lack- bzw. Druckbeschichtung) versehen. Diese ermöglicht eine Verbindung der Faltlappen 17 und 18 miteinander durch termisches Siegeln, wobei die Verbindung von geringerer Haltbarkeit ist und durch Abziehen des äußeren Faltlappens 18 beseitigt werden kann.
  • Zum Öffnen und Wiederverschließen der Verpackung ist der Verschlußlasche 23 ein Klebestreifen 35 zugeordnet (Tape). Dieser ist - in Schließstellung - mit einem Schenkel 36 an der Vorderwand 11 und mit einem zweiten Schenkel 37 an der Seitenwand 14 bzw. an der Außenseite der Verschlußlasche 23 befestigt. Der Schenkel 36 ist mit einem klebstofffreien Griffende 38 versehen zum Erfassen des Klebestreifens 35.
  • Beim Öffnen der Verpackung wird der Klebestreifen 35 am Griffende 38 erfaßt. Der Schenkel 36 wird von der Vorderwand 11 abgezogen. Durch weiteres Aufwärtsbewegen löst sich die Verschlußlasche 23 vom inneren Faltlappen 17, wobei die Verbindung des Klebestreifens 35 mit der Verschlußlasche 23 erhalten bleibt. Die Verschlußlasche 23 wird schließlich in die vollständige Öffnugnsstellung gezogen unter Durchtrennen der Perforationslinien 32, 33. Zum Wiederverschließen der Verpackung werden die Schritte in umgekehrter Richtung vollzogen.
  • Zur Verbesserung bzw. Vergrößerung der Entnahmeöffnung 30 ist bei den gezeigten Ausführungsbeispielen im inneren Faltlappen 17 eine Ausnehmung 39 gebildet, die zum freien Rand des Faltlappens 17 und damit zur Entnahmeöffnung 30 hin offen ist. Die Ausnehmung 39 erstreckt sich in einem mittleren Bereich des Faltlappens 17, so daß hier nach oben bzw. zur Seite weisende Ränder einer größeren Anzahl von Taschentüchern 43 freiliegen. Dadurch wird das Erfassen eines Taschentuchs für die Entnahme erleichtert.
  • Die Ausnehmung 39 wird beim Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig. 1 und 2 durch eine im vorliegenden Falle bogen- , nämlich halbkreisförmige Perforation 40 im Bereich des Faltlappens 17 gebildet. Es wird dadurch ein Folienstück 41 begrenzt, welches beim erstmaligen Öffnen der Verpackung aus der Verbindung mit dem Faltlappen 17 herausgetrennt wird. Zu diesem Zweck ist das Folienstück 41 fest mit der Unterseite der Verschlußlasche 23 verbunden, insbesondere durch thermische Siegelung. Dabei ist zweckmäßigerweise die an der Oberseite des Faltlappens 17 im Bereich der Verschlußlasche 23 angebrachte, eine feste Siegelung verhindernde Beschichtung im Bereich des Folienstücks 41 ausgespart, so daß dieses frei von Beschichtung unmittelbar fest an die Verschlußlasche 23 angesiegelt werden kann. Beim Öffnen der Verpackung mittels Klebestreifen 35 wird das Folienstück 41 beim Anheben des Faltlappens 18 unter Bildung der Ausnehmung 39 aus dem Faltlappen 17 herausgetrennt.
  • Bei dem Ausführungsbeispiel gemäß Fig. 3 sind Ausnehmung 39 und Folienstück 41 abweichend von dem Beispiel gemäß Fig. 1 und 2 ausgebildet. Zum einen erstreckt sich die Ausnehmung 39 und mithin das Folienstück 41 bis in den Bereich der der Vorderwand 11 zugekehrten Längskante 34. Der Zugang zu den Papier-Taschentüchern 43 ist dadurch auf der vollen Höhe bzw. Breite der Seitenwand 14 möglich. Des weiteren ist die Perforation 40 zur Begrenzung des Folienstücks 41 etwa wie der Endbereich einer Ellipse ausgebildet, also leicht bogenförmig mit einer Abrundung 46 am freien Ende, so daß das Folienstück 41 und entsprechend die Ausnehmung 39 zungenförmig ausgebildet sind.
  • Des weiteren ist die Siegelung zum Fixieren des Folienstücks 41 am Faltlappen 18 als Siegelstreifen 45 ausgebildet, analog zu den Siegelstreifen 44 zum Anheften der Seitenstege 28, 29.
  • Die Perforation 40 zur Begrenzung des Folienstücks 41 ist so ausgebildet, daß in einem mittleren Bereich ein durchgehender Trennschnitt 42 vorgesehen ist und daran anschließend Endbereiche als Perforation folgen.
  • Die so ausgebildete Öffnungshilfe kann, zweckmäßigerweise bei entsprechender Umgestaltung der Faltlappen - alternativ auch im Bereich der Stirnfläche 15 angebracht sein.

Claims (5)

  1. Weichpackung, insbesondere Papiertaschentuch-Verpackung, aus einer den Packungsinhalt (43) umgebenen Umhüllung, aus einer Kunststoffolie oder dergleichen, durch die Vorderwand (11), Rückwand (12), Seitenwände (13, 14), Stirnwand (15) und Bodenwand (16) gebildet werden, wobei im Bereich einer schmalen Packungsfläche (13, 14, 15, 16), vorzugsweise im Bereich einer langgestreckten Seitenwand (14), eine wiederverschließbare Öffnungshilfe gebildet ist, die aus zwei einander in Schließstellung überdeckenden Faltlappen (17, 18) besteht, von denen lediglich der außenliegende Faltlappen (18) eine Verschlußlasche (23) für eine Entnahmeöffnung (30) bildet, die sich über einen mittleren Teilbereich des äußeren Faltlappens (18) erstreckt, und einen Klebestreifen (35) bzw. ein Klebeetikett aufweist, welcher mit einem Teilbereich an dem Faltlappen (18) und mit einem anderen Teilbereich lösbar an einer angrenzenden Packungsfläche (11) befestigt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verschlußlasche (23) von seitlichen Bereichen (28, 29) des Faltlappens (18) durch Trennschnitte (24, 25) abgeteilt ist, die als Perforationslinien (32, 33) im Bereich der mit dem äußeren Faltlappen (18) verbundenen Packungswandung (12) fortgesetzt sind.
  2. Packung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der innere Faltlappen (17) eine eine Erweiterung der Entnahmeöffnung bildende Ausnehmung (39) im Bereich der Überdeckung durch die Verschlußlasche (23) aufweist.
  3. Packung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (17) im inneren Faltlappen (17) durch eine insbesondere bogenförmige Perforation (40) gebildet ist, die ein Folienstück (41) des inneren Faltlappens (17) begrenzt, wobei das Folienstück (41) durch thermisches Siegeln bzw. durch Verkleben fest mit der Innenseite der Verschlußlasche (23) verbunden ist.
  4. Packung nach Anspruch 3, sowie einem oder mehreren der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außenseite des inneren Faltlappens (17) im Bereich der Verschlußlasche (23) - unter Aussparung des Bereichs der Ausnehmung (39) - mit einer eine leicht lösbare thermische Verschweißung bzw. Siegelung ermöglichenden Beschichtung versehen, hingegen die Endbereiche (Seitenstege 28, 29) und das Folienstück (41) frei von dieser Beschichtung sind.
  5. Packung nach Anspruch 1, sowie einem oder mehreren der weiteren Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der von Schnitt- und Perforationslinien freie innere Faltlappen (17) an den Endbereichen - benachbart zur Stirnwand (15) und Bodenwand (16) - durch Verbinden (Siegeln, Verkleben) mit Seitenstegen (28, 29) des äußeren Faltlappens (18) außerhalb des Bereichs des Verschlußlappens (23) fest verankert ist.
