Claims (12)

  1. Panneau de coffrage (1) comprenant sur ses bords des profilés de bord (2) qui l'entourent et des poutres de raidissement (4, 5) disposées entre ceux-ci pour raidir la surface coffrante (3), ainsi que des endroits de fixation (6) traversant le panneau de coffrage (1) pour l'enfoncement de tirants de coffrage, lesdits endroits de fixation (6) étant disposés à distance des profilés de bord (2), dans lequel il est prévu en un point de fixation (6), en position de montage, un raccord transversal sur deux poutres de raidissement (4) distantes l'une de l'autre, caractérisé en ce que le raccord transversal (8) en tant que poutre transversale, est fixé entre deux poutres de raidissement (4).
  2. Panneau de coffrage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les poutres de raidissement (4, 5) ont toutes la même forme de section transversale extérieure qui coïncide et en ce que l'une au moins des deux poutres de raidissement (4), reliées au raccord transversal (8), est renforcée par rapport aux autres poutres de raidissement (5) et/ou comporte plus de matière en section transversale.
  3. Panneau de coffrage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le raccord transversal (8) est un profilé creux, de préférence un profilé creux fermé de tous côtés, qui vient s'aligner en particulier bord à bord sur les surfaces latérales des poutres de raidissement (4), où il est de préférence soudé et en ce que l'endroit de fixation (6) est formé par un manchon (7) qui traverse le profilé creux.
  4. Panneau de coffrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le côté extérieur ( 8a ) du profilé creux formant le raccord transversal (8) est situé à la même hauteur que les semelles extérieures (4a) des poutres de raidissement (4).
  5. Panneau de coffrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que les poutres de raidissement (4, 5) s'étendant entre les profilés de bord (2), sont parallèles entre elles et parallèles à l'un des bord du panneau de coffrage (1) et s'étendent en particulier horizontalement, dans la position d'utilisation et en ce que les raccords transversaux (8) comprenant les endroits de fixation (6), sont disposés sensiblement à angle droit entre deux poutres de raidissement parallèles (4).
  6. Panneau de coffrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les poutres de raidissement (4, 5) ont une section transversale sensiblement en U ou trapézoïdale, l'ouverture de cette section transversale étant fermée par la surface coffrante (3) et en ce que des trous (9) destinés à la pose d'accessoires sont prévus sur les semelles extérieures (4a, 5a) de ces profilés, qui sont opposées à la surface coffrante (3).
  7. Panneau de coffrage selon les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce qu'en vue de leur renforcement, les poutres de raidissement (4) en U ou trapézoïdales, sont réalisées, dans la région de l'endroit de fixation (6), en tôle plus épaisse que les autres poutres de raidissement (5).
  8. Panneau de coffrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que des poutres (11) s'étendent parallèlement aux profilés de bord (2), de préférence verticaux, et à peu près en leur milieu, poutres sur lesquelles les poutres de raidissement (4, 5) parviennent des deux côtés et sont en particulier soudées bout à bout sur celles-ci.
  9. Panneau de coffrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les profilés de bord (2) sont prévus pour la pose de serre-joints, de pinces ou d'éléments de liaison similaires et en ce qu'ils comportent des trous transversaux supplémentaires destinés à des boulons de raccordement ou à l'accrochage à des grues ou des moyens de transport ou similaires.
  10. Panneau de coffrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que pour renforcer la ou les poutre(s) de raidissement (4), proche(s) des endroits de fixation, des bandes de raidissement (10), des tôles de raidissement ou similaires sont introduites, en particulier soudées, dans leur section transversale creuse.
  11. Panneau de coffrage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la semelle transversale (4a, 5a) qui est prévue sur les poutres de raidissement (4, 5) en U ou trapézoïdales et qui est opposée à la surface coffrante (3), comporte au moins une moulure ou une déformation qui s'étend dans la direction longitudinale des poutres et qui présente en particulier une section transversale sensiblement en forme de gouttière, cette gouttière étant en particulier concave, vue de l'extérieur.
  12. Panneau de coffrage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'endroit de fixation (6) est situé à l'extérieur du milieu du raccord transversal (8), de préférence plus près du milieu du panneau de coffrage (1) et d'une poutre de raidissement (4) qui se trouve à cet endroit.
