Claims (4)
- Steckerbrücke (1) für einen Schutzkontaktstekker (3) für an eine Netzsteckdose anschließbare elektrische Geräte, mit einer im wesentlichen U-förmigen Grundform (10) zur Aufnahme und Fixierung von hohlzylindrischen Anschlußstiften (16 bzw. 19) für die Stromleiter und den Schutzleiter einer Verbraucherleitung (17) im offenen Bereich des U (Freiraum 13) und zur Aufnahme der galvanisch mit dem Anschlußstift (16) der Stromleiter verbundenen Kontaktstifte (15) am Boden des U (13),dadurch gekennzeichnet,wobei die Leiterenden der Verbraucherleitung (17) endseitig abisoliert in die Anschlußstifte (16 bzw. 19) gesteckt und mit diesen verbunden werden können,wobei die Steckerbrücke (1) gemeinsam mit dem Endstück der Verbraucherleitung (17) in einer Spritzform mit Kunststoff umspritzt werden kann, undwobei mindestens einem der Anschlußstifte (16 bzw.19) ein Einführtrichter mit einem konischen Durchgangsloch vorgesetzt ist, dessen Höhe so gewählt ist, daß beim Einführen der abisolierten Leiterenden etwa umgebogene Einzeldrähtchen sicher innerhalb des entsprechendem Durchgangslochs (23 bzw. 32) zu liegen kommen,daß der Einführtrichter für den Anschlußstift (19) des Schutzleiters insoweit als integrierter Bestandteil der Steckerbrücke (1) ausgebildet ist, als er durch ein an dem diesem Anschlußstift (19) benachbarten Schenkel (11) des U fest anschließndes Formteil (21) realisiert ist, das koaxial zum Anschlußstift (19) das konische Durchgangsloch (23) aufweist, ohne daß in dem Formteil (21) eine konische Zentrierhalterung für den Anschlußstift (19) des Schutzleiters ausgebildet ist.
- Steckerbrücke Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß das Formteil (21) an der den Anschlußstift (19) überkragenden freien Seite mindestens einen am Verbindungssteg (14) des U aufstehenden Stützfuß (22) aufweist. - Steckerbrücke nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß die Einführtrichter für die Anschlußstifte (16) der Stromleiter als beide Anschlußstifte (16) überkragendes, separates Brückenteil (30) ausgebildet ist, das endseitig je ein koaxial zu den Anschlußstiften (16) liegendes konisches Durchgangsloch (32) aufweist, unddaß der Stützfuß (22) und das Brückenteil (30) derart komplementär zueinander ausgebildet sind, daß das Brückenteil (30) am Formteil (21) einrastbar ist. - Steckerbrücke nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,daß am Verbindungssteg (14) des U zwischen den Anschlußstiften (16) für die Stromleiter neben dem Stützfuß (22) eine Konsole (33) vorgesehen ist, und daß Stützfuß (22), Konsole (33) und Brückenteil (30) so aufeinander abgestimmt und komplementär zueinander ausgebildet sind, daß das Brückenteil (30) form- und kraftschlüssig einrastbar ist.
