Claims (2)

  1. Fenêtre, porte ou élément analogue, comportant des ouvertures d'aération obturables (19, 20, 21) dans un profilé pare-pluie (8) qui repose sur la traverse dormante inférieure (1), caractérisé en ce que le fond (14) du profilé pare-pluie (8) s'appuie sur la traverse dormante (1) par l'intermédiaire de nervures de support (15, 16, 17) en saillie vers le bas, les nervures de support (15, 16, 17) comportant des ouvertures d'aération (19, 20, 21), et en ce que dans un espace creux (23) réalisé entre les nervures de support (15, 16, 17), le fond (14) et la traverse dormante (1), est prévu un rail profilé en "U" (24) reposant sur la traverse dormante (1) par l'intermédiaire d'une aile (25), pouvant coulisser longitudinalement et destiné à obturer les ouvertures d'aération (19, 20, 21), les ouvertures d'aération (21) qui débouchent vers l'extérieur étant disposées au-dessous d'une aile d'écoulement (18) du profilé pare-pluie (8), en porte-à-faux vers l'extérieur au-dessus de la traverse dormante (1).
  2. Fenêtre, porte ou élément analogue selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que sur le rail profilé (24) est disposé un élément de manoeuvre (28) qui traverse une ouverture en forme de fente dans une nervure de support (15) du profilé pare-pluie (8), ouverture dont la longueur de fente correspond à la valeur de la course de coulissement longitudinal du rail profilé (24).
