Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zur Übergabe von Bogen an ein mindestens einen Platten- (2) und einen Druckzylinder (4) aufweisendes Druckwerk einer Bogen-Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einem Anlegetisch (5) sowie einer am Ende des Anlegetisches (5) angeordneten Überführtrommel (34) mit mindestens einer Vordermarke (50) und einem die Bogen an der Vordermarke (50) festlegenden Greifersystem (49), das mit dem Greifer tragenden Druckzylinder (4) zusammenwirkt, wobei im Anlegetisch (5) jeden Bogen mit einer zusätzlichen, quer zur Förderrichtung zum Druckwerk gerichteten Bewegungskomponente bewegende schräg zur Förderrichtung umlaufende Transportbänder (6 bis 9) vorgesehen sind, mit denen der Bogen gegen eine feste Seitenmarke (16, 17) und eine Vorausrichtungs-Vordermarke (33) führbar ist und in dem dem Druckwerk (1) zugewandten Ende des Anlegetisches (5) eine mit taktend an- und abgestellten Andruckrollen (32) zusammenwirkende, durchgehende, über die gesamte Breite des Anlegetisches (5) reichende Förderwalze (18) vorgesehen ist, die mittels eines abwechselnd beschleunigenden und verzögernden Antriebs (21 bis 29) angetrieben ist und den Bogen während ihrer Beschleunigungsphase reibungsschlüssig mitnimmt und dabei in Förderrichtung beschleunigt, weiterhin ist die Überführtrommel (34) oberhalb des Endes des Anlegetisches (5) angeordnet und mittels eines ungleichförmig übersetzenden Getriebes (38 bis 48) derart angetrieben, daß sie bei Übernahme eines Bogens mit einer unter dessen Geschwindigkeit liegenden Geschwindigkeit umläuft, anschließend beschleunigt und bei Abgabe des Bogens etwa die gleiche Umfangsgeschwindigkeit wie der Druckzylinder (4) hat und
der spitze Winkel der Schrägstellung zwischen der Transportrichtung der Transportbänder (6 bis 9) und der Förderrichtung der Bogen ist einstellbar. - Vorrichtung zur Übergabe von Bogen an ein mindestens einen Platten- (63) und einen Druckzylinder (60) aufweisendes Druckwerk einer Bogen-Rotationsdruckmaschine mit einem Anlegetisch (5), wobei im Anlegetisch (5) jeden Bogen mit einer zusätzlichen, quer zur Förderrichtung zum Druckwerk gerichteten Bewegungskomponente bewegende, schräg zur Förderrichtung der Bogen umlaufende Transportbänder (6 bis 9) vorgesehen sind, mit denen der Bogen gegen eine feste Seitenmarke (16, 17) und eine Vorausrichtungs-Vordermarke (33) führbar ist, weiterhin ist in dem dem Druckwerk zugewandten Ende des Anlegetisches (5) ist eine mit taktend an- und abgestellten Andruckrollen (32) zusammenwirkende, durchgehende, über die gesamte Breite des Anlegetisches (5) reichende Förderwalze (18) vorgesehen, die mittels eines abwechselnd beschleunigenden und verzögernden Antriebs (21 bis 29) angetrieben ist und den Bogen während ihrer Beschleunigungsphase reibungsschlüssig mitnimmt und dabei in Förderrichtung beschleunigt, weiterhin ist
hinter dem Anlegetisch (5) der Druckzylinder (60) angeordnet, der mindestens eine Vordermarke (59) und ein die Bogen an der Vordermarke festlegendes Greifersystem (61) aufweist, und
der Druckzylinder (60) ist unter Verwendung eines ungleichförmig übersetzenden Getriebes (79 bis 81) derart angetrieben, daß er bei Übernahme eines Bogens mit einer unter dessen Geschwindigkeit liegenden Umfangsgeschwindigkeit umläuft, anschließend beschleunigt und während des Druckens mit der gleichen Umfangsgeschwindigkeit wie der Plattenzylinder (63) umläuft. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der spitze Winkel der Schrägstellung zwischen der Transportrichtung der Transportbänder (6 bis 9) und der Förderrichtung der Bogen einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckzylinder (4) zwei Greifersysteme (51, 52) am Umfang aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Überführtrommel zwei Greifersysteme am Umfang aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ungleichförmig übersetzende Getriebe (38 bis 46, 79 bis 81) ein räumliches Kurvengetriebe ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ungleichförmig übersetzende Getriebe (38 bis 46) derart ausgelegt ist, daß die Bogenübergabe zum Druckzylinder (4) am Ende der Beschleunigungsphase der Überführtrommel (34) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckzylinder (60) in der Beschleunigungs- und Verzögerungsphase sowie während der Übernahme des Bogens vom Anlegetisch (5) mittels des ungleichförmig übersetzenden Getriebes (79 bis 81), dagegen in der Druckphase mittels des Antriebs (68 bis 71, 74 bis 77) des Plattenzylinders (65) angetrieben ist.
